The food here is pretty good overall, a little over-prices, but the customer service and staff attitude are seriously lacking.
This morning, I placed a pickup order over the phone and drove to the restaurant to get it. They have a designated pickup area, but all the spots were full, so I parked further away--no big deal. When I tried calling to let them know I was there, no one answered, so I went inside. As soon as I got to the register, I was met with blank stares from the staff. No greeting, no acknowledgment--so awkward.
I told them I was there to pick up my order, and they handed me the food without saying a single word. That was the entire interaction. I felt like I was being judged by high school girls who think they're better than you. I don't understand why the staff can't even do the bare minimum, like greeting customers or being polite. It makes the whole experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
The owners really need to step up and train their staff because this has been a recurring issue. This place has so much potential, but the lack of effort from the employees ruins it. Customer service is such an important part of any business, and if a restaurant can't deliver even basic respect or friendliness, it doesn't deserve a good rating. It's frustrating and disappointing, to say the least.
