Seaweed Steaks, Seafood & Sushi

Google
This place consistently exceeds expectations. The filet was cooked to perfection—honestly even better than our recent visit to Capital Grille when comparing their filet and lobster combination. The cooking style here is simpler and cleaner, which actually makes for a healthier and more enjoyable dining experience. That said, both restaurants are still well deserving of five stars. The drinks were excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout the evening. The manager truly stands out—always checking in on guests with a warm smile and making everyone feel welcome. If you haven’t been here yet, the oysters and stone crabs are always a must-try. One thing that really impressed us was the hospitality on Christmas Eve. Although they close at 9:00 PM and our reservation was at 8:40, we never once felt rushed. We were able to relax, enjoy our meal, and savor our drinks, finally leaving around 9:30 after a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Google
This our third time having the amazing stone crab here at Seaweed this season, and let me tell you, go get them! We like the large, we think they’re the best deal, and well worth the indulgence.!They are so fresh, kept on ice and cracked to perfection per order by Willy (he’s awesome)! Try it with the Happy Hour Crispy Cauliflower, it’s spectacular! Nate behind the bar is super attentive and personable too. Go, indulge, enjoy!

Google
Food was horrible! I ordered the twin filet mignon wrapped in bacon- medium well.. it was burnt to the point that you could not cut through it and even the manager on staff that night said it looked bad. I was hungry- so I said let me try the sushi. I placed the order and it was back to me in under 5 minutes. It didn’t taste or smell fresh! We came here for our son 16th birthday.. First time here, will never come back. They try to be high end by making you have reservations… This place is 100% the worse place I’ve ever been!!!

Google
Dined here on a Tuesday night for the 3 course special advertised from Sunday-Wednesday. We were a little disappointed as we wanted seafood and the menu/website stated that the special included the “catch of the day” which was grouper or snapper. The server told us that the catch of the day was in fact not included. The choice of fish was mahi mahi only (previously frozen). So instead we settled for the bacon wrapped tenderloin. It was very small, but tasty. The key lime pie was good as well, but micro sliced. Overall the food was good, but small proportions and the fish not as advertised.

Google
Best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The service was amazing from start to finish. I started out with the blackberry mojito (so good, not pictured). I got the bacon wrapped scallops and my husband got sushi which he said is the best he’s ever had. We ended with a key lime pie martini (best one I’ve ever had) and their flourless chocolate cake. We cannot stop talking about it and can’t wait to come back. The hostess, our waitress and Chelley are amazing!

Google
First time visit. Great atmosphere, great food, fantastic service. We had very young children and staff was very accommodating. Steak excellent, coconut shrimp was excellent. Several at our table had hush including Snapper wings which is a portion of the snapper just past the gills. Sarah our server was super and manager was so personable and wonderful

Valerie S.

Google
The food was outstanding, with the lobster being some of the best I've ever had. The sides were also delicious and complemented the meal perfectly. Our waitress, Delaney, provided attentive and friendly service throughout our visit. Additionally, the manager, Chelley, went above and beyond to make sure my grandbabies felt welcomed and special. Her kindness truly stood out. Overall, I look forward to returning to Seaweed in the future!

Google
Don’t trust the photos in the menu. We ordered a burger cooked medium and the snapper piccata plus a side Caesar. When asked if I wanted to replace the normal side with the Caesar, I specifically told them I wanted the normal snapper side PLUS the Caesar. Below are pictures from their website compared to pictures of what I unpacked when I got home. The burger bun fell apart from being so greasy. I called to ask about the missing side and the young lady at the front desk put me on hold to check with the manager. She came back and said that the manager said I should have been more specific and “next time” I should make sure they know I want both the rice and a salad. Apparently it was my fault even though I DID specify that’s what I wanted. They don’t have to worry about “next time” from us. We’re local and have plenty of other options. The manager had the chance to fix it by simply telling me I could come back for the rice.

Yelp
Enjoyed cedar plank salmon entree with rice. Requested medium and loved the way they cooked it. I ate this dish with the brussel sprouts side, which is really yummy. Took leftovers home since brussel sprouts was a large dish meant for sharing. Apple pie was SO delicious. More delicious than I remembered. Served warm with vanilla ice cream. Our server Lucas was very thoughtful and detail-oriented. We enjoyed his menu recommendations. He got all our special requests correct. I hope they're planning to add a hook on the ladies room wall, because i had to put my handbag on the (thankfully clean) floor.

Yelp
Lucas, a new server, was 10 stars. He made our beyond unpleasant experience as joyful as it could be. We made a 6:15pm reservation on a Wednesday night and they did not have a table available until nearly an hour later. Not sure why there was such a mess up / tons of other people were waiting too. Could it be the younger hostesses not seating properly? No clue. The manager was beyond gracious to offer us drinks but our night was basically wasted at Seaweed and we had to cancel our post dinner plans. Once we got seated, everything was a mess. Some dishes didn't arrive, some did arrive but wrong, and everything was in disarray. As stated earlier, Lucas did an excellent job trying to salvage the mess. Not sure why the place is so popular. Two of us didn't like much of what was offered on the menu at all. If we ever return, we'd sit outside and order bar bites while listening to the music. I honestly couldn't ever recommend this place to others when there are so many excellent restaurants in the area. Down the road, their other place, Salt Rock Grill, is a restaurant we really enjoy. But definitely not Seaweed.

Yelp
Always a pleasure when going here. They have a great Happy hour that has wonderful appetizers and different dishes available at a discounted price. There's also a list of drinks that is available as well as other specials. Each time I've eaten here I've had very good food and wonderful service. Often I will sit in the bar area whether that's inside or on the outside. Most evenings they have music outside that can be heard from the outdoor dining area and bar. They have a variety of martinis available and if you do not see your favorite one on the list ask the bartenders as they are very knowledgeable. The restaurant is always clean when I have went in there as well as on the outside. It's great for a quiet night out with a special loved one or a great time to meet new people around you if you are alone. There are many locals that go to that bar area and are welcoming. They have a decent sized parking lot. Although it sometimes can get filled, there are other areas available around the side of the building, but typically you can find one fairly close. I recommend going here as it's always a wonderful time when I have visited.

Yelp
All the years I've been exploring this area, drove past Seaweed and said "maybe someday...". Well someday finally came and it was incredible. From start to finish, Seaweed nailed it on all counts! Our waitress Laura was phenomenal in her service as well as recommending items from the menu. Casual/Business casual atmosphere so dress accordingly or consider dining at places on the beach. Our dinner was everything I dreamed it would be...and more! Seafood dishes expertly crafted...steaks perfectly cooked to order and staff that were very much service oriented. I would give 10 stars if Yelp had the option, highly recommend to all, and certainly will return in the future.

Yelp
Great service, food quality and prices are very fair. Had the 3course deal, I was happy with the amount of food. Ambiance was nice and the restaurant was clean

Cliff B.

Yelp
The only disappointment is how long it took us to learn about this amazing place!!! Outdoor bar, inside bar, sushi bar, great vibe overall. We started with sushi .. amazing! Wedge salad huge and delicious!! We had filet cooked perfect! Swordfish was outstanding! Inside .. tables are not squeezed together, decor refreshing, noise level very good even though busy. Parking a little tight but park in back parking lot next door good option. Lucas was our waiter, very much on point. Do not wait .. do not hesitate ... go and enjoy... steak, seafood, sushi!!!! Enjoy!!!!

Yelp
I visited Seaweed while in Clearwater on a business trip after seeing good reviews, especially for their steaks. The place looks nice -- a bit upscale with indoor and outdoor seating -- and service was friendly. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the hype. I ordered an Old Fashioned and it came with crushed ice (not ideal). Even though they had craft ice, when i asked about it they just poured the already watered-down drink over a cube. It also came with a slice of orange instead of a peel -- small details, but they matter. The real letdown was the filet mignon. The first one was so charred I could only taste burnt crust. The second one came out butterflied and overcooked. To their credit, they comped part of my check and the lobster tail was actually delicious. If you're going for seafood or the atmosphere, you might enjoy it. But if you're craving a great steak and cocktail experience, this missed the mark.

Yelp
Lets start by saying . The octopus was amazing not chewy very tender . Had a blast on my BDay with my GF . Read reviews and ill tell you Martin is not a good yelper . This place is priced in everybody's budget and the pork chop and the hog fish could not have been done any better . The staff is friendly . The GM is an incredible lady (Chelley) who i know brings people into this restaurant thru her personality and the way she makes each and every guest feel like family . She made Tedie feel like she has known her forever.. but again they do stand eye to (inside joke ) lol To finish off the review the potatoes with touch of jalapeños were more scalloped potatoes and incredible . Raspberry tiramisu was good . I will be back to enjoy many other items and see my friend and GM Chelley . Good job Seaweed...

Yelp
We are a fan of Salt Rock Grill so naturally we had to try Seaweed. Service was great even on a busy Saturday night. We had reservations so there was no wait, the food was great! Beautiful Ambiance. Very clean. I got the stuffed mahi mahi that was okay just a little messy when eating but the fresh caught grouper was better in my opinion. The sushi roll we got to share was pretty good.

Yelp
My son and I celebrated our birthdays here. The restaurant comes highly rated and is minutes from our new home. My son ordered their half pound Filet with potatoes au gratin. He shared his potatoes and they were awesome. I had the reef and beef: Filet Mignon/bacon wrapped/coconut shrimp with Parmesan mashed potatoes. We both considered this one of the best meals we've both eaten in a while. We topped it off with raspberry tiramisu: Grand Garnier lady fingers/fresh raspberry compote. Another AWESOME! My only negative comment is that it had slivers of Almonds on the top. The desert would have been fine without them. Our server, Matt, was very attentive and his visits perfectly timed.

Yelp
I live in Miami, and drove down to Clear water beach for my 28th birthday for the weekend with my fiancé. We were staying at the AC hotel in Clearwater beach and got recommended by a local Amy, and the manager Donna to come here for my bday dinner Saturday night. The food was amazing, our server Lindsay was amazing, loved the ambiance. We ordered a bottle of wine that was recommended by our server. My fiancé and I enjoyed every bite! We had the seafood linguine, the black pearl chicken app and the sushi which was PHENOMENAL! Also the raspberry tiramisu was the cherry on top! We will definitely be returning on our next visit. 10/10

Yelp
If you love a place that has a wide range of different delicacies, but focusing on the sea, I highly recommend this location. It is centrally located in Belleair area and has great accommodations for parking! When you are craving raw oysters, but don't want to drive to the beach and deal with hectic parking, this is the place to go! They have $2 each raw oysters and they are quite large if you ask me! Not to mention they have different happy hour deals with great options and it's a good amount of food still! Every time I go I try something new, but one thing that has stuck out to me is their sushi rolls! They are a little more on the pricey side, but still very delicious and satisfying! The restaurant is a different vibe as it can be a normal night out with the family, a date night, or an evening you want some live music--they quite often have live music so I suggest checking it out in the evening! The service is typically fast considering they are always busy!

Yelp
Dined here a couple weekends ago and have been meaning to leave a review. This place did not disappoint. The service here was super friendly and the atmosphere was great. I knew the menu looked familiar and has asked if this place was a part of salt rock grill and I was correct lol. Everything on the sushi menu was the same except that I noticed this spot offered more options. Drinks here are at a much better price. I could not believe what a deal I was getting for my fave drink, blueberry lemon drop. I'd def come here just for that and some oysters. I'd also have to have their lobster bisque again because it was amazing. I ordered their snapper hog fish and it was delicious. The manager came to our table and made sure things were good and she was great to chat with! Such great service here We will be back again

Yelp
Another spare of the moment dinner, went on a rainy Monday end of February' '25. Was good not great, had the " supper special" . We started with the lobster/ shrimp bisque. The soup a little salty for my taste but edible, main course was the filet with shrimp on top ,mashed potatoes with the fiesta corn on top. That not soo good ( could have easily done without that). Dessert Key lime pie ( good). Waiter was pleasant (Sebastian? ). Was a little disappointed in the whole meal. Usually Baystar is top notch ( Salt Rock, Cantina CLw beach, Island Way Grill) . Well it's still local that's a plus, wait staff adequate , chef probably could use a inservice on plating and sides

Yelp
Went for a family birthday dinner. We were on vacation from MI. There was no kids menu! I was caught off guard. I asked too. My salmon dinner was great... perfectly cooked with great flavor. Two people got hog fish... they didn't love it but it was okay. My son's steak was overcooked. Super charred on the outside. I will say... the manager came over to greet us and she was amazing. Cheered the kids right up. Let them pick a toy. It was very appreciated and extremely nice.

Yelp
As you might expect, much of food is Asian inspired, all quite delicious. We had the Catch of the Day which was Swordfish and only $25, particularly amazing for an upscale place. The crispy cauliflower appetizer was scrumptious. We went for the great music which that night was The Hula Hula Boys who play there once a month. They are terrific. The band plays outside which is a small patio so get there early if you want to be near the band.

Yelp
Sat at the bar. Some seats opened up right away, which everyone seemed surprised about. Must've been the beginning of happy hour. Ordered a couple drinks, chicken wings (VERY spicy), and oysters. Sis said they were "ok". Fresh sushi made next to the front door. Maybe next time. Ambience is busy and the place was packed. Would recommend a reservation or plan to wait for a bar seat.

Bailey L.

Yelp
My family and I came to Seaweed on Thanksgiving. Every other restaurant was closed in the area and I am so happy they were open. This place was incredible! The staff was so accommodating and kind. We ended up getting grilled oysters, calamari, kung pow shrimp, edamame, volcano roll, and salmon roll. Everything tasted so flavorful and fresh. The manager came up to us at the end of our meal and was so sweet. I will definitely be back here!!!!

Steve S.

Yelp
Nice atmospher. Small portions, left hungry. Spent over 400 dollars, wife had hair in her desert. They blew it off. Wont be back.
google avatar

Kumar D.

Yelp
Didn't stay long enough to try the food. The service was HORRIBLE! Rude servers, both en lady who came to serve and another waiter who stopped by to check on us.
google avatar

Lara T.

Yelp
Very nice place located in Bellair Bluffs. It's been open since 2018, part of the Bay Star restaurant group that includes two of my favorites, Salt Rock and Island Way Grill. They have a sushi bar with an excellent sushi menu and wonderful fresh seafood dishes. We had a reservation and were sat at the exact time of the reservation. Our server was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the menu. We started with some delicious raw oysters which were great. I had the fresh grouper with shrimp, scallop and crab with a citrus butter. It was very tasty, but needed a little more seasoning in my opinion but the grouper was very fresh and cooked perfectly. There's a parking lot in front that can get pretty busy. They are open Sunday-Thursday: 4 PM - 9 PM and Friday and Saturday: 4 PM - 10 PM with Happy hour all night every night.

Yelp
First Time Here and Definitely will be Back the Next time I am in Town. Loved their Hamachi Sashimi and the fact that they Use Natalie's for their Grapefruit. Matthew was Our Bartender and was Very Kind with any Questions I had while being Extremely Busy! I will Say I was very Surprised that they did not Offer Kama at all. Nonetheless I will be back again:)
google avatar

Yelp
Cute spot with a "local vibe". They have an all night happy hour every week night and the menu has some great highlights on it. The cauliflower and drink I had were both off the happy hour menu. The drink was a white cosmo (made with white cranberry juice and some St. Germaine) and these are always one of my favorites. It was good, refreshing and because of the way it bubbled and smoked (I've never seen this with a cosmo lol) it was very entertaining. Our server, Viviana was super sweet. She made great recommendations, didn't rush us and knew the menu well. When asked what her favorites were with no hesitation. The summer moon roll (regular menu item) was great. No complaints and I will be back to sit at the sushi bar again. The crispy cauliflower was also amazing! Caution it does contain nuts and that was not listed on the menu. (Not an issue for our group at all, just something to note should you or your eating crew have allergies.) The happy hour portion size was great to share across the two of us and we were both very impressed with the flavor. Parking was tight around 5PM on a weeknight, it was busy, which is a good thing! The lot they have was very full, but there was a bank lot right next to it that one of us was able to park at because it was after business hours.
google avatar

Mal L.

Yelp
We came here on Easter for lunch, and they served the dinner menu. I made us reservations on open table and we were sat right away. We started with oysters and lobster bisque. Oysters were decent, but the lobster bisque was meh, way too salty for me. For lunch, I had sushi and my husband had the seafood linguine. Both were very good. We also got a side of the cauliflower which was so good, we even got a side to go. Our service was great as well. Food came on time and she didn't bring everything out at once which I hate. I always judge a restaurant on their bathrooms as well to see how clean and attentive they are. Their bathrooms were really nice LOL and clean! I noticed they have a great outdoor seating area with an outside bar. Usually, this spot is only open for dinner, so we will definitely be back some time.
google avatar

Yelp
Great place! Nice menu, somthing for everyone. Came with a large group, they sat us at two table until the manager saw us. Then she made room for our group on a croweded Sunday evening. Combined our tables into one. How nice! The server? Very pleasant and accomodating. The food? No complaints. Everyone loved what they ordered.

Yelp
A Must-Try Spot for Food Lovers: Seaweed Steaks, Seafood & Sushi If you're looking for a place that nails the perfect blend of casual and upscale dining, Seaweed Steaks, Seafood & Sushi should be on your list. Whether you're there for a laid-back meal on the patio or a celebration with friends and family, this place delivers every single time. Seaweed never disappoints, from juicy steaks and fresh seafood to creative sushi and cocktails. Favorites include the Crispy Cauliflower, Scallop-Crusted Sea Bass, and the Blueberry Lemon Drop. The vibe is vibrant--casual yet upscale--with indoor and outdoor seating. Service is where Seaweed truly shines. The staff goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special. A special thanks to Chelley, the incredible manager, and our servers, Tyler and Natalie, who handled our large group (19 total) with grace, warmth, and efficiency. On Easter Eve, not only were we seated immediately, but the team even went above and beyond to accommodate our request to have two separate family reservations seated near each other, flawlessly executed. Seaweed is more than just a meal--it's an experience. Whether you're dining with two people or twenty, expect delicious food, thoughtful service, and a vibe that keeps you coming back.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant perfectly located near Indian Rocks beach. Upon walking in with no reservation, one of the waitresses, Brigid started a random covers with us at the check in desk. Thats when we asked to be in her section. Brigid was nothing short of amazing! Happy hour is all day, every day.... That part! All the food was amazing. I tried the Black pearl chicken, jumbo grilled wings, Firecracker shrimp and decided on the Salad of the Sea for dinner. Great experience I'm thinking Brigid greatly contributed to that. She was attentive, gave great recommendations and just all around was amazing!!
google avatar

Yelp
Went for date night with my hubby. It was delicious from the start. We had the ritz cracker scallops - perfect cook on these. Then some Sushi and main course.... Whole fried snapper. DELICIOUS. we finished with snickerdoodle cheesecake. #yummo The service was spot on and the restaurant decor and vibe was comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend eating here.

Yelp
Had a few really good meals here. I've brought family members here multiple times, and we've always had a nice meal.

Yelp
Wonderful atmosphere and great service. Keko (sp?) was a wonderful server. She helped sort out dietary challenges to a fabulous dining experience. Fresh caught fish to table. We will definitely be back next year!

Yelp
Checked out this spot for happy hour. The happy hour menu was decent. But the service and quality was not. There was a long wait for a table so I sat at the sushi bar. The sushi bar staff are strictly making sushi and not serving. I sat there for about 20 minutes before my waitress came back to say hello. Then she had to come back with a water. I hardly saw her unfortunately to order or pay. Was there for over 2 hours between all the waiting. I ordered the firecracker shrimp. It was kinda like a fried bang bang shrimp. The shrimp were on the small side. I also ordered the Belleair roll and the Mexico roll. I forgot what they were. I also could not find a description at the time in the menu. My waitress had to tell me what was in them. A description of the roll should definitely be included in the menu. The rolls were small and disappointing. I would not return to this restaurant or recommend unfortunately.

Yelp
My wife and I dined at Seaweed Grille tonight. The food was excellent; both filet and seafoods. Smaller crowd on a Monday of course but the background music was still at packed house levels. We could talk and hear each other but barely. Maybe this is a product of old age more than loud music. I dunno. The shining star of the evening was our server Olivia. Bright smile, quick feet and an attention to detail will keep her among the top tier servers in the area. We will ask for her table next trip. We highly recommend you visit Seaweed Grille in Belleair.

Yelp
Over the weekend, we tried out Seaweeds Restaurant and it was fantastic! We had the BEST raw Oysters we've ever had. Stone Crab sushi roll was delicious. The drinks were on point. Our entrees were Shrimp & Grits and Stuffed Mahi, both were fresh and packed with flavor. Service was fantastic and the ambiance was perfect for a nice date night.

Kari D.

Yelp
Thank you to Lucas and Nathan who took great care of us in the bar area. Lucas made an extra effort to get us seated at the bar, which was much appreciated. Great food and colustomer service all around.

Yelp
Great food. Wonderful service. Lovely Ambience. Our server was delightful. The manager, Chelley was great! Highly recommend!

Yelp
Great service, food was delicious. Oysters for the price is a good deal. Happy hour cocktails for $7 bucks, YEA. The Oysters Manchego were delicious. Any sushi roll with baked dynamite I highly recommend.

Yelp
Everything we tried was delicious! We went here for my husband's birthday dinner. So lucky we were able to get a table for a large party during a holiday weekend! We've driven by this place and the parking lot is always full. tried to get a table twice with no luck. So today was our lucky day! Greeted with band music playing outside! Nicely laid out open floor play where you see the bar and dinning area. Our waitress was so knowledgeable and very hospitable. Very attentive and we had great customer service. We were a party of 9 so I don't recall what everyone ordered but here's the highlight list: Black Pearl Chicken, Coconut Shrimp,Grilled OctopusGrilled Oysters ManchegoNy Strip, crunch roll, volcano roll, tuna bites, blue crab claws. They have a happy hour specials everyday. Their 241 margaritas were delicious. Had a good punch to it. For dessert, we ordered the raspberry tiramisu, apple pie with ice cream and key lime pie. The winner is the key lime pie in my opinion. It has a meringue on top and Lorne done cookie crust!!! Needless to say, we shall be back!!! We've found our new spot for happy hour!

Yelp
I don't typically post reviews, but this is worth it. Food was amazing! Highly recommend the piccata (grouper), cauliflower & yakisoba noodles. The summer moon roll and shrimp cocktail were yum!

Yelp
Wonderful experience. Brigid was our server. She was really friendly and knowledgeable. The food was stellar. Great sushi. I'll be back next time im in town!

Yelp
Was in for dinner on Thursday June 26. Our server was Bridget Who was extremely helpful. She was on point with wine suggestions. Bridget was good at explaining the menu and when I asked what I should have between two choices she didn't hesitate letting me know what to choice. I will definitely be back.

Alicia H.

Yelp
The drinks were both very good. The steaks were a great cut and cooked well. But they had absolutely no taste. Even the sauce and asparagus were bland. The fries weren't bad and had more taste than the steaks. The service was ok nothing grand. My silverware and napkin were dirty. It could have been so much better. The drink menu was wet and sticky.
google avatar

Yelp
We enjoyed Easter dinner at Seaweed. Even with the holiday crowds, they did a great job managing reservations and we were seated within 5 minutes of our reservation time. They had a limited menu for the holiday so some of the family couldn't have their traditional favorites, and we found other things to try. We started with the edamame prepared with chili-garlic and ginger along with a sushi roll. For entrees my oldest daughter and I had the hog snapper piccata. The portion size of the fish was generous and the flavor of the piccata was delicious. My youngest had the stuffed chicken which she found to be ok. My husband had a few more sushi rolls - volcano, super crunchy, and the red dragon. His favorite of the rolls was the red dragon. Seaweed also had some fun themed holiday drinks for the occasion that we had to try as a part of our meal as well.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant. My big complaint is that they originally sat us so we were staring at the bathrooms with plenty of open seats. Needless to say we moved our table. After that it was smooth sailing! Food was good. Salad and sushi! Service was good. Waitress forgot a shrimp cocktail and was super apologetic but it was no big deal, we had plenty of food and it was all good! Drinks were good too!

Yelp
We come here every year on our trip to Clearwater Beach and it is always first-rate. Great food, service and ambiance at reasonable prices. Our server Tyson was a rock star - pleasant and attentive - and manager Chelly made it a point to stop by our table (as she always does), not just for a token "how is everything?" but for actual real conversation. This is how it's done! (The manager at their sister restaurant Salt Rocks Grill should be sent here to learn from Chelly). Excellent!

Yelp
Will not be coming here anymore with a D RATING with the Health Department! Used to love this place would expect more from a high end steakhouse.

Yelp
1st, the restaurant is amazing! I tend to like my spicy sushi rolls spicy so I travel with fresh Thai chillies. I ASKED Souka if he could add them to my triple tuna roll and he graciously agreed. Every roll he brought us was amazing. The wait staff was excellent, and service the entire night was superb. Go see Souka and experience the magic! You won't regret it!
