The 36 Best Restaurants in Mexico City, From the Splurge-Worthy to Streetside Tamale Stands | Condé Nast Traveler

"Le Tachinomi Desu is a petite, standing-room-only, Japanese restaurant and bar . A rotating menu includes curries with rice, grilled sausages topped with uni, wagyu beef burgers, crudos, and hibachi grilled dishes. Once a week or so, a guest chef serves a fun, abbreviated menu that test-drives some new ideas. For example, a Portuguese chef that will helm a forthcoming pizzeria from the same restaurant groups, has been making the rounds." - Naomi Tomky, Scarlett Lindeman

Le Tachinomi Desu - Review - Juárez - Mexico City - The Infatuation

"This cramped, standing-room-only wine/sake bar in the Cuauhtemoc neighborhood can’t fit more than 20 people, and though it’s chaotic and you’ll probably spend half the night pressed up against the bar, it’s one of our favorite places to drink in CDMX. Our recommendation is to save this place until the end of the night, when you can be amongst the rest of the stumbly, well-dressed crowd, drinking natural wine and rare sake (including the only Mexican variety in existence), and mentally making plans to do it all again tomorrow night." - Brant Cox

Inside Miami’s Hot New Sushi Bar Hiden | Eater

"A buzzy new stand-up bar favored for its selection of sake and Japanese whisky, positioned as a lively spot for drinks within the group’s roster of Japanese haunts." - Kat Odell
