My first time visiting Honey Pie, in over 5 years. The atmosphere is soothing and inviting, almost like visiting a friend back in the day. I had the Bourbon Hound, which was a great pick. We ordered the Fried Cheese Curds - and wow, they are so fresh & squeaky! Mmmm... My Reuben & Truffle Fries were not great, for me. The Corned Beef was somewhat chewy. That's not good. I liked the rye bread and sauce, but this was a big miss for me for a Reuben. The truffle fries have good flavor, but seemed a bit over-salted. My wife had the Club Sandwich and fries and said slightly over salted a bit too, but still pretty good. My two sons had two sandwiches and both were good, so maybe skip the Reuben and you'll all be happy. Or maybe this, just not the Reuben's best showing. Nice place, good service, worth the visit.

Loved my first experience at Honeypie after years of driving by. The decor, ambiance, service, and food were all great. The inside has a nostalgic and comforting, yet modern feel. Chicken and fresh toast was perfect. My friend really enjoyed the breakfast burrito. Will be back!

What a wonderful gem in Bayview! My first time here and I'll definitely be back. From the ever-pleasant Jalen who greeted and seated us to the kind, attentive Grace who waited on us, and even the manager who stopped by our table to say a quick hello, the staff here seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and working with each other. For me, that makes all the difference and the icing on the cake of a lovely experience. Then our food came and it was so delicious. A chai latte, French toast, and chilaquiles. Just yum all around!

We ordered the biscuits n gravy with scrambled eggs, tofu scramble, and fries. Great service and vibes. Orders came out quick and fresh. The biscuits n gravy were not quite what I would expect as a “southerner” but different doesn’t mean bad. It was surprisingly spicy with what I think was a curry flavor. And the biscuit was more like a scone with a crispy exterior and spongey on the inside (great for soaking up the gravy). I would order that again. The tofu scramble was just okay. Fries were awesome too. If I was going to come back, I’d give the French toast a try.

Went for brunch on a Friday morning around 10am & it was easy to get a table. Server was very friendly and managed to came over to check how everything was and he was excited & happy. Food was tasty - I had the breakfast casserole which our server suggested. It was a lot of food so took half home and was good the next day too. My friend enjoyed the breakfast hash and we shared a slice of hazelnut chocolate pie which was delicious. We dug into that too quickly so I didn’t snap a pic. Would definitely come back!

I loved this place so much! I sat at the counter and the owner took care of me. He made me feel like we've been friends for years. The food was great, all the servers were so friendly, pies were awesome. 10/10

Amazing. I have an unreasonable fascination with a place that serves delicious cherry pie and coffee. This place does that along with an awesome atmosphere and delicious food. I had the burger, and the cooks are professionals at egg preparation. Everything was picturesque. Loved it. Will be back, perhaps more than is normal.

Honeypie is a Milwaukee staple! If you’re visiting from out of town, it’s the best place to stop for brunch! The food is great, the pies are bomb, and the service is top tier. I had the pesto chicken salad and I loved it. Sophie was amazing! She was knowledgeable and so kind! Thank you!!

Fantastic Food, Service, and Atmosphere! Stopped into HoneyPie in the mid-afternoon and loved everything about it--bright, clean space with fresh décor and comfy booths. My wife's Cubano was spot-on (she's a Miami regular), and my Salmon Nicoise salad was loaded with crisp veggies and perfectly cooked salmon. We topped it off with a tangy, smooth key lime pie--delicious! Fiona and Maggie were outstanding--friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Only minor downside? AC was a bit chilly, but nothing a sweater can't fix. We'll definitely be back!

There is no better place for comfort food. Grilled cheese and tomato soup is a go to for me. Honeypie's version comes with fries and housemate pickles. The soup is thick and perfect for dipping your sandwich into. We also love going to Honeypie for brunch as well. The breakfast pork fries are lovely when you're super hungry. Pulled pork over potatoes with a sunny side egg pickled jalapeños and green onions. It's messy but wonderful. I have tried almost everything on the menu and you can't go wrong but the pork fries are a must try! When you're feeling the need for sweets you can't go wrong taking a slice or two of pie home for dessert. I'd recommend any of the fruit pies. And if you're there for brunch, try the 'Sconie mosa - traditional mimosa with some cranberry wine. It's tart and refreshing!

What a vibe!!! This place has such an adorable cafe/diner atmosphere. It is fun, welcoming, and cozy. The service was friendly and quick. They offer comfort foods - highly recommend the burger (SO juicy and flavorful) and the Pesto chicken salad sandwich (so so fresh and full of flavor) . The fries were crispy. The side salad was so fresh, and I loved the ranch! It wasn't super creamy and they didn't drown the salad in dressing. As far as pies, you have to get one! Our group got the strawberry rhubarb, salted caramel, mixed berry, cookies and creme, and chocolate and we loved them all! Highly recommend coming here.

There is typically a wait (20+ minutes) over the weekend for brunch, and to combat this, they have coffee at the front you can enjoy before you are seated. They also sell merch and other items (e.g. cookbooks, kitchen utensils, honey, etc.) at the front. The interior is cozy and best suited for groups of 2 or 4. We ordered their biscuit to share, and I ordered the breakfast casserole and my partner ordered the chicken and French toast. Overall, the service was friendly and the food was delicious!

Wow I have not been here since they moved to a new space and apparently that is already 5 years ago now! The new space is open and spacious and has a great vibe. The bar is open and bright. Honestly would've sat there if I didn't go with my family. I ordered my usual - pork fries and pie. The pork fries hit the spot as usual although they now serve it in a bowl where it used to be on a plate. The is impacts the longevity of the fries crispyness. Still just as dense and heavy and plenty for a meal on its own. I also has the breakfast casserole with my nephew and wow that was flavorful and heavy too. Be prepared to take food home here! The gravy in the casserole was delicious and the biscuit was not dry. Wish the ratio was a bit less biscuit though. Pies are always good no specific notes except get yourself a slice.

ADORABLE place with homey vibes in the seating and bar areas. AMAZING food and drinks with great service. Don't leave without a slice of pie! Found this place on yelp based on reviews while we're visiting the area and wanted to drive through Bayview. Couldn't be happier with the pick! Walking in you immediately get the cute diner/cafe vibes with the pie case and artwork you're met with. We went around 2pm and we immediately got a seat and great service. I ordered the burger after a server recommendation and it was delicious. It was cooked perfectly and the toppings all melded together amazingly. We also ordered the corn muffins which had a hint of sweetness and were perfectly warm. Others ordered the Caesar salad, breakfast casserole, and the hopple popple scramble. Rave reviews for those as well. You get your moneys worth as well, there is LOTS of food in each option. We also got slices of the Chocolate Cream Pie and Salted Caramel Pie, so glad we did. The Chocolate was perfectly rich with great whipped cream. The salted caramel was one of the best cream pies i've ever had. The chocolate crust and whipped cream tied it together perfectly with almost a cheesecake vibe. SO YUMMY! I am a huge ranch person and after asking the server, he said the ranch was wonderful. I like it however, not my favorite ever. It had a strong dill flavor which was yummy but too much mayo flavor for my liking.

Three of us had brunch at this restaurant on New Year's Day. The interior was decorated cheerfully, very fitting to the mood of the day. The place was full when we arrived, but there were no other customers waiting, although several other groups arrived shortly after. Our wait for the seats was probably less than 10 minutes; after we placed our order, however, it took more than half an hour for our food to arrive, indicating that the kitchen was quite overwhelmed that day. I ordered the Breakfast Burrito, and my companions ordered the Pesto Chicken Salad Sandwich and the Cobb Salad, respectively. We all liked the food we ordered. The Breakfast Burrito was the best I'd had in MKE, and I would rank it slightly below the best breakfast burrito I had in a NYC restaurant a few months earlier. The toasted croissant that came with the Pesto Chicken Salad Sandwich, which I also tasted, was very good - buttery, soft and almost crumbly. I would consider Honeypie one of the best breakfast and brunch restaurants in MKE.

Honey Pie in Bay View is everything you want in a neighborhood spot--a welcoming, cozy space with a retro vibe. From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff and inviting atmosphere stood out. The Lavender Sparkle mocktail was a refreshing start. They had a nice selection of mocktails and NA beers. It's hard to decide which entree was better - the Hopple Popple Skillet with its incredible aroma and steaming-hot deliciousness, or the Pesto Chicken Salad Croissant - perfectly flaky and so flavorful. And then there's the pie. Wow. We tried the Key Lime Pie and Cherry Pie--took them home to savor later. The key lime was perfect, and the cherry, warmed up and paired with some cinnamon ice cream, was next level. Can't wait to go back again!

Visiting Milwaukee for the first time in many years and my friend's son who lives in the neighborhood of the Honeypie Cafe highly recommended this wonderful place. My Pot Roast Hash was so glorious that I had to write a review about it. Our server was so cool to explain what I can expect from this dish and it didn't disappoint!!! Order it!!! Great atmosphere and the restaurant is set up to make it easy to hold a conversation with your friend. A view of the pies in cooler was very tempting, but the Pot Roast Hash was all I needed. Great spot!!!

Who says you can't have pie for breakfast? You absolutely can, as much as some might disagree. I had an amazing start to my day at Honeypie Cafe! Before we allowed myself to get lost on not one, but two pieces of pie, we chowed down on the Breakfast Casserole. This is a party in a bowl, filled with biscuit, roasted potatoes, the most delicious house made sausage gravy I've ever had, white cheddar, and chunks of bacon all enveloped in a sunny side egg. It was hard to get a good picture, but the video says it all in 8 seconds. This dish was indulgent. Once that was well polished off, we treated ourselves to slices of Strawberry Rhubarb and Lemon Icebox pie to try a fruit and cream. Both were EXCELLENT. The Strawberry Rhubarb was wonderfully sweet and tart and yummy. The Lemon Icebox was topped with real whipped cream and based on a crumbly graham crust. It was refreshing. We hardly left a crumb behind of either. The service was excellent! Our server checked on us periodically and always made sure our coffee cups stayed filled. I highly recommend this place! It can get busy so I suggest you get there early!

I've visited Honeypie Cafe three or four times for brunch now and it has never disappointed! It's a cozy restaurant with some really delicious items on the menu. The French toast is a winner. It's fluffy and flavorful and the fresh berries are the perfect addition. The yogurt parfait is good too, and the house-made granola is absolutely incredible. However, I do think the honey drizzle is a little excessive -- it makes the dish just a tad too sweet. If you're looking for something savory, whatever you do you MUST order a dish that comes with the breakfast potatoes. Truly the best I've ever had. They're luscious on the inside with a good bit of crispness on the outside and packed with flavor. And don't forget to grab a slice of pie on your way out! The cookies and cream is especially yummy. The servers are always friendly and the food comes out quickly, but even when it's busy, I never feel rushed. When the weather is nice, try to grab a seat on the patio. It's a hidden gem with plenty of shade. For brunch, you can expect to pay somewhere around $40 before tip for two beverages and two entrees. It's well worth the price, in my opinion.

We went to Honeypie Café on a Saturday night and had no issue getting a table. Our waitress was great and so friendly! We were a little bummed right in the beginning because my mom tried to order the Airline Chicken but they were all out for the night. Then turns out my dad got the last Chicken and Biscuit pie of the night (this was at 6:30pm and they are opened until 9). The grilled cheese was great. Super buttery and great cheese to bread ratio. Dipping in the tomato soup was a must! The fries were so nicely seasoned, but sadly they were cold. If they were fresh out of the fryer it would have been a top tier grilled cheese meal. I had a bite of David's burger and it was delicious but messy. I also had a bite of my dad's chicken and biscuit pie (also great, really enjoyed the biscuits). Now the biggest debate of the night... were the pie's sweet enough!? My dad and I did not think the mud pie or pumpkin cream pie were sweet enough at all. Crazy enough, the coconut key lime was my favorite. I had high hopes for the pies and unfortunately was let down by them. However, David and my mom both felt the pies were sweet enough and they really enjoyed them. Overall we really enjoyed our time at Honeypie cafe. The ambiance was nice and staff were all very friendly. Check it out if you are in the area.

Cute spot in downtown Bay View. Bit of an old school diner vibe with some fun vintage decor. It was definitely busy the Friday night we walked in. We approached the bar and asked for a seat there which worked out since there were just 2 of us. Bartender was busy but took our order in a timely manner. Food was great. We got the dinner rolls, spit a chicken and biscuit pie, and finished with black bottom banana pie. Perfect for an indulgent fall night. Definitely want to try the burger and soups if we come back. Overall give it like 8.5-9/10. Would love to bring family here when they visit.

Honeypie was the perfect place to spend the coldest day of the year. The retro decor made it feel homey and cozy. While we waited just 10 minutes for a table--as Honeypie doesn't take reservations--I ogled the needle-punch and embroidery-style artworks on the wallpapered walls, and checked out some of the merch and pie making gear you could purchase and take home. (If you're looking for a fluted pie plate from a local business, hit up Honeypie!) Once we were seated, our server was very attentive as we ordered an entree and a slice of pie to finish. If you're smart, you'll ask for the pie menu at the same time as the entrees so you know what kind of pie you need to save room for. They've got 10(ish) types of pie to choose from, so if you're ever craving a slice, you know where to go!

I was excited about bringing new people to this location. I've been here multiple times before and bought lots of slices and a few whole pies. Very disappointed this time. They don't accept Apple Pay or any tap to pay payments anymore. They used too. There's no sign or notification of anything saying they no longer accept it. Very frustrating as I was trying to get a few slices, bagged and ready to go, didn't want to accept the payment. No longer coming here. Sad to say as they were great and now the people I'm with don't get anything from I'm here too. No longer recommend

My updated review to Honeypie continues to be 5 stars. They are the best breakfast in Bay View. I love everything I get there. When we go, we are usually there just before 9, lined up to get in. In fact my only complaint is that they are t open early in the morning. The breakfast casserole is probably my favorite item on the menu u but I do also rotate in the breakfast sandwich from time to time. The back patio is beautiful and makes you forget you are in a city.

This was a long time bookmark and the new restaurant of week which is very popular for weekend brunch and has a line waiting before they even open. I got there 25 minutes early to get a table and the which I did because it completely filled up in minutes. The server tried to offer me counter seat vs a booth because it was only me. F that because I'm not spending $40 with tip for breakfast just to eat at a lunch counter like George Webb. The decor is like library casual and nicely done. I ordered the Bloody Mary spicy with the breakfast casserole right away so my food came quick before anyone else because I knew exactly what I wanted. The Bloody Mary was average and not too spicy with an olive, green bean and chunk of meat stick. The breakfast casserole looked amazing with the sunny side up egg and baked melted cheese. The breakfast casserole is biscuits, roasted potatoes, sausage gravy, white cheddar, bacon topped with a sunny side up egg. This was so amazing and delicious, just a genius idea. The bacon was completely drowned out by the super chunky sausage gravy. The sausage stood out as flavorful so the biscuits and gravy must be very good on its own because it was great in the casserole. The economy must not be that bad because lately I'm running into packed restaurants with wait lines if you don't get there at first open, I was in and out in 30 minutes with a packed restaurant and people waiting. This is a great brunch spot and the breakfast casserole is very unique and a must try, great job honeypie.

Visiting Milwaukee and decided to stop here. I decided to try the pot pie. It's really good, has a bit of a stuffing taste to it but I liked it a lot. I also had the key lime pie but it's not pictured because it was too good. The service was great, food was good, can't ask for anything better.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Cozy and cute decor with beautiful wall paper. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to all of our needs (even with a little one). Now to the food....The Hopplepopple was incredible! Great serving size (for me.....). It was so flavorful and protein filled. I added a side of sausage gravy as the restaurant is known for their gravy. Every bite seemed to get better and better as I worked my way through it. Absolutely phenomenal! My sister had the Denver omelette and the ham inside was amazing. My brother-in-law had the breakfast casserole - So filling but absolutely delicious. We had the Salted Honey Pie and the Chocolate Hazelnut pie. They looked so good that I forgot to take a picture. They were both gone in a matter of minutes. Sorry I didn't get any photos but they were both incredible. Very happy we made the trip from WhiteFish Bay. Incredible experience. Nice work!

Food was okay but desserts weren't up to par. Service was just fine. The inside of the restaurant was very cute and well done. The pie we had was barely edible. It was some kind of chocolate cream thing. All in all, for the distance from Butler, not worth the drive.

I've been to honey pie about 3 times now. Every time it is fantastic! When you walk in your greeted by the host stand. Typically they seat you before the original time they gave. There's places to sit inside and the doorway never gets to crowded. The decor inside is eclectic farmhouse grandma. Try also have the pie case at the front so you can prepare for you choice later. Once seated they provide water for the table right away. This time I got the porkslaw sandwich. The aioli they use to sooooo good. Just be prepared for it to be messy. I've gotten this sandwich the past two times because every time it is fantastic.

I ordered their thanksgiving pumpkin pie for our family celebration and it was amazing! It was very easy to order online and pick up. They also had a wide variety of options to pick from. This will be our go to place for pastries and pies when it comes to Thanksgiving.

I've been twice! Unfortunately don't have pictures from the first visit but we ordered the Mac n cheese, which we liked, as well as the airline farm chicken. I absolutely loved that one. On our second visit, I got the chicken and biscuit pot pie. It was okay but lacked seasoning. The pork belly banh mi was really good.

The food was amazing! The French dip if it tasted this good can't imagine how wonderful the French onion soup will taste! Will try the French onion soup next time. Roast beef in the French dip was well seasoned and delicious! The honey pie burger I got without the egg with tomatoes and was so mouth watering it didn't last long on my plate! Homemade French fries were awesome but what stole the show was the homemade pickles that I could have eaten a big plate of them they were so tasteful!! Not to strong not to weak they were perfect and balanced! The waitress earned every ounce of the tip we gave her! Her attention to detail and the fact that we thought she read our minds to get us drinks without asking at the perfect time was one of the best experiences I have had! She made me feel special along with my GF! The atmosphere was on the down low and totally mellow and still added a bright notes to the meal! Seating was quite well with even sitting at the counter! The only longer issue we had was $9 dollars for a slice of pie that needs some help! Still tasted ok but to bring it up to the meal standards needs some fine tuning! The filling didn't have lots of flavor! But overall we shall make this place one of our favorite places to eat in the bayview area!

It's okay. I know the younger crowd loves it but I find it to be just okay. The sausages are huge & fatty, eggs are ok. Need more choices stuff that's not fried or spicy. Pies are good. It's loud in the place sound echos in the dining room area.

The food, drinks and of course pie was really good! It's a locally owned restaurant and they take pride in their community (which we love)! It's definitely on my list for top brunch places in Milwaukee!

Absolutely incredible food, and the pie is even better! The breakfast burrito was so good, would definitely order again. This is a very busy place for breakfast/brunch, but if you go early there's usually no wait!

Honeypie is busy on weekend mornings. I went for brunch and there was a wait for a table at 10:30 or so in the morning. The fans of this place are devoted. But they don't take reservations and the line moves fast. There's patio seating available also. They have delicious brunch. I've had the ham biscuit and the breakfast burrito at brunch. I would recommend getting something that comes with a biscuit. Judging from my neighbors' plates the breakfast casserole and the pork fries are also popular. Even if you go not sure if you want pie, between the temptation of the pie case and all the slices you see going out around you, you're probably going to get pie. And you should. It's pricey, but their pies are really good. The slices are large enough to split between two people. You can taste that they use quality ingredients and they feature some creative flavor combinations as well as some classics like key lime and cherry. Service was a little swamped at times, but friendly and helpful. But when I stepped away to look at the pie case, a different server from mine cleared my table including my water and juice glass and silverware. I chalk it to it being a busy morning. My server brought me another water and fork with my delicious blueberry lemon pie.

Wow! This place was amazing. We came here for lunch and it didn't disappoint. I had the mushroom melt and it was so good. The bread was delicious and the flavor was great! I also ordered the MKE mud pie and that was so chocolatey and rich. I highly recommend coming here and can't wait to come back to try something new!

Such a cute restaurant in Milwaukee area. I was browsing Yelp and I came across this place so I had to as my boyfriend to take me to check it out. Upon arrival I was so surprised at how cute it is inside. There is a diner vibe. There is indoor and outdoor seating on the patio! The parking is street parking. We had dinner plans elsewhere but we decided to get a slice of pie to try! The pie case was mesmerizing with so many pies that I wanted to try. We opted to try the browned butter apple pie and it was delicious! The crumb topping with the nice and thick crust was delicious. The apples were not lacking and bursting with flavors. Service here was decent! They were kind and helpful with us ordering.

Date of visit: 2/18/23 My husband raves about Honeypie whenever given the chance; I had only been once, at the old location, and didn't get what all the fuss was about. He insisted that brunch is really the time to come here and he was not wrong. Good job me for marrying him! The wait wasn't too bad for a sunny Saturday morning and their time estimate was spot on. Our server was friendly with a calm demeanor that really fits both the neighborhood and the establishment to a T. The coffee here is strong and the cream situation (first a thimble-sized container, then something a tad more substantial) is not ideal for lightweights such as myself. The sugar situation is also a bit meh. No stevia or Splenda, just that sugar in the raw nonsense. Good thing the food is good! I had the ham croissant and it was magnifique! The croissant was close to those I've had in Europe, with a satisfying outer crunchiness and filled with delicious eggs and ham, really a wonderful breakfast. Because it's known for the pie, I HAD to get a piece and opted for the salted honey. I'm not a huge pie person but this place delivered--it was quite tasty though the crust reminded me of why I am not a pie fan, it's just so blah. Suffice to say, I have changed my tune on Honeypie Cafe and will heartily recommend it to those who have not had the pleasure. I'll just bring my own coffee sweetener. :)

Overall really impressed, especially with staff. Stopped in for weekend brunch. Pork belly hash was done perfectly! LOVED the pork slaw sandwich too. Obviously pies are amazing. Space is very cute and clean.

Such a positive experience at honey pie. The staff is friendly, informative and top notch, we had excellent service. Our meals were fantastic, hot and appealing. We had a chill relaxing time and took our pie to go. What a treat ! Thank you.

Great service from server. Business lunch- good Wi-Fi- little chilly on one side of dining room. We had pot roast, mashed potatoes, and veggies and grilled cheese and tomato soup. Very plentiful and tasty. Tomato soup was thick and had texture- grilled cheese was super cheesy. We will return.

My wife bought me my favorite piece of pie, Banana Cream. She heard good things about their pies. She brought it home and surprised me with it. 1st thing is $19.59 for 2 pieces of pie. REALLY!!! 2nd thing was that it was the Most bland Banana cream pies I have EVER tasted. The whip cream had zero powered sugar in it. The pudding had no vanilla flavor to it. It also had very little Banana slices in it. Plus I think that they added Banana chips (dehydrated). Final take is WAY Over Priced and the worst piece of pie I have ever had. I didn't think you could mess up Banana Cream pie, Honeypie has achieved that.

I'd always heard this was a Bayview gem, and now I can say after finally visiting that I regret not coming sooner! Honeypie Cafe has a cozy, retro-style interior with a breakfast bar as well as a delightful patio in the back. It was super busy on a Sunday, but we were able to snag seats at the bar. They serve creative comfort food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We came for brunch, and it was excellent! Would highly recommend to anyone. The Churro French Toast was decadent but not overly sweet. The cinnamon-sugar, whipped cream, and apples in caramel sauce was truly a match made in brunch heaven. The Wild Mushroom Melt will make anyone who loves mushrooms rejoice! The service was top notch as well. They also have a lot of kitchen and household items you can purchase at the front of the restaurant. And of course, your time there is not complete until you order a slice of pie to go!

Fruit pies are less than ordinary. They do not have ice cream. They do not "warm " your.piece of pie. Made me wonder why this business was void of customers; and what was I doing here ? ' guess I expected more and got less. Taste of atmosphere was visually better.DianeK

Great bloody Mary's! Great food. Nice portions. Not ridiculous. When we left, we discussed that we would actually make the drive from Chicago to have breakfast there and then spend the day in Milwaukee. We sat at the bar, which I thought was best. Nice vibe at the bar. There was an outside patio but it looked underwhelming. Even the main dining room was a bit lacking. Waitstaff was friendly. Not rushed; but attentive. I had a beef hash. Was going to go with biscuits and gravy; glad I didn't because I can have that anywhere. The beef hash was exceptional and unique. Didn't try the pie. Maybe next time. We arrived just before they opened and there was a line waiting to get in. So it gets busy. It's not a secret!

Have to give 1 star to the Lambwich. It is exactly what I read on the menu.. but I found it to be very boring and flavorless. ... Ground meat on a pita for $18. Very disappointed I spent so much money on the Lambwich for sure.

Arrived at 2:40 for a later lunch, they sat me and a waitress took my order for a drink after saying they weren't serving lunch, but brunch. that's fine I told them I just wanted some food. several minutes later I get my drink. then they say oh, sorry, brunch is over at 3, so here's the dinner menu ok, I'll adapt. then a few minutes later, yet another waitress tells me the kitchen isn't taking food orders for 30 minutes to prepare for dinner. by this time I'm starving. they could have just told me this before seating me. What a waste of time. Asked if they knew a place that was actually serving. Crickets (they just stared at me like I had 3 heads). Too bad because they place looked cute. But I have to thank them because I found a Mexican food spot that was fabulous.

We went for a late lunch on a Saturday. Service was great. I had the pesto chicken salad and my husband chose the pork belly bahn mi. We both really enjoyed our meals, so much so that we returned for breakfast the next day! The breakfast casserole was awesome and the chicken and French toast was out of this world!

Stopped for a quick lunch and was super impressed! The food was amazing and the cafe is super cute. Can't wait to come back!

I loved the look of the cafe when we walked in! The pies look absolutely incredible and staff was warm and friendly! We ordered the French Toast and the Breakfast Casserole and it was absolutely delicious! The portions are quite large! Absolutely worth a little drive out of our way, we will be back for sure!

It's so cute in Honeypie! I love the communal environment of the restaurant as well as their amazing menu. The biscuits were so yummy and so were the entrees. I tried the biscuits and gravy which had a bit of a cajun twist which was 10/10 in my opinion. I also had the pesto chicken salad sandwich and loved it. I made a mistake by not getting some pie but I will be back to try next time.

Finally got around to trying this joint out. We went on a Saturday late morning and seating wasn't an issue - no wait. The inside is really cute and comfortable. There is outdoor seating in the summer. I ordered the chicken and French toast and it was sooo delish. As a take home, I ordered the salted honey pie. You have to like honey for this one and it was so rich I had to eat it half at a time but it very tasty. The whipped cream on top felt over whipped and left a film on my tongue so I scraped it off and added my own fresh whipped cream at home - the pie needs it or it's too heavy. Other ours looked delish so I'd consider trying one of them next time.

My sister and I went to Honeypie for the first time on Tuesday. It was excellent! Our server was Sophie, she was so nice! She helped us with the menu, as everything looked so good. I had the chicken salad with pesto, and the roasted potatoes. It was so tasty! We also took pie home! I had key lime, and took banana cream for my husband. It was the best key lime pie I have ever had! My husband said his banana cream was excellent also. I will definitely be going back!
