My experience wasn't positive or comfortable, and due to the staff's lack of respect, I ended up returning my pizza.
The place itself was nice, and the pizza seemed yummy.
However, my experience with the staff at this pizza place left me feeling horrible. While I can't confirm if the cashier was annoyed, I sensed a lack of support during my menu selections, at the very least.
I was the sole customer in the restaurant. After ordering, already feeling kind of uncomfortable, I sat waiting while staff members chatted among themselves. Unfortunately, I missed that my pizza was ready because I didn't hear it. The fact that they expected me to pay attention to them and catch the announcement among their chatter was so entitled and rude.
When I expressed my concerns, without attacking them as I have experienced things, both of them went defensive and threw covert insulting comments, which was just disgusting. They shifted the blame onto me for not hearing my order, even though their communication lacked clarity. I don't think it was that hard to call me in an empty place and tell me that the order was ready. Therefore, I felt bullied.
I was also accused of sitting on my phone "talking to someone" and not paying attention to my pizza.
I was disappointed by the poor communication and lack of accountability in this situation. As a customer, I expected clearer communication, especially in an empty place, literally. I ended up returning the pizza and think I'll never go here again because I don't want to face this treatment. I came to rest and eat, but was treated with a total lack of respect and was left feeling so unheard and disrespected. It's crazy how these people are allowed to be working there and treat customers like that. Even if it was selective bad treatment, it is even worse, because then it becomes personal.
I hope this review encourages the restaurant to address these issues and create a more customer-friendly environment.
