If there's something that's definitely not good, I do not write reviews, rather than leaving bad or malicious reviews.
If my past reviews of almost 10,000 contributions are referred, I try to see and find only the good things as much as possible, because my time is valuable just by looking at the good things.
So, there is also a disadvantage that my review ratings tend to be high.
While trying to be humble and passionate like Chef Kang Min-cheol and Chef Son Jong-won, It's a pity if somebody forget their initial intentions and fall into arrogance or conceit just because they are listed onto Michelin guide. So these days, sometimes Blue Ribbon Survey may be less political and honest.
Still, if you go taking your time, I recommend eating Binnaeng.
