The chic mainstay now has a fabulous Sunday brunch service! You may never have experienced Eat Me in the daylight, but you should: the same friendly service, top notch food, and creative drinks you know from the evening await you Sunday afternoons. The seared foie gras doughnut is a Chef Tim masterpiece, with the delicious foie gras and peppercorns perfectly balancing the doughnut, pineapple, and caramel sauce. For the onsen egg benedict, imagine your best experience of a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, then ramp it up a few orders of magnitude. Pomegranate bellinis from downstairs were the perfect libation. (There are various multi-hour free-flow drink options if you dare.) I can't decide if I want to try, on my next visit, the nduja croissant, the truffle scrambled egg (with burrata!), or their take on steak & egg. The same delectable dessert menu from dinner is available for brunch; witness the incredible bourbon caramel smoked salt chocolate chip cookie under a massive scoop of ice cream.
