I highly recommend that you check your receipt and ask for them to print one out that does not only tell you what you ordered, but that the price also be legible. When I asked today for another copy of my receipt. So I could see what they were charging me, because it didn't say what they were charging me. But it did say what the total was which was $3.50 cents more than what I payed before, and I ordered the same thing. Every time I come here, the combo Fried Rice, no shrimp. Just give me more chicken or beef. And the waitress confirmed again today before I ordered it that I could get either one. And it was because I did not get the shrimp. No extra charge I said thank you, and just add either one. It doesn't matter. Well when I got my check. I couldn't see the price of anything on there. But I could see perfectly what I ordered when I asked to get a copy. That was more legible. The man behind the cash register got very upset and kept acting like he didn't know what I was saying. So then my waitress and the waiter both told him that I wanted a receipt that I could see what the pricing was.He asked me why he told me what it was. But yet the waiter went ahead and printed it out for me. And I got it, and it was completely legible. And I noticed, they were charging me $3.50 extra i asked him why he said that I did not order a combo fried rice. Because I did not get the shrimp. It only qualifies as beef, and chicken comb??? and that I order extra protein when I told him. That's not what I ordered. He told me, that's what I got, and I had to pay extra for that. It is not a combo if you don't get the shrimp. When I told him that that's not what the waitress told me. And that's always been called a comb ever since I've come here. I told him, I always ordered the same thing. Anybody that knows me will tell you. I always order the same thing. When I go to certain restaurants, because I know what I like and last time I was here. My check was $18 and something cents.
Today my check was just under $22.
He had the nerve to threaten me that if I did not pay what he said that I could not come back. I told him that that's not good business practice. You give people distorted receipts and hope that nobody asked no questions. And you charge people more money and hoping they don't catch you. I believe it was a mistake. I told him even the waitress told him that she did tell me what I said she told me. And he just wasn't having it, he wanted his extra $3,50 or else. I don't know what other people would do, but I'm not gonna pay $3.50 extra when I was just in here. The other day and got the same thing and paid less. So beware, the gentleman that's the cashier.Who claims he's the owner? Does overcharge people and I believe that he has the machine set up to print out a receipt where the numbers don't come out. Just what you ordered, I tried to take a pictures of the receipt to post it with this posting, but he took the ticket off the counter before I could take the picture when he noticed. I was taking a picture of it. I don't believe that the waitress or the waiters are in on this. I think is strictly just the individual behind the cash register. Who claims to be the owner? By the way, again, I emphasize be aware of what they're charging you here, I recommend not to come here. Remember today $3.50 and next time could even be more. But regardless, he's overcharging people, and hoping they don't see it and receiving money that they're not entitled to. I would assume that that would be considered theft because it is in my book
