Worcester Public Market

Essentially a “village” of boutiques/retail stalls, cafe, brewery and food court with a number of different cuisine choices (Cuban, Venezuelan, Indian, East Asian, American, etc.) As there is significant housing development occurring in the district, I anticipate that the tenancy and use of this space will continue to evolve with the influx of new residents. Ample paid parking (on the street and lots) contiguous to the market. The immediate site and facility is accessible for physically handicapped persons.

Pasta Mani pop-up at Ruby Doo's in the Worcester Public Market was an absolute success! We kicked off with a delicious tomato salad with burrata, caesar salad, & prosciutto with melon. The drinks were crafted by Drew at Ruby Doo's, with standout cocktails being the flightless bird & slick rick. My pasta dishes, loaded with garlic & rigatoni, broccoli rabe, & sausage, were phenomenal. We took the tiramisu to go. The service was top-notch, & every bite was savored.

What a fun experience. I ate at the poke bowl stall. I was guided though selecting each layer of my poke bowl by an expert. Suggestions were made as to good combinations but I was free to choose exactly what I wanted. Vendors don't usually offer the level of service this person did. He even came around to the public tables to make sure every was enjoying their food and brought to go containers. I was very impressed. Oh, and the poke bowl was fresh and excellent. I will be going back

Nice food hall experience with various vendors selling everything from various foods of different cuisines, to gourmet items, chocolates, tea and coffee, hot sauces, freeze-dried candies, jewelry, and even a store that sells unique gifrs from Ireland! Whether you're in the mood for bugers, lobster, sushi, Indian, Jamaican or more of a Latin flavor, this is the spot! They also have Wachusett Brewing if you'd like a beer. Parking may be tough if there's an event but it's well worth the traffic aggravation. Oh, yeah, and there are several places with vegan options, my favorite being the Jamaican vegan patties at One Love Ma Maebelle's Cafe. Also, try their sorrel drink!

A great selection of many different small restaurant vendors. A perfect place to stop for lunch while shopping in the area, especially if you're a group who's all hungry for different things.

Honestly I am so happy they have something like this in Worcester. I’ve lived in Worcester for a huge portion of my life and it’s awesome to do the city become more lively and updated. There are plenty of vendors here and it’s awesome to see and taste all of the different foods. I definitely recommend coming here if you want to explore and taste different foods.

A little crowded, but LOADS of food variety from the all of the Food Vendors. We got bites that were African and Peruvian and sips that were Spanish and American. Definitely check them out, I'll be heading back on a weekday to stroll some more!

I love this place for lunch. Teriyaki Japan is great. Best $12 lunch in Central MA. I've also had the Burger Bah which is okay. You have to try teriyaki Japan!! Chicken is tender, veggies are sauteed to perfection, portion size is enormous!! Can't go wrong here!

More like a food court with various delicacies from different cultures: Indian, Jamaican, Italian and so much more. It has food court like seating and small aisles to walk through as you browse the options. The toilets were also quite clean for such a busy spot. I tried One Love cafe's Jamaican menu and it was really good! I went specifically for the Doughnut Homies but their stall was closed so that was really disappointing, considering it was a busy Friday afternoon. I'll definitely go back to try a different cuisine!

Love the diversity here-in food and diners! Something & someone for everyone. I loved that vegan options were marked in many places and folks knew what was on their food. (In my case, to avoid a dairy allergy when ordering meat.) My only regret is that I couldn't try more: bubble tea, fresh pasta, momo, Cuban bowls...so many options to choose amongst! Got Biscoff and Nutella-filled donuts to go from Doughnut Homies!

I went to this market twice in two days for lunch and I was impressed with all my food! What I ordered: The Japanese Chicken with fried rice and veggies All In Poke- Spicy Tuna Poke Bubblebee Bubble Tea Bri's Sweet Treats All of the food was delicious and they give you great portions! I found all the vendors to be friendly and helpful. There were so many food vendors I didn't get to try so I will have to go back as soon as possible!!

Nice walkthrough to get a taste of the local fan fair. Foods and crafts. Food stalls close at 4pm. Nice eclectic stuff. Tourist info place was helpful with tide times.

Plenty of parking, is clean and diffrent foods, from Mexican, Venezuelan, Donuts Japanese food well a little bit of everything.

This market is a local favorite for sure. There were lots of variety and diversity from the food vendors which makes it so difficult to choose what to eat. I got the birria from the taqueria and it was good but not great. You can see in the image there was not that much meet or cheese and it was almost empty and full of onions. The consomé was great, I just wish the actual taco were up to par. I give it a 5/10 because I had better birria around this area. There is a small section of the actual market place where it sells very interesting condiments and goods. I think it's nice to check out if you haven't went already.

In Worcester to go to the European Bakery we decided to stop at the public market. My first impression walking in the door was....whoever is using curry in their tell them to stop now. The overwhelming smell takes over the minute you hit the door. No smell or delicious baked goods (or any other food for that matter) no smell of the soaps for sale just curry. Totally turned off my desire to buy candy, chocolate or baked goods. Second impression. This place is just too tight in its design. Even on a day that wasn't so all you can see is parts of each booth and you have to search high up to see what the booth is called. Very claustrophobic. I did a couple of loops around and I was done. This place not only turned off my appetite but my desire to leisurely shop. By the way not really a market but more of a food court

Love love love this new addition to Worcester. I like that they rotate the food options so there's always something new to try.

This market has everything from ice cream, international food, flower bouquets, smoothies, sandwiches, bubble tea, and MORE! I like supporting small local businesses here. This place is most popular on the weekends. Only con is that it can be difficult to find street parking.

A food court with many small stalls serving a multitude of different foods. We bought Venezuelan empanadas that were fairly good, but greasy. We were passing through Worcester, and visited the Market on Sunday. Fun thing to do.

Lots of food options, super clean and well maintained, and tons of unique gifts! Plenty of indoor seating and enough variety for everyone in your group to find something they like. Alcohol not allowed off premises. Food includes Cuban, Indian, Nepalese, American, and Italian!

Wish food halls were more in style when my kids were growing up. Can find something for everyone. I've tried African bowls, arepas, bubble tea and beer and all excellent. Parking easy (see the market webpage for parking tip behind the BK) and is a great pregame stop before a WooSox game. Maybe one of the schwarma places around will relocate.

Fun spot! Lots of different international cuisines, many of which are owned and operated by families. I recommend any flavor gelato at Froze Zone and the chicken Caesar from Edenish!

So many options it was hard to choose what to eat. Decided to start with the teriyaki chicken with noodles. It was good. Tasted fresh. The noodles themselves had little flavor but the vegetables were good and the chicken was too but a little salty but it balanced out the noodles. Huge portion. From another booth: The boba tea was awesome (I got the mango dreamsicle with popping boba). The pineapple lemonade was also great. Would like to go back and try the poke. Or a burger. Or maybe some pasta.

I came here on a Sunday before Presidents' Day. I heard some good things about a lot of the restaurants here. I was looking forward to trying a few of them. Unfortunately, when we arrived and visited a few of the shops, they were sold out of inventory. It was only 5 PM so I was surprised. There were a few vendors that were available, but had very long 45 minute wait times. The only thing we could try was the bubble tea. The inside looks very nice though. Hopefully, I will get another chance to try it sometime in the future.

Eclectic food stalls that offers something for everyone. We absolutely love the Himalayan stall, donut stall, and the African Fusion.

Just found out about the Woo market today! They have everything here from all kinds of food to drinks and dessert. They also have a tiny market where you can buy hot sauce, honey, drinks and other items. It's like the Quincy Market in Boston but in Worcester. I will definitely need to go back and explore other shops!

This market has about a dozen food stalls, all of which looked amazing! My husband had a burger from the Burger Bah and I had Poke from the new Poke place! The food was awesome and fresh and I left completely stuffed. I'm dying to go back when the brewery is open and also go try the Akra African food!

Finally got to stop in on this chilly Thursday afternoon. I'm always up this way on Tuesdays. They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Everything I had to eat was delicious. Such a great variety of food. I grabbed food from 3 different places. Good gift items also.

You gotta try Little Havana's Cuban bowls. So far we have tried the tamarind chicken thighs over yellow rice and the roasted Cuban pork over roasted sweet potatoes. And they obviously make a killer Cubano. Try the pastries too.

Wow! This European-style food hall has a little bit of everything from local vendors, with a really fun variety of restaurants. The things you expect -- burgers, ice cream, sweets -- are here, and so are tortas, noodles, a Middle Eastern bakery, wine, and beer. There are also vendor stalls with soaps, flowers, and other cute things, plus a fancy-food market. Live music is promised. Table space toward the top end is plentiful, and there's also patio seating. It looks like you always end up paying to park (I parked in the lot; street parking also exists), so if you're a local who can walk or bike it, do that instead. When I lived on the other coast, I was a huge fan of DeSoto Public Market in Phoenix, and Worcester is so much better -- more realistic "stop for lunch" food choices, better options to grab a gift or a treat, better seating.

Don't know what to eat? Looking for something new to try? Or you're like me where your original reservation to a busy restaurant got cancelled last minute? I was unable to find a place that takes reservation on a busy Sunday but luckily I found the public market. There's a brewery, burger joint, boba drinks, ice cream and gelato shops, coffeehouse, Indian food, momos (dumplings), fresh pasta, donuts, and too many to name. They have outdoor and indoor seatings. Very clean because there's a staff who sanitizes the tables. Did I mention the restrooms are sparkly clean too?

What a fantastic concept and execution. We enjoyed this establishment. Awesome options for food. It is clean with lots of places to sit down and enjoy your food. We liked the variety of choices. Looking forward to going again.

\ \I feel the Worcester PubliccMarket Sooners a course on Unsensitivity training and maybe they should just learn that not everybody's perfect like they are know people fall down and maybe the end it picked up the right way that my mind is at disability people don't need any any more fingers pointed at them especially by store clerks are had the door shut on a emancy person kind of been big enough man and up to say he can't come in with your dog yeah no it's the service I can she's technically allowed to go anywhere and she's been wore with her to before so you know who this is and I won't be back and it was a really cool place and that's what really sucks I'm basically too embarrassed at this point

This place is my FAVORITE!! So many good things in one place. Best birria tacos ever and bubble bee cafe is seriously so good I drive over an hour once a week sometimes to get the brown sugar iced latte

Fun place. Much smaller than we expected but alot of ethnic food choices and a few little shops. Very clean.

We visited the Worcester Public Market recently to try something new. The outside is very nice and when you walk inside it's very lively. It was much smaller than I thought it would be with such a large assortment of food choices and little shops. Unfortunately, the music was very loud and made it difficult to talk to one another while we made choices about food. It felt somewhat claustrophobic. That being said, we did get some delicious food. Momo Palace was delicious as was the burger place. We did get a meal from Afro-fusion but didn't care for the food. The Bobo tea was delicious but the line was long. We browsed the shops but everybody working was too busy talking to each other and we were ignored. There really wasn't anything special to buy. This would be a good place to go before a WooSox game but I don't think we would return otherwise.
