"The Lexington, which first opened in 1935, is a St. Paul institution. It’s not categorically a steakhouse, but the steaks, all grilled over Minnesota hardwood, span from classic filet mignon to New York strip and a 24-ounce chateaubriand. Sides include truffle gouda gnocchi, whipped potatoes, and grilled asparagus with bearnaise. The Lexington also serves ice cream cocktails, like Brandy Alexanders made with creme de cacao.
