Notable Seattle Restaurant Openings for January 2026 | Eater Seattle
"Described as an upscale brewpub and sports bar, this new spot from Renee Erickson’s Sea Creatures group in the Railspur development aims for a more polished take on the traditional sports bar experience, with a focus on craft beer in a refined setting." - Harry Cheadle
"The beer-focused arm from restaurateur Renee Erickson has lots of lagers on tap, along with a couple of other styles, all brewed on site. You’ll also find a few snacks like fries, hot Italian sausages topped with Mama Lil’s peppers, and warm chocolate chip cookies." - Kayla Sager-Riley
The Most Anticipated Seattle Restaurant Openings for Winter 2025 | Eater Seattle
"Set inside the luxe Railspur development in Pioneer Square, this brewery doubles as a sports bar, with a row of TVs hovering above a massive U-shaped marble bartop. Part of Renee Erickson’s Sea Creatures group, it’s slated to open any day now, likely by the time the Seahawks are in the playoffs." - Harry Cheadle
Lowlander just opened and is still figuring itself out. The vibes inside were high energy and electric, with a cool bar setup and a decent amount of seating. Frankly I just didn't love my beer or my hot dog - but maybe it was an off night. Will try again in a couple months to see if anything has changed once it is more established.

our first time here was for the superbowl and i have nothing but positive things to say. the vibes are immaculate, staff is friendly and amazing, ordering is super easy, the drinks and food are reasonably priced and quality, and they were running that place like the damn navy.

High expectations, lowlander reality. You'd think they'd hit the new to market with a bang and to be fair we only tried one thing but why even bother selling a clearly frozen pretzel? At least make it homemade (you do make donuts across the way and the buns for the sausages) or procure a higher quality product. This space is absolutely beautiful despite the unbelievably ginormous tv. The sports bros and their kids will love it here. It's not a destination for food or drink in a way you would expect. It's boring. Next time we might try a sausage but even then what's the point when you can hit the $8 street vendor for a Seattle dog? QR Code ordering ensures little to no service interactions and turn and burn atmosphere.

Big airy space with lots of nice wood tables for big groups. The pizzas looked absolutely huge, thin and crispy (can’t vouch for taste). Had to take off a few stars since there doesn’t appear to be any service here. If you order something off a semi-difficult QR code, someone will drop it off at your table quickly… but that’s abou it. 6% service charge for that apparently. Had to enter my credit card information to pay on the website. Hmmm… not an engaging or warm experience. I can get a beer anywhere else and I get to talk to a live human for the same price.

Disappointing visit. The house draft was warm and the spicy sausage was overly dry with no flavor. I tried to give feedback regarding the beer temperature, but the bartender was indifferent. I love this neighborhood and want to see it thrive, but the quality and service here aren't quite there yet.

Fabulous tap beer they brew themselves and others locally sourced. Close to stadiums & Train Station and friendly bar staff. Eli was charming and gave us some great tips for places to visit when our train was cancelled and enforced an extra day here in the wonderful city of Seattle!

Came here last night for the Super Bowl and was pleasantly surprised! Food was amazing, pizza place also great next to it. Service was out of this world! Always made sure our tables were cleaned and food and drinks came FAST. Will 100% be back for the Mariners season!

Yelp
Cool new brewpub that recently opened in the old FX McRory's building. I came here on GameDay (TNF vs the Rams) so it was understandably packed, but that didn't affect the service provided by the staff whatsoever. The woman who helped me was super friendly and even hooked me up with an additional beer for the amount of time I waited which I did not expect. The food is good. I got the hot Italian sausage ($13.50) and the thick cut fries ($9). The fries were as-expected (standard) but the sausage was really tasty with a good snap and flavor. I'd go back just for that. The canned brewed pilsner ($10) is also crisp and refreshing! Only knock is that the prices are kinda expensive for the food, but the flavor is there.
If you're in the area I recommend stopping by for a brew and bite, just know it'll probably be crazy on game days.

Yelp
Recently opened. Stopped in for a beer before the Underground Seattle tour. Nice digs. Order from the QR code and get your beer quickly. Nice selection and prices.

Yelp
Seemed like a nice place from the outside. Every tv tuned to the Rams game, would not change a single one to the Kraken. Plenty of other spots to get a beer that support our local teams.
