First time I ever ordered here, they were quick to take my information and order, unfortunately upon pickup, they only had the appetizer and even read my order back to me. I offered to wait for my pizza while I had already been charged for my appetizer. I was told they would give a discount on the pizza for the inconvenience, but once it was ready a different young girl was at the register ringing me up full price. I explained to her what I was told and she looked me as if she just woke up and said they dont do that and put her hand out. She also refused to get the person that told me they acknowledged the mess up. Didn't wanna argue, I was hungry, it had been a long day, but once back at the house, the pizza itself was incorrect.
Tried them again a second time a month or so later, benefit of the doubt, ya know, went to pick up the order at the scheduled time they said to, all to find out they never even started it. I just canceled.
Im sure this place was better when we were kids, but the new Gen staff doesnt seem to be trained, have common sense, or a basic understanding of how business ethics works in the real world. I hope they stay afloat the next few years and fix their issues, cuz this used to be a staple in town.
