Haven't been here in awile but glad I came through. This food is real good and there's semi truck parking in the back/side (for all my fellow truckers) Customer service was good as always and I got what I needed. I ordered 2 crawfish rolls and a shrimp roll. The food here is always consistent and fresh. Yes yes yes you got to wait in line because the food is so good you're going to have to wait about 10+ minutes before they get to you. So if you need to work on your patience then stop by here. They have food ready to go and frozen food you take home if you want to take it to go. Exit 97 off I- 10 Scott "Weezy" (LA) if you're looking for some good soul Southern meals thats affordable.

Stopped in for boudin yesterday. Yummm! Made my drive to Texas so much betta! Easy access to/from location from 1 10 east or west bound. They offer frozen meats, spices, jellies, crackling, boudin balls, etc! Warning this place does fill up quickly. Worth it's weight in boudin links I promise you!

Best boudin balls on the planet. I drove over 3 hours just to make it back to Billy's. Everything I've tried from here is outstanding. The flavor never lacks.

Had the absolute pleasure of stopping TWICE at Billy's in Scott LA... Drove to Mississippi and back from Arizona for a steak cooking competition. The BOUDIN BALLS are the bomb.!.! My favorite was the Red Beans & Rice Ball. Staff was friendly and helpful with us outsiders and first time Billy's customer... 👍🏽

I was so excited to try my food I forgot to take pictures. I tried the crawfish pie, jambalaya ball and red beans & rice ball. They were all AMAZING. We will definitely stop by on our next road trip. This stop and Bergeron’s in Port Allen have been our favorites by far.

Had to give them a try after hearing friends brag about the place. Drive thru lane backed up around the building. Went inside, line backed up to door. Well, this is a good sign.......... Nope, I will stay a Best Stop customer. The smoked boudin at best stop is 10 times better. The boudin balls were edible, the crawfish boudin sandwich I won't even comment,same with the wrapped crawfish and the pepper jack boudin ball. Crackling isn't too bad, has a sweet taste to it. Yeah, I'm sticking to Best Stop for my boudin variety of food.
