I'm going have to give one star, but this is over the course of four visits. Only once, when a big dude was the waiter, did everything go smooth. The three other visits were with a rude staff, staff playing up the language barrier, and being downright ignored or scolded. I hate to break to them, but consumer laws in both Nevada and Federal actually means they have to live up to those laws. People are allowed to have to-go with their "AYCE" food. It's the law. Customers PAID for the food, so it's a product, and ergo, they are allowed to take left-overs. Second, playing stupid and ignoring everybody, constantly badgering us, not being flexible on the food, and forgetting meats ordered is the way it's done in this place. Case in point: I brought it a a party of 8, including myself, and according to their own policy, we should be allowed of up to 32 choices of AYCE meats. After all, it's nearly $250 with the multiple drinks for the total bill. Well, they forget meats, ignore members of the party, bark at us.
Now, the surest way to know a business is one the downs is how the staff dresses, and the staff is a tad rubbish looking, instead of in nice dress shirts and slacks, with aprons with the business's logo in the middle. They don't bow or anything, either. And the ridiculously Fascist rules they have, which violate multiple consumer laws of product purchasing, has driven me away from here. The last draw was my last visit, where they forgot one of the meat choices of my friend. So, good bye from a loyal and long-time customer. With the exception of when the Big Guy was waiter, I've had years of misery, and three recent bad visits.
Oh, and just in case anybody cares, yeah, I've owned three restaurants and work in another, so I know restaurants inside and out from the business side.
And yes, it hurts to write this.
