Went to the fermentation course on Saturday and absolutely loved it.
The person running it (one of the owners) was clearly passionate, super knowledgeable, and explained everything in a really clear, engaging way. He made time for everyone’s questions and created a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
We ended up buying a few things from the shop afterwards and they were genuinely delicious. Places like this are a big part of what makes France so great — I’ll definitely be back.
