Yelp Review 2025 #138:
I came here with a big group of family and some friends from Asia, Dallas, Arizona, and Florida. I've been to other Weera Thai locations. This one has similar interior as the one in Shanghai Plaza which is nice to bring out-of-towners. We had table reservations for dinner and we got seated right away. We were handed like 3 menus and there were 10 of us but they have a QR code so you can look at the menu from your phone.
Moo Ping:
BBQ Pork skewers with spicy tamarind sauce. Grilled pork is always a good idea. I can't remember the spicy tamarind sauce being spicy which is perfectly fine. 4/5
Chicken Satay:
Skewers of chicken, marinated in light curry served with peanut sauce & fresh cucumber salad. Properly cooked chicken with a hint of yellow curry. The peanut sauce is nice and thick to balance out the curry flavor. 3.5/5
Weera Thai Sample Plate:
Dynamite chicken wings (3 pieces), Crab Rangoon (3 pieces), crab sticks (3 pieces), Fresh spring rolls (3 pieces). A great way to try different appetizers if you can't decide what you want. 4/5
Crispy Duck Khao Soi:
Crispy egg noodles in yellow curry.
Crab Meat Fried Rice:
Stir fried rice with fresh Dungeness crab meat, onion & egg. Real crab meat cooked with the rice and crab meat on top as well. 4/5
Garlic Pork Ribs:
Deep fried marinated pork ribs with garlic. Crunchy and garlicky which pairs well with plain rice or some noodles. 4/5
Chicken Panang:
Thai curry dish. You can choose whatever protein you want and whatever spice level you want. The chicken is properly cooked, the curry itself was rich and flavorful even at a spice level of 2. LOL. 4/5
Papaya Pork Belly:
"Thai papaya salad with deep fried pork belly served with "Kap Moo" pork cracklings and cabbage." This is one of my Weera Thai favorites. Crunchy all around from the fried pork belly and the green papaya and peanuts. But I sadly didn't get the pork cracklings as described on their menu. It also has fresh tomatoes which I'm allergic to but not listed on the menu description. 3/5
Seafood Pad Cha:
Combination seafood with homemade roasted curry paste, pepper corn, bell pepper, onion & sweet basil leaves. This is quite a unique dish. If you love seafood, you will love this. It has generous portions of mussels, shrimp and squid. It's good for sharing. 4.5/5
Chicken Pad Thai:
A classic Thai noodle dish. 4/5
Khao Moo Dang, Moo Krob:
BBQ pork, crispy pork over rice, boiled egg & gravy. We have a family member who's Thai and really loves this dish. Basically, it's pork two-ways: one crunchy, one soft. The gravy is quite nice. 4/5
Mango Sticky Rice:
A seasonal dessert menu item. Their presentation is what makes this popular dessert unique. And they're generous with the mangoes. 5/5
Fried Banana with Ice Cream:
Banana wrapped with rice paper served with house made coconut Ice cream. Crunchy rice paper, soft banana inside, cold and creamy ice cream. Flavors and textures galore. 4/5
Service was great. Even though some members of our family were fighting to pay for the bill. They get it and charged the right card in the end.
