This BOUDIN and CRACKLIN virgin stopped here at the recommendation of a Scott LA native. Driving from Phoenix AZ to Ocean Springs MS for a food competition. The ladies here were so gracious, friendly and helpful. They put together a free mini sampler dish so me and my friend could get a feel for all of this deliciousness. We were both able to grab a togo bag for the remainder of our roadtrip. The RED BEANS AND RICE boudin ball was one of my favorites. We will be back on our return trip.!.! "I Gar-on-tee it.!.!" 😂😆🤣

Best boudin balls on the planet. I drove over 3 hours just to make it back to Billy's. Everything I've tried from here is outstanding. The flavor never lacks.

I was so excited to try my food I forgot to take pictures. I tried the crawfish pie, jambalaya ball and red beans & rice ball. They were all AMAZING. We will definitely stop by on our next road trip. This stop and Bergeron’s in Port Allen have been our favorites by far.

Had to give them a try after hearing friends brag about the place. Drive thru lane backed up around the building. Went inside, line backed up to door. Well, this is a good sign.......... Nope, I will stay a Best Stop customer. The smoked boudin at best stop is 10 times better. The boudin balls were edible, the crawfish boudin sandwich I won't even comment,same with the wrapped crawfish and the pepper jack boudin ball. Crackling isn't too bad, has a sweet taste to it. Yeah, I'm sticking to Best Stop for my boudin variety of food.

Every month, I drive the 216 miles from Houston, Texas down I-10 to Scott, Louisiana to Billy's. Food as always is good and Excellent Customer Service. This month, I decided to have Billys for Thanksgiving Dinner. I ordered what I always order, a dozen of pepper jack balls, a dozen of pepper jack wraps, a dozen of links and this time, I added a dozen of shrimp 🍤 boudain balls. So far so smooth, except today it was super packed at 8 o'clock in the morning when its always empty the previous months I have visited for years. Plus, a Louisiana State Trooper accosted me on I-10 heading back to Texas. I wish yall would open up a location in Texas because my days of driving through Louisiana are limited now especially with those crowds and Louisiana State Troopers hounding me. Sorry. Excellent food and Customer Service though. 😎
