"With green electricity, energy-efficient appliances, seed saving and the carbon footprint of the dishes shown on the menu – everything has been thought out with eco-responsibility in mind. Vegetables and pulses, prepared in all manner of ways, take pride of place, eg the medley of lentils – stewed, emulsified and fried. And there is the odd nod to the chef's native Brittany, in the form of the cauliflower surf and turf, Guéméné andouille sausage and abalone." - Michelin Inspector

If you love innovative, bold flavors in a restaurant with a mission (climate-friendly, plant-based), then La Table De Collette is for you! My husband surprised me with this reservation and I will savor the dishes and attentive service in my memory😍 See photos! Started with appetizers with concentrated plant extracts, then a seasonal (squash) soup with gnocchi (my fave of the dishes), peaked by a delicious leak centerpiece with squid ink and squid. They surprised us with 2! Desserts even though we ordered just the 3-course lunch. Chocolate and coffee cake with lime droplets, and housemade chocolate-ginger macaroons. Thanks to the wonderful chefs and employees who our culinary experience in Paris complete!

We were at Colette with our team, and in short: we were all absolutely thrilled. The menu was amazing, the service was super friendly and at the same time very professional and attentive, the wines were fantastic, and the whole atmosphere was like being with friends. We were all fascinated by how their team turned a three-course lunch into such a unique experience. We couldn't have wished for a better ending to our team retreat.

Amazing, breathless, exquisite French cuisine!! We opted for the 5-course option. Each course was served along with specially selected wine! The staff is quite friendly. It was a costly dinner but worth every penny!

One of my favorite restaurants in Paris!!! So much thoughts went into each dishes, absolutely love the food, wine, and service!! For 5 courses it was about 75 euro, another 45 for wine pairing. Note that the portion is small but delicate and satisfying. If someone has big appetite, can fill up with bread. Anyway I highly recommend it!! Reservation recommended always, lunch not as busy. Superb experience! The service, the ambience, and most importantly, the food was flavorful, creative, and delicious! We loved every aspect of this dinner. We were comfortable and full - after three deserts! It was very special.

Second visit to this restaurant - last came in October 2023. Just as good this time. Each course more amazing than the last. Wine pairing is excellent.

Google
An absolutely beautiful dinner. Lovely atmosphere and fantastic wines. We had the 5 course menu paired with their selected wines. The food was excellent, beautiful presentation, the chef’s took time to bring out every dish and describe what we had. Every wine paired worked extremely well but the Pinot Gris from Alsace was a perfect pairing with the squash and sausage dish. Nice pace, no rush at all. Vincent was a spectacular host and very knowledgeable about the wines. Just a wonderful evening and experience.

Yelp
I understand that, generally speaking, a Michelin restaurant experience puts more emphasis on presentation, service, and quality over quantity, but the most satiating thing about La Table de Colette was the bread. My wife and I each got 7 course dinners. My two children, young in age, received 3 course dinners at the advice of the staff. We had to ask for our bread bowl to be replenished twice just for our children to feel some notion of nourishment. The first dish, a soup, was by far the largest dish and yet consisted only of approximately twenty tablespoonfuls. Another dish, a "celebration of celeriac," was quite literally a single bite with a few spoonfuls of sauce. I had requested no seafood with my meal, assuming any seafood items would have been substituted with some other meat; I was wrong. In each instance that my wife received a dish with seafood- perhaps two or three times- I received a substitute of additional vegetable. There was only a single course that consisted of any type of meat whatsoever (shredded beef) and I tried to make the most of those three bites. Of the seven courses we each had, there were two that my wife and I both severely disliked (they were quite bitter) but forced ourselves to eat them hoping it'd curve our hunger. The desserts were quite lovely, but completely out of place in the sense that I felt like I hadn't even yet begun to eat a true meal by the time we received them. For all of these negatives, I must say that the staff was superb. They were friendly, attentive, and accommodating; they could not have been better. Overall, I believe this restaurant is a bit of a trap for people who are looking for a Michelin starred experience but also not wanting to pay hundreds of euros per plate. And although La Table de Colette delivers on these two fronts, you don't receive much for what you pay. They were the only restaurant after ten days in Paris that went out of their way to request a tip for their efforts, something the French simply do not do, and which leads me to believe this establishment is taking advantage of tourists. I suggest you look elsewhere for your fine dining experience. Update: I added photos so you can see how incredibly small a "course" is.

Yelp
Beautiful location, inviting ambience, impeccable (and kind) service, all topped off with exquisite food. Each course (we had 7) was carefully presented and each was delicious. It was awesome to find a fine dining place that treats (mostly) vegetarian dishes with the same reverence as meat. Love this place!!!

Yelp
While the presentation and novelty was definitely at a high level, the flavor left a bit to be desired. I opted for the 7 course meal. Overall a good experience but not something I plan on repeating. The service was excellent! There was never a time where I had to ask for anything or wait. Kudos. The ambience was modern and slightly cold IMHO.

Yelp
Fabulous location. Great staff. Delicious and creative cuisine. Selected the 5 course tasting menu, and was stuffed to the brim. Favorite items include the lentil soup, carrot selection, fish, and (amazing) chocolate dessert. Lovely evening, all round.

Yelp
I truly hesitate to write this review, but feel a responsibility. The staff, from arrival to exit, was perfect. They could not have been more friendly or efficient. We ordered the 5 course meal as I was afraid more would have been too much. I was wrong. This is a very upscale place, but, IMO, they are a bit too caught up in their own hype. One of the 'courses', was small portions of pureed carrots served three ways. Tiny portions. With the 5 course meal, we got a fish course. Both of our plates were significantly undercooked to the point of not having good flavor. I overhead the table beside us complaining, though we did not complain. Clearly, I am in the minority on this place, and it does do what it does beautifully. It just misses the culinary mark for me.
