In an alleyway, tucked away, the flagship of Druthers Brewery stands in the center of Saratoga Springs.
Walking up to Druthers felt like it had been there for a century. The iron gates, the outdoor wooden roof, and tables filled with people cheerful and creating memories. Once inside the Brewery, there was a nice subtle but familiar feeling with the openness of the bar but booths snuggled away for privacy.
The staff is making it feel like visiting a friend's or family's party. They were present and always wanted to make sure that you were comfortable. Giving out recommendations on new and old products on the menu helped make the experience better as Druthers has so much!
The food and beer did not disappoint! The beer was flavorful, enjoyable, and poured beautifully with a great head of foam at the top. If you can't decide they offer a flight to try 5 of them. The food came out steaming and ready to eat. Appetizers are very unique and fun to have as they have normal ones like Mozz sticks or unique ones. The main dish (that is a staple) is always the Mac and Cheese. This dinner never disappoints! It's creamy, savory, and so delicious that it's hard to leave any to take home!
The overall experience is absolutely wonderful! From atmosphere to staff to menu to price. If you're a beer lover, horse race fanatic, or in the area, you have to go to Druthers to get an amazing experience.
