AMANOR Hotel Chiang Mai

I was lucky to spend one night at this hotel recently. I arrived early, well before check-in, and I left late the next day. The front desk staff was so kind to let me freshen up in the restroom, hold my bags, and help me make a plan for my brief stay. Once I checked in, my room was beautiful! I wish I had more time to enjoy relaxing in my tub with an amazing view, but I spent most of my time exploring the city. Breakfast was delicious! I had a really wonderful experience, made even better by every kind and helpful staff member that I encountered. One tip to share- the hotel is still listed under its previous name on Grab! It pops up as Akyra Manor. Hopefully, this helps someone else get here from the airport a little less confused!

Amazing Staff! From the moment you arrive, to the minute you leave! Nong, Noon, Prem, Note & New were so friendly & helpful! Always smiling! The restaurant was beautiful & delicious! Pool Top Bar was a great place to relax & watch the sunset. And the rooms top notch! Thank you team for everything!

Amanor hotel in Chiang Mai was amazing. It was perfectly located, the rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. All of the staff was top notch and very helpful but I have to send a special shout out to one staff member named Note. Note referred me to a great stadium to witness a Mauy Thai fight and setup the tickets plus transportation to the event. He recommended restaurants, bizarres, stores, best place to exchange money and massages. I’m not sure if the hotel even has a concierge but if not they should give Note a promotion and make him the concierge. He definitely went above and beyond and deserves to be recognized.

⸻ One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at! They went above and beyond to cater to our halal food request, and the breakfast had amazing options daily. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches like pillow menu and mist choices, toiletries, and they even upgraded our room. Every evening they surprised us with a piece of cake, which was such a sweet gesture. A special thanks to Yui, the breakfast host, who was incredibly kind and attentive. The hotel is aesthetic, central, and truly exceptional – highly recommend! A genuine 5 star well deserved

From the emails to arrival and check out the staff have been amazing! |They were always replying to my questions swiftly before arriving, they had a what’s app number that I could contact them on, staff always greeted you with a big smile upon returning and leaving. |We had a deluxe room and it was beautiful what they did with the space, it always felt clean! And the breakfast at the restaurant next door if you got it included was top notch you got to have two mains each along with coffee and tea plus a buffet and a complimentary fruit tower which had fruit, a small meal and a cake. |Honestly loved this hotel and would stay again!

The Amanor Hotel is located slightly outside the city center, in a charming neighborhood with excellent restaurants and stylish shops within easy reach. As an Hilton Honors Diamond member, I was delighted to receive an upgrade to a suite. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and pleasantly quiet, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the surroundings. The only drawback was the limited amount of natural daylight in the room. The staff consistently delivered outstanding service and impressed with their warm and attentive hospitality. Breakfast, while not extensive, was of very good quality. The rooftop pool is beautifully designed but rather small, with limited space for loungers and only a few shaded areas. Overall, a refined and comfortable stay with excellent service in one of Chiang Mai’s nicest districts.

Very good hotel and very friendly staff|The room is very clean, its feel like you are going back home. The surrounding area are also pretty good. Great bars, great clothing shops and great restaurants. |Plus hotel offers free breakfast and their bar is amazing.
