Delicious and friendly. Jacob and Helen is caring with quick service and efficiency. Hallasan flavored soju is going to be carried here finally. Absolute meat and drink combo. Hallasan all natural and no artificial flavors with no ethanol after taste. Beef belly is my favorite.

3.7 stars. Food was solid. We both ordered the Dolsot Bibimbap. Absolutely delicious. The assortment of banchan was very enjoyable. Service was average. Atmosphere was good. Would definitely recommend and will be back for sure in the near future.

I really enjoyed dining here! The food was amazing, but the customer service truly took the cake. This restaurant should be the standard for others every staff member was so attentive. Even if it wasn’t their table, they would stop to ask if I needed anything and made sure to bring it back quickly. The team here is simply amazing and keeps the restaurant running so smoothly. From the host to the servers and everyone in between, the flow, professionalism, and friendliness really shine. Awesome job to the entire staff! I can tell the owner is just as great because their leadership shows through the excellent performance of the whole team.

Overall 3. The food is decent. Selection is minimal. It's very heavy pork. Biggest complaint is seating. It was ok at 1st but the minute someone sits behind you - it pushes you in and you could be stuck till they leave. There's a button to call for a waiter but even at half capacity - pressing the button didn't get anyone. We had to ask a few times for our drinks bc it seemed like they forgot.

Wouldn’t come back. Service was painfully slow and it wasn’t busy. They never checked on us once, we had to call them everytime for the most basic request like changing the grill or refills on empty dishes/water & that’s the bare minimum at most korean bbq places. I’ve never seen a kbbq place not check up on you. Anyways Bulgogi was good, galbi was alright but had an odd taste to it. kimchi soup was good but 2nd round tasted like water. Even after all the meat was cooked, we had to ask for rice… the main dish💀

Ramon, the guy who kept changing our grill was very attentive than all the servers we had there. He checks up on us more than our actual server. Ramon was nice, attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. I felt like our experience could’ve been better if our server actually checked up on us and showed that he cared instead he seemed distant and annoyed every time we tried to order. We need more people like Ramon!

Food is so good I love. the service its professional and friendly

I called in two orders and i asked the girl if i needed to place two separate orders to get two orders of sides. I was told that i would get sides with each meal. After driving almost an hour we discover we only got sides for one meal. I called the restaurant and they don’t understand english. We drove another hour to return to the restaurant . Originally i was told that i would have to pay another $5, eventually they gave me the additional side for free. If you plan to order multiple meals place each meal separately or you will only get one order of sides. The food is great however if you place a take out order check your order before paying. Customer service is not good, the excuse that they dont understand English is not acceptable especially because the food is quite pricey. See picture below if you order multiple meals this is all the sides you get, although you paid for a full meal
