Livy's Neapolitan Pizzeria

This was my first and last time going here. I ordered the classic pepperoni pizza and order of wood fired wings. There was a young girl there trying to cook the orders by herself and then the other woman came in. We waited almost 30 minutes. The pizza was burnt on top and bottom. The wings were not tasty either. I know when she boxed it up she had to see it was burnt. My husband spoke to her to let her know and she offered to make another one. He said it was ok but we just didn’t want to wait another half hour.

We had a short visit to NC (Concord/Charlotte area). Our kids said this place had good pizza, Livy's Pizzeria in the Gibson Mill Market. I was raised on the world famous a NY/ NJ pizza. Livy’s at Gibson Mill is the real deal. Numerous people recommended Livy’s and they were right. Service fast and staff very pleasant. Pizza was “out of this world” delicious. We ll be back many times in the future

JD Logistics stopped in after our group trip to Two Kings Casino and the pizza was amazing!! Mimi and Tyler were so pleasant in serving us and helping us create our own pizza. We got the Bianca added chicken!

The food was absolutely AMAZING! The pizza and the salad we had was hot, fresh, and jammed packed with flair. We ordered the Suprema with bacon and the presentation was phenomenal. I was a little hesitant with the red bell peppers but it just brings the flavors together. They made the pizza fresh right in front of me as well as used fresh ingredients. The Caesar salad dressing was made in house and was also jammed packed with flavor. Great service and patience as we worked our way around the menu with our questions. Highly recommend.

Amazing counter service pizza joint in the Gibson Food hall! Definitely a good charred pizza, either multiple options! The dough is great, the sauce perfect, and the toppings Definitely top quality. We got some wings, and they were cooked so wonderful and amazing flavor! Grabbed some Mozz triangles, googy, hot and delicious! Definitely a GREAT pizza spot for quick/casual! Will be back many times to try all the options!

I am unhappy. I sat in mr livies pizzeria for a total of 103 minutes today before i got my pizza box. I was keeping an eye on mr livies workers today and i noticed that they were very slow. I also saw one of them almost put my pizza in the fire oven. I had to bring my pizza in the car with me because they took so long. But that wouldn’t happen if they could cook a little faster. Pick up the pace please and thank you. I appreciate it very much

Burnt 2 pizzas. Guess 3rd time was charm. Was told oven was too hot. Waited 30 min for 1 12” pizza and cheese triangles. Pizza was only warm when it came and is so-so at best.
