ON THE RUN VEGAN

I found this place while in town for the day. Absolutely amazing food! The Buffalo wings were like nothing I’ve ever had before. Wish I got more of them! Philly Cheesesteak was excellent too. Staff was incredibly friendly. I appreciate the love, effort and quality of ingredients that goes into these meals. Will definitely go back if I’m ever in Miami again.

The food was delicious and was cooked fast. The people were also really nice. I had the vegan Philly Cheesesteak and it was fantastic. I tried the Philly shrimp and the accurate texture of the vegan shrimp legitimately blew me away. The portions are also immense, you will leave quite full!

Absolutely delicious highly recommend the shrimp the burgers everything was good. The french fries and the service was very great. They were super friendly and helpful. Totally worth it must stop even for non-vegans.

I was very pleased to see a vegan location while I was driving, decided to stop for some chicken wings, the staff was super friendly and made great suggestions for my picks, the food came out promptly and it was fresh and delicious, so happy that they were able to fulfill my craving for chicken wings, and the fries were delicious too! I will definitely be back for some more!

This was a great surprise for a hungry guy who had to have a fast lunch. Delicious vegan burger. The bun was excellent. The meat and cheese excellent. The sweet potato fries were truly the best I've had. Lemonade wonderful. Just a delightful meal. Reasonably priced. Loved it!

My wife is Vegan, and All the food is VEGAN!!! I feel we have ate all vegan foods everywhere in SoFlo “Palm Beach, Broward & Miami” Area. We were around the corner at an indoor rock climbing place. We got very Hungry and I came across this food truck! And let me tell you they did not disappoint. I had an opportunity to speak to Alex the owner “ who stopped by to say hello and talk to us” and I told him to thank grandma for the recipes. We Love that it’s Family owned! We had Philly cheese steak and burger. And They make their own bread. Finding out to they make their own meat out of mushrooms and other stuff. Really made my wife happy. She can’t stand that fake beyond / chemical meat. So Thank You Alex for offering Flavorful, Seasoned Food and we look forward to seeing you soon in Broward County. If you get the sweet potato fries that come with the marshmallow sauce is a game changer. Promise you will walk away FULL & Satisfied

I discovered ON THE RUN VEGAN through an online feature and made a point to visit while vacationing in Miami and wow, what a find! The burger was absolutely incredible juicy, flavorful, and served on delicious homemade buns that really took it to the next level. As a vegan, I'm always on the lookout for great plant-based food, but what really impressed me was that my daughter, a devoted meat-eater, was blown away too. It's rare to find a place that satisfies both of us so completely. It didn't stop at the burger the empanadas, tacos, and drinks were all fantastic. Each bite was full of bold, fresh flavor. This spot is a gem for anyone who loves good food, vegan or not!

Soooo good! And a huge serving of fries def get your moneys worth. So happy there's an all vegan food truck serving food with great hours. I got the bacon burger and I left no crumbs!

All I can say is WOW! On the Run has been (by far) the best vegan food truck we have been to and arguably one of the best options when we are looking for plant-based options to dine out. In fact, we ordered so many things on the menu, and gobbled it down so fast that I never took any photos. Everything on the menu is a guilty pleasure (think vegan chicken sandwiches, burgers, quesadillas, and even chicken wings). The catch? You don't have to feel bad about it. We learned that every ingredient is the highest quality and they pride themselves to never cut any corners when developing new recipes. It's very clear in the quality of food and just honestly, how fresh everything tasted. Notably, the vegan jackfruit chicken wings are 100% the best I've had. Not only are they hard to come by at restaurants, but they are also extremely difficult to make at home. Believe me, I've tried! They were my favorite and I would be happy to pick up a dozen to watch the next game at home. I sure wish I did for Super Bowl this past weekend. The service was fast, easy, and very nice. We enjoyed talking with them and just the good vibes! They are located in a convenient parking lot in Kendall that you can pop in quick to pick up, or enjoy a casual date night like we did. We are really looking forward to coming back again soon.

Decided to grab dinner here since it was on the way home. The gentleman that attended us was very friendly & professional. The food was prepared quickly & he was kind enough to gift my son a bottle of water. It's a food truck so seating is strictly outside but it was around 7pm so the weather was good.

What's goodie Society TheMadScientist on the check wit another review (now this one ain't fresh) yet the trip down to MIAMI was in the begin'n of DECEMBER and was memorable for all the wrong reasons So due remember this is about the GRUB not the business. I will say the people chef'n up at this FOOD TRUCK are KIND, CHARM'N and KNOWLEDGEABLE about the MENU. They just lead TheMadScientist to the wrong order and that's cool cause the EXPERIENCE from the outside NICE SUNNY WEATHER made up for it. ~~~~~~Let's GET TO THE GRUB~~~~~~ LIKE YOU CAN SEE had the LOAD FRIES and the CHICKEN EMPLANADA. First thing OFF BACK that EMPLANADA is WAY BETTER than the LOAD FRIES. They should think about adding more variations of The EMPLANADA cause they are the Wave. FIRST vegan EMPLANADA to have me really want'n to instant replay the whole moment again. NOW to the LOAD'D FRIES, I thought they would be out of this world and was HELLA LACKLUSTER. Fries were soggy (so future ref just cook them a bit longer) It does have Hella toppings which stepped up the flavor (another tip season the fries before you place the topping) that will step them ghyts game TO THE MAXXX no fibs. If any VEGANS or NON-VEGANS are in MIAMI and want to have something VEGAN you definitely should PULL UP ON THEM. TheMadScientist know he is again and HE WILL BE GET'N THAT CRABCAKE SANDWICH you can bet that You know the Science Stay LYT Society Bah BAH BIG L.Y.T

Was in a rush and forgot the pics but could not forget to review! Amazing vegan food truck in Kendall (finally something close to home)! I loved the fact that it opens at noon and not after 5pm because helloooo we also like lunch during the week! The staff were all helpful and friendly and there were tables behind the truck if you wanted to sit and eat your goodies. Sitting outside in this nice weather was a nice treat, especially since I was in a rush and didn't want to eat in my car. I was told about their chicken sandwich but they were all sold out so I asked for a recommendation and to be surprised. My order came out quickly and wound up being their Philly Cheesesteak and it did not disappoint. It was full of vegan goodness and had a nice soft bread with just the right amount of cheese sauce. It came with a side of sweet potato fries that were perfectly cooked and had some marshmallow dip on the side. Everything was very flavorful. I cannot wait to come back for that "chicken" sandwich and to try some of their "shrimp" tacos. If you're looking for some good and fast vegan food, Thai is the spot to try!

Holy crap Batman...On the run vegan hits the spot! I'm down for vegan food. Haven't tried to many vegan foods but from what II have, it's been pretty good. So to my surprise I kept driving past this cool food truck with green neon lights, oh it's vegan...cool another spot to try. It was a perfect night as I was hanging with my vegan cousin and we decided let's stop. The people alone are super cool and are there to answer all questions. So let me help you out, yes, it is All vegan. It is also all delicious. If you check them out online the pictures alone are more than drool worthy. And most notably the popular item I noticed was the Philly cheesesteak. So of course we ordered that And the shrimp quesdaillas (both come with a side of fries or potato fries, we had both) and they were both freaking amazing....I was licking the sauce from my fingers. Yo, for real, this food is amazing!!! The menu is big too. They have different items from chicken sandwiches, chicken wings, chocolate cake, fresh lemonade. I mean the menu goes on and on. So calling all humans that like to eat...get your kicks on and bring your ass to on the run...they'll have you running back for more.

This is my new go-to spot for vegan food in Kendall! I am so glad to have found this gem. The food was fresh and flavorful and service was amazing. I tried the double patty burger and my fiancé had the Philly cheesesteak. We both enjoyed our meals. That was the best burger I have ever had, period!! Vibe is also great with the Spanish music playing. This is great for a quick bite or for some good laughs with friends. I highly recommend you check this place out!!

Had a great experience at this food truck! I am not vegan but wanted to give it a try. Got the Philly cheesesteak and the buffalo chicken sandwich. Both were delicious and flavorful. The sweet potato fries with the marshmallow dipping sauce were also a hit. The truck is located in the parking lot of Barnes and nobles and has plenty of parking too. I would definitely come back here!

Phenomenal as always! This is my boyfriend's favorite spot over all the vegan food in Miami (and we eat out a lot, so it says A LOT). Shrimp tacos are my FAVE, but I had the sandwich this time around and I couldn't get over how PERFECT it looked, so picturesque. The wings...oh my, just - wow. INCREDIBLE. Do not hesitate - they really are the best.

I have been a fan of this food for a while. My sister lives in Daytona and is on a plant based diet and was dying to try this place after hearing me talk about it. Finally they were in town and we had the chance to try it out together. I had the lemon pepper wings and my sister the shrimp sandwich. I have no idea how they make cauliflower taste that similar to chicken/shrimp. My sister was blown away by the flavors. She is already planning her trip back!

I'm sad to be giving this food truck a one star but I was so disappointed with my meal. I have been looking forward to trying this food for the longest time. The guy who served me was funny but walked away when I wanted to order. He said non of his employees showed up, which I was understanding about because he was understaffed. When he finished moving a van across the parking lot he came back and I ordered. He said it would take ten minutes for me to get my food to go. A family ordered after me. And of course my luck, he served the entire family before he served me! I waited forty minutes to get my food! FORTY MINUTES FOR AN ORDER TO GO. Then he had the audacity to ask me to follow their instagram and go support them even though the service was bad. He kept trying to get me to order something different. Instead of shrimp he convinced me to get a chicken taco. And then proceeded to give me the shrimp taco anyway and it wasn't even good. I had to remove every single piece of "fake shrimp" from the taco just to be able to somewhat enjoy it. The sweet potato fries weren't appetizing at all and I love sweet potato fries... Never going here again. Spent over $40 for horrible quality food.

Really great food but forget it. I won't be back 45 minutes to wait for a hamburger and wings actually longer than that. Don't think of driving up... the people that were here were already waiting 30 minutes just not good. If you're coming Make sure you call in your order. CALL FIRST AND ASK HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE AHEAD OF YOU. Nice people great food. The timing is horrible. I asked them what kind of oil they use to fry. They couldn't tell me that I don't even know what kind of meat this is. They said it was a Philly cheesesteak, but it was delicious, but I don't know what it was. Vegan can mean a lot of things so if you can't get an answer out of the cooks as to what is in the product... be careful. We went to the food truck over on Kendall. They're very busy. No website to explain what's in their products.

I don't have much experience with vegan food but this is one of the best vegan meals I've ever had. I had the vegan crispy chicken sandwich and it tasted and looked just like chicken. The lemon pepper seasoning was just right - not too lemony. I tried a little bit of the Philly cheesesteak and it was amazing! It came with a special sauce that was delicious and tangy. The sweet potato fries come with a marshmallow sauce - the combination tasted like an actual sweet potato casserole. Not pictured but we also had a mango smoothie - it was more watery than thick, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It was very refreshing. The service was impeccable and quick. They only have outdoor seating but it was nice to sit outside and enjoy the sunlight. I will definitely come back here to try more of their menu!

It pains me to write this and frankly I almost didn't. The food, that they actually did have, was mediocre at best. The seasoning is excessively salty, almost making it unpleasant. The fries were inundated in it whatever it was. However the food wasn't the most disappointing part of our experience. The owner was there and he did not stop berating his employee. Worse still he came to us to complain about his employee and when I promptly told him his employee is not to blame for his supply shortages he went on to find other faults with him. It is the height of unprofessional for one thing and as a fellow human unacceptable on every possible level. When a customer is fighting with you because of the way you are treating your staff you might want to examine your behavior...I wont be back. I will not support that behavior, even if it is VEGAN.

I found this place on Yelp while in the area and was pleasantly surprised. I had the Philly Cheesesteak, and it did not disappoint. It was one of the best sandwiches I have had in a long time. I would highly recommend this little food truck gem. Even if you are not vegan, you will really enjoy it.

WOW! Seriously, go RUN to On the Run Vegan! No one in Miami is doing vegan comfort food like this and everything is made in-house from the sauces to their plant-based meat. Unmatched! This is a great option for any foodie, not just vegan / vegetarians! If Everything was fresh and cooked to order also, even the fries. The Philly Cheesesteak was impressively delicious, we also got a burger and loaded fries which was everything. Alex and Angelo were very nice and great customer service. We will definitely be back to this spot to support. Much needed vegan addition in the Kendall area.

Man this place always just hits. The croquetas are so good. My partner got a loaded chili dog and I got the vegan bacon burger. Both were so good. The service is always great as per usual. This is a really nice spot to hit up when you want something delicious and quick.

i truly appreciated that the ingredients for their foods are soy free, handmade from primarily mushrooms and jackfruit, they even make their own burger buns from almond flour. I ordered the Bacon Burger with sweet potato fries and the BBQ drumsticks. They were . Highly recommended. And, the owners and team and very nice, easily and competently answered all of my questions with a smile...that was very refreshing!

Great options for vegan food. Burgers, Quesadilla, Chicken Sandwich. They also have Atlas which is the pioneer of vegan foods, Island mac and cheese, loaded fries and KC tips. There is parking available and it is open late Mon-Sunday.
