There’s sit-down service and a good amount of space for a casual brunch over omelets and salmon tartine, but keep in mind the parking lot is tiny. "Since it opened its doors a few years ago, this airy spot has become one of Santa Fe’s best daytime lunches for a break from chile and tortillas. The quality of coffee wins over locals and tourists alike, but the real crowd pleasers come from the small kitchen that serves Slovakian-inspired dishes in a relaxed, homey atmosphere. The Hungarian goulash alone, made with locally sourced lamb bone broth, is worth the trip. But the house-made cakes, pies, and other pastries are equally unmissable. For a treat to go, pick up some fresh gingerbread and a jar of lemonade mixed with turmeric, ginger, honey, and cayenne.
