Coffee Anthology

Rated one of the best coffee shops in the world, right here in Brisbane. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the experience. The staff were also very busy but still made the time to be nice to everyone. Thank you. The coffee and drinks were very nice as well. The drinks were smooth to drink and was well blended. The flavour was averaged out nicely when drinking. The drinks were also not hot, just the right temperature to drink. Nothing was overwhelming, too bitter or too sweet. It was an excellent experience. The only thing I could think of improving was the chai latte's depth of flavour. It just needed a little more of a kick and a bit more of the natural flavours to come out. But again they were very busy, I'll come back and try it when it's not as busy and see how it goes. It'll also give me a good chance to just sit and enjoy the beautiful building and atmosphere in the space.

The food was amazing! I had prawn and pork omelette and my friend had bacon egg benedict. My omelette was really delicious with generous portion. Coffee was incredible as well. I had an iced long black which made my day!! Unfortunately we were too full for their bakery. They look so good!!

This was recommended by one of my best mates these days ChatGPT as a must visit for the morning fix… did not disappoint… There were three options and I just took the barista’s advice on which one to pick… Glad I did. Always good to find new coffee shops and new flavours.

The salmon Benedict was so yummy!! Didn’t expect it come with a croissant base and it was so delicious to me as a croissant lover ❤️ Coffee maybe just soso, would say just a average one Finished my brunch a bit late so not many choices left for the pastry, the one I had was ok, will come back later to try more fresh ones. Atmosphere definitely quite good so does the location however the service was not meet my expectations maybe because the store is too busy Overall 7.5/10 given the location and quality of the food

It’s a great spot to start your day — you can’t go wrong with their coffee or matcha (a must-try for matcha lovers). The breakfast menu is fantastic and always evolving, so there’s no chance of it feeling repetitive. That said, the table service could use some improvement. We had pre-booked, but it seemed there was a lack of communication: we were first seated at the bar, then moved again about five minutes later to a proper table. Understandably, things can get overwhelming during busy periods, but a smoother process would really lift the dining experience.

Before we start our day we need a food to fill up our stomach for a big day in Brisbane. Starts at Coffee Anthology for this wonderful breakfast that we indulge in. Perfect coffee! Best breakfast. Plus the patisserie was absolutely delicious. Note: You should book your table ahead of time.

It is stylish and well-known and ranked the 8th coffee shop on The World's 100 Best Coffee Shops 2025 list! But feels slightly overrated. That said, the coffee is genuinely good, with smooth flavour and solid execution. The space is modern and inviting, though the hype sets high expectations.

The service was great, they were interactive and friendly, tried their best to cater to our new born in the pram. The food was excellent with amazing flavours. The coffee was the right temperature with a good flavour and no burnt flavour (Which I find common with extra shots). It is a nice location with a beautiful minimalistic sitting setting. It has a great vibe and is a great place to sit to eat a meal or drink a coffee. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good meal, nice seating and good coffee if you're nearby. Give it a shot.
