Went to Hashtag for my grandmothers birthday. Our Server Syle was amazing. They were available without hovering and great positive energy we needed :) Everyone enjoyed their meals and left satisfied. It all tasted well. We sat outside and enjoyed the patio seating. The food came out quickly. Portion sizes were in alignment with the price. I do feel like the items lacked a little flavor and the space was a little tight inside. Would recommend for a brunch date or such

Been here several times, it's our must-go every time we go to Denver! The food is incredible and creative. Drinks are amazing. Love the atmosphere and the service is always wonderful.

We like to go here once in a while for breakfast or brunch. Prices are relatively reasonable considering the amount of food you get and the quality. Nice atmosphere in a nice shop area where you can take a stroll or go for ice cream afterwards. Service is great, always very attentive specially with the kiddo. We're definitely coming back.

Hashtag in Central Park is my new gold standard for breakfast in Denver. Service is where Hashtag really shines, and my server Yolanda deserves a standing ovation. She greeted me with genuine warmth, read the table perfectly, and somehow managed to be everywhere at once without hovering. Coffee refills appeared right when I needed them, she knew the menu cold, and her suggestions were on point (more on that in a second). Little touches—checking heat levels on dishes, timing mains after my starter, anticipating a side of hot sauce—added up to big hospitality. Yolanda made the whole experience feel effortless and personal. Food-wise, Hashtag is comfort breakfast with chef brains behind it. The hashes are the star (it’s in the name for a reason), and Yolanda steered me toward the corned beef hash—tender, well-marbled corned beef with crispy-edged potatoes, sweet sautéed onions, and perfectly runny eggs tying it together. Every bite had balance: salty, savory, a touch of sweetness, and that yolky richness. I also grabbed a pancake “for the table” that could easily be a main: fluffy, cloud-light, with a gentle vanilla note and those caramelized edges that signal a proper griddle. The biscuits are the sleeper hit—buttery, flaky, and sturdy enough to sop up gravy without turning to mush. Portions are generous but thoughtful. You leave satisfied, not sluggish. There’s range here, too: indulgent options (fried chicken hash, I’m looking at you) alongside brighter plates and veggie-forward scrambles. Coffee is fresh and refilled often; if you’re brunching, the morning cocktails are fun without being syrupy. Yolanda’s rec of the spicy Bloody was a winner—clean spice, not a salt bomb. The room’s energy matches the neighborhood: friendly, family-ready, and equally good for a solo counter breakfast. Turn times are efficient, but you never feel rushed. Even during the brunch push, the flow stays smooth—credit to a team that clearly communicates and cares. I also appreciate the pricing. For the quality, care, and portion sizes, Hashtag is a strong value; you can feel the intention on every plate. Parking is easy, the location’s convenient, and the consistency keeps me coming back. I’ve had zero misses here, and that’s rare in a city with this many breakfast players. Between the crisp execution in the kitchen and Yolanda’s phenomenal service, Hashtag turns “grabbing breakfast” into a little ritual worth looking forward to. Bottom line: if breakfast is your happy place, put Hashtag at the top of your list. Come hungry, trust the staff’s recommendations (especially Yolanda’s), and prepare to plan your next visit before you’ve finished your first plate. This is what a neighborhood brunch spot should be: welcoming, delicious, and consistently excellent. Highly recommended.

This place has excellent vibes, it was everything the reviews said. Great music, friendly staff, delicious food and good coffee. As Australians we could not have asked for a better experience. I hope others can learn from your set up what a sucessful modern place looks like.

We’ve come here often and really enjoy the food. Specially because they have gluten free options. As well have had great experiences with all waitresses except all of our experiences with Yolonda. Every single time we’ve had another waitress they allow my elderly grandmother to get a kids meal. But Yolonda refuses. Most restaurants will offer smaller portion for elderly. She doesn’t want it because it’s cheaper but because it’s the perfect portion. Not just due to that one issue Yolonda is rude a lack respect for customers…. Specially as we’ve become regulars here. This isn’t our first bad experience with Yolonda, but will likely be our last as we don’t think we’ll be returning again.

Yolanda at Hashtag is absolutely amazing. She is so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely kind from the moment you meet her. Her attentiveness really stands out. She takes the time to listen, makes you feel valued, and ensures every detail is taken care of. You can tell she truly cares about providing an excellent experience. Yolanda’s positive energy and dedication make such a difference, and I highly recommend asking for her if you want exceptional service.

Best word to describe brunch today: Perfect! They seriously could not improve the chicken and waffles. Best Ive ever had, and I'm 59 and I travel and order chicken and waffles when they're offered, but this place has ruined me for all other restaurants. I may have to move to Aurora.

Outstanding service from Hailey. Food was delicious. The avocado egg sandwich was perfect. Great menu and bar menu was great. Will be back. I see why this place is so popular. Get their early to avoid the wait.

We used to be regulars here, but they have changed some things over the years that have made us turn to other local breakfast spots in Central Park. First, they stopped offering much in the way of variety for hashes. No more pastrami hash, which was my personal favorite, and no more monthly hash specials. The food is still good but the things that made it worth the wait there are gone. The other thing that has made us abandon HashTAG is the noise level. We cannot have a conversation there without shouting any more. That is a deal breaker for us.

Enjoyed breakfast here when visiting Denver on the recommendation of our air bnb host. My friend and I split the mini hot cake trio and a breakfast sandwich on a biscuit! It hits the spot if you're looking for classic guilty pleasure breakfast foods. I usually don't like foods that are very sweet so splitting the hot cake trio was more than enough for me. The toppings are delicious but will definitely give you your fill of sugar for the day. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and our server was very attentive and even let us switch seats so the sun wasn't in our faces. Would highly reccomend checking it out! It seems like there is a little bit for everyone's tastes on their menu.

I have cravings for the chicken and waffle as I saw the picture in the post which looks good. This chicken and waffle is nothing compare to the pics and the food was alright. The chicken is flat and not too bad. I was expecting the chicken to be thick and have favors. However The mimosa is delicious and I enjoyed the vibes and services as I was visiting from DC!

Such a cute vibe! I saw this on tiktok and just had to check it out! I went with a few friends so that always makes it more enjoyable! There is a huge parking lot shared with other businesses but plenty of parking. I went here for breakfast and the difference between the 9am group and a rush at 10am was huge! Definitely get there early to avoid the crowd. Everyone on tiktok was raving about their cinnamon roles so we got one to share. Honestly it did not live up to the hype. It was good but nothing made it stand out. To me it was just another cinnamon role I could have ordered anywhere. I got the caramel apple hot cake in the small size and WOW this was not "small" It was just the right size for one person or sharing with a friend. I was hungry so I ate the whole thing by my self :) But, if this was the small size, then what does a large look like??? The texture and flavor were all great! Big fluffy pancake with granola and apple and caramel on top! Yumm! I want to go back to get another one! Over all it was a great experience and I would go back with friends/family :)

Came here for breakfast with my family. We shared an order of the churro bites which tasted great. I ordered the Colfax sandwich which was ok but dry and needed some sauce or something on it. My brother got a hotcake which tasted a little doughy and nothing special, although it was a very large portion. My husband got the hashtag original which was simple and fine. Overall food was ok.

Super cute brunch spot with an outdoor patio for those beautiful Colorado days. I loved the decor and the vibes inside. Our service was wonderful and the food was really good. The serving size on the El Jefe Burrito and the Small Pancake were enough for 2. We came hungry but still took half of our meal home. I was impressed look forward to coming back with friends and family.

Waiting for a friend to fly into Denver I had a few hours to kill. I pulled up Yelp and it led me here for this breakfast spot. The entire area was pretty dead but the moment you walked inside this diner it was lively. All sorts of people from older folks to college kids having mimosas were scattered around. It was the perfect hustle and bustle for a Thursday breakfast. I bet this place is crazy on a weekend for brunch. I ordered a latte and it was delicious. It came in my favorite shaped mug too which I loved. The chilaquiles were a hit! It was messy, which was to be expected but definitely a fork situation. I don't know how to describe the seasoning on the chips but it was so delicious with a bit of a kick. My husband ordered the pork hash and said it was great. The pork was slow cooked and had good flavor. Next time I am around I will try and make it back here!

Going to preface this review with the fact that we eat here almost every weekend even though we live more than 30 mins away. The food is great but the service is exceptional which is what keeps us coming back. Eva, Byron, Cayden are a few of the amazing staff. Even being regulars, we know weekends are busy and don't mind waiting when there is a wait. The mimosas are on point! We've worked our way through the menu- one thing I didn't enjoy was the premade waffles which I found out today they now make them in house which was sooo much better. Their pickles onions and hollandaise sauce I can eat all day. Cinnamon rolls are huge! Thank you Hashtag staff for always being amazing and making us feel like family!

My wife and I grabbed breakfast here while visiting from out of town and loved it. Staff is super nice and food was delicious. It actually wasn't as heavy as I expected which is a good thing. Wish we had locations in Austin, TX!

My husband and I love the chicken and waffles here as our favorite breakfast. Today we ordered and it looked like the entire design of the meal changed and we are incredibly disappointed. The waffle looks and tastes like a cheap frozen eggo waffle and the chicken looks like a frozen breaded chicken that was reheated. The photos show the amazing original waffle and the one we got. :( please go back to the original recipe. We paid over $50 for food we don't even want to eat.

From start to finish, it was an outstanding first visit to hashtag! Plenty of on-site parking made the initial part of the experience positive, and we didn't have to wait for a table for a mid-Saturday breakfast/brunch. The surroundings are warm and cozy, with vibrant colors and artwork throughout the property. Our server, Olivia, was excellent, full of positive energy, and truly knew the menu for these first-timers who didn't know the options. The menu is both versatile and fun, with so many options to select from. Via Olivia's recommendation, I ordered the "BLTEA'wich," which was spectacular, a combination of applewood smoked bacon, greens, tomatoes, scrambled eggs, avocado, and aioli on sourdough bread. It was a unique combination, particularly the scrambled eggs on a sandwich. I loved the accompanying hashbrowns too! I would order it again! My Better Half ordered the Chiloquies, and she loved it! She could not finish a considerable portion but finished that evening! I appreciated that they have Coke products, it's always a plus for me!

The food was wonderful! Definitely have to try the French toast sandwich it is one of the best. Carrie was very helpful and very attentive to our table. Very good customer service!

5/5 are normally a dime a dozen, but I'm happy to say it's truly deserved. My little family absolutely enjoyed everything we got and we all agreed that we would come back. The chilaquiles were delicious and I would order them again. Place was packed granted it was a Sunday and we were given a 35 minute wait time. Fortunately, tables were moving pretty fast and we got in around the 15 minute mark. Server was great and attentive to our needs even though he had tons of other tables to serve as well. The two hostesses at the front were friendly and efficient. Things were moving pretty fast due to the high turn over if tables but we didn't feel rushed which is always a plus. Overall decor of the place is really cute. Love the honeycomb wall in the back the and wall of pans by the front door. It's surprising how small this place is. They could easily buy the store next door and they'd still have a wait. Biggest thing for us is price vs quality of food. Now a days with other restaurants raising their prices and skimping out in quality or even quantity, this was not the case here. We left absolutely stuffed and satisfied. Both the burrito and chilaquiles had a good amount of meat and the amount of food for the kids meal for $8.50?! That's amazing. We will definitely return.

Carrie was absolutely phenomenal. She was friendly and attentive. We felt cared for and appreciated. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is fun and inviting!

This is such a fun breakfast in Denver! Found this place on the list of Denver's top 21 breakfast places and it was rightfully deserved. The food, vibe, and service was a 10/10! The food was fantastic, we had the famous small hashtag cake ( pancake), Knife & Fork Smoked Salmon Toast, Avocado toast, and El Jefe Bowl. Everything was so tasty , the hashtag pancake size small is bigger the plate. It's light and fluffy and a must try. I really the POG juice I ordered, it was so refreshing. The latte was also delicious. I love that it had a fun patio as well. Love the decor of this space, it's so friendly, quirky , and welcoming . Love this place and would love to visit again.

I ate at HashTag today with my mom. we were both very happy with our meal. I ordered the Sea Salt Chocolate Chip cake - it was so fantastic. Carrie was our waitress and she as wonderful. She was cheerful, and friendly and made sure we had the best experience possible. A++

I had the pleasure of eating at Hashtag today and all I can say is WOW! The food was so delicious I can't wait to go back. Our server was Carrie and she was a true delight. She knows the menu well and made excellent recommendations. Carrie was courteous and so friendly. Hashtag has been added to my list of new favorites.

The pancakes are MMMMMMMM! Bacon cooked suuuuper good The only reason for one less star was that I would assume the "hash" for Hashtag is really good. It's just pulled pork without any seasoning. Would recommend coming up with a homestyle tasty signature corned beef hash to match the name; not just this name #

I had the Big Cast Iron Cinnamon Roll and that's all I needed (plus some coffee). They call it an appetizer but it'll satisfy on its own. I went ahead and followed it up with an omelet and hashbrowns. Love some of the menu item names. Wake n Bake Skillet. Hippy Hash. El Jefe Burrito. Pho Real Hangover Cure. Great food. Nice setting. Excellent service. Located in the Central Park Shopping Center, northeast of Denver proper.

This place is always amazing. My friends and I love trying different brunch places and this is one of our favorites!

From the times I've been here, I have always had a good experience! The vibes at hashtag is always good and the food is amazing! I recommend trying the French'wich! I think the name of the staff member I always get is Lucy- she has always been great about sitting me quickly and making sure my order tastes good

My husband and I had breakfast here on Sunday. We were seated in the Los Chingones restaurant which they're using for overflow, which was great as it allowed us to get a table right away. Our waiter was so nice, which made the experience. I had the huevos rancheros and really enjoyed them, especially the crunchy tortilla and radishes. The avocado was admittedly a little on the rough side. My husband got the cordon bleu breakfast sandwich and it was okay, but not anywhere near as good as the huevos.

Came here for a bite before heading to the airport. It was busy (as expected on a Sunday afternoon), but we were able to snag a seat at the counter. Tasty food, great ambiance, and wonderful service! The gluten free pancakes were suspiciously really good, but we were able to confirm they were in fact gluten free :)

I absolutely loved this place. The vibe, the warmth, the staff were excellent. The pancakes were ginormous, and they even had pho on their breakfast menu for those morning hangovers!! Ordered the frittata which had veggies and Brussels sprouts...was so good. The hubs got the classic Benny's and a side pancake. Will definitely be back!!!

I was excited to try a new place and met with 2 of my friends on a Sunday morning. Let's start with the positive. The Big Cast Iron Cinnamon Roll was very tasty. We all enjoyed it a lot. I had the Woke n Bake Skillet, clever name. It was very tasty. The eggs were a little over done, but very good. Once we finally were able to order, the food came out quickly. Almost too quickly to believe anything was made fresh. The service was excruciatingly slow. We were at a table for at least 15 minutes before we finally asked the hosts if we could get some water. Apparently, we had not even been assigned a server so not sure what would have happened if we hadn't asked. The attitude of the female host was poor at best. The male host at least tried to apologize and help us and the server we did eventually get was very nice. My friend ordered the veggie Benedict and one of the eggs was so underdone the whites were running across her plate. She asked for it to be cooked a little more. After the server left to out, I'm the order for one pouched egg, I said you know it will be over cooked, she agrees. Before she got the correctly cooked egg, we had completely finishing eating and it was so over cooked it was essentially a hard boiled. Overall, not a great first impression. I doubt I will ever return.

Absolutely delicious and prompt, good service. We had the chilaquiles and the smoked salmon Benedict. All super tasty. Waitress refilled my low water quickly without me asking. Brought the ticket and our to-go cup quickly as well. Visiting here from out of state. Would come back!

Wonderfully delicious breakfast at this restaurant! I couldn't eat it all but will be enjoying it another few days. The hashivore had delicious pulled pork accompanied with hash browns, onions, ranchero sauce, cojita cheese and shredded cabbage slaw. It was amazing!! Such a cool, hip vibe, nice music and cool decorations! Easy parking and they have outdoors seating too!

This place is a great alternative to Snooze without the long wait lines. However, it is a smaller restaurant so definitely get there early. They have a lot of southwestern inspired flavors and dishes such as churros, Chilaquiles, Tijuana Benedict, etc. I really enjoyed my veggie egg Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was not too overly heavy which I appreciated. The hash browns and warm churro bites were delicious too. Portions were generous. All in all, great small brunch spot with a variety of yummy options. Staff was wonderful and I loved the bright yellow interior decor!

The Latin breakfast cuisine (with a few southern meals) was a refreshing take on the American breakfast. Exceptionally friendly staff. Memorable and unique honeycomb ambiance. Fresh, hot, and well prepared. The cinnamon roll is a 3 to 4 person dish alone! Great starter with coffee! El Jefe Burrito was as epic in flavor as it was in size! Huge! It filled me up for the whole day! My wife had the veggie omelette and she was very satisfied as well! This is a tucked away gem and I thoroughly recommend it! Can't wait to come again!

We came here for brunch last minute and everything was delicious. I got the chilaquiles which was a large serving and so good! My friends got a side waffle, scrambled eggs, and the huevos rancheros. The portion sizing is fairly medium to large here and everything we got was great! I especially liked the pork in the chilaquiles! The service was fast and friendly as well. Overall it is a cute spot but be prepared to wait in line if you hit the brunch rush! We sat outdoors and it was a little hot but indoors was pretty loud. Good for families with kids worried about being to quiet!

We've been planning for a Sunday Brunch and our friends recommended we go here. They said it's their favorite place so we knew we had to try it. Being Sunday morning, there was a wait but we killed time exploring the plant store nearby. Upon arrival you get greeted by the person at the front desk. When our table was ready, we were guided to our table and were greeted by our waitress, with menus and waters for everyone. They offer a wide variety of entrees! It was hard to choose. I decided to order their sea salt and chocolate large pancake and my fiancé ordered their heuvos rancheros. The serving size is generous so you'll leave full! I also ordered a latte with almond milk and it was delicious! For it being a full house when we were there, The noise level didn't seem loud. Would definitely be back!

An excellent establishment. Food is delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone. As noted, you must try the cinnamon roll. One will feed many. Service was excellent and a very family friendly place.

I heard conflicting opinions about this restaurant but I liked it. Let me just say that have never gotten my food so fast at a restaurant!! This kitchen must have the best operating system. Our waitress took our order and our food was at our table in less than 5 mins but it was all hot and fresh. Service was impeccable. Loud and busy but I'm not complaining. The food was tasty and good. I look forward to going back to try more. I also appreciate a restaurant that has hot water in the restroom. I love the ambiance and decor of the restaurant.

Food was perfectly cooked and served by an awesome staff. My Omelette was so fluffy and the pancake was perfect. I will definitely be going back.

I had no idea this restaurant existed, but I am glad to have come across it. I found them through Dining Out Passbook. The restaurant had a really cool atmosphere, music wasn't too loud and the decor was modern and friendly. I had the lamb neck Benedict and it hit the spot. Tender and flavorful, it definitely paired well with the eggs and hollandaise sauce. I also had their fresh squeezed OJ and it was probably one of the best orange by juice I've had. I think the only thing I'd say is that the service was just okay. The food was brought out promptly , however the waitress just had a little bit of an attitude, but I understand sometimes being in the service industry can be rough.

First time coming to hashtag, and was one of the best experiences I've had. Staff is very friendly and fast.

Tucked in a corner of the Eastbridge center it's a fun spot. Chic and cutesy. We arrived a little before 8am and didn't have to wait. Lots of staff on hand so that was cool. Everyone was fast! Our kids like the waffle and pancakes comes with whipped cream and sprinkles with a side of hash brown and fruit plus a drink. We ordered the avocado toast and french toast sandwich. The best part is if you order coffee, they ask if you want one to go which we gladly accepted.

Horribly loud music! Not cozy at all!! Once we sat down we couldn't even hear our thoughts... and noticed the table next to us was screaming trying to talk to each other. Asked for a manager but the hostess looked dazed as I had to ask twice if there is a manager, as she couldn't hear me and then looked around after she understood my request. We just got up and left...as someone screaming "have a good day" from the kitchen. Bad management!!

We drive hither and yon for some of the best breakfasts. Then every now and again, we remember those special places that are two minutes away. Hashtag is one of those. Haven't been in awhile (maybe even BC -- before Covid) so it felt like an adventure. Woke up bright and early on this Saturday morning to avoid the rush. Our server was delightful -- helpful, and funny and very quick with the coffee refills! The menu is enticing and has something for everyone. We chose the French'wich and the California Omelette. Yummy creations in and of themselves, then added a Caramel Apple Hot Cake for the sweet we all need in the morning. It was fantastic. So glad to return, and look forward to more Saturday mornings at Hashtag.

Usually I'm the one that toots my own horn when finding great food places, but this time my husband actually picked a great spot! It didn't take too long for us to be seated even though there was a pretty big line ahead of us. The ambience was very bright and cheery and the staff was attentive and quick to take our orders. I ordered the Cabo Wabo omelette, and lemme tell you, it SLAPPED. Who wouldn't love a mixture of egg, chorizo, cheese and black beans?! Perfect if you're starving in the morning or need a tasty hangover cure! Lol if you're looking for new creative breakfast options, hashtag is 10/10!

Wait: 1 hour - We walked to check out all the plants and tchotchkes at the shop next door and then down to ND Street Bar on the corner to have a drink. It was nice to have things open in the area, if the kids were with me the wait would've still been tolerable since the shop was open. Decor: Hip beehive and modern diner vibe... hipster / snooze Sounds: T-pain is playing, Buy U a Drank as I start skimming the menu. The playlist was everything! Biggie - big poppa instrumental version... The Service: 8/10 friendly, helpful with the menu. Food: I ordered the Hippy Hash, over easy with the recommendation of the server. It was okay, I pushed the salad off and ate the eggs with the sweet potatoes. I think any vegetable lover would've been in heaven. Its a real farm to table vibe, I'm just picky and would've been full with one egg and a couple strawberries. I also had the Smokey Bloody, a regular Coffee & an apple juice. It wasn't bad, nothing special. Overall I would say this place was fine, good for groups & kids but not as good as our old faithful, Snooze. Probably not worth the wait when they have brunch menu at ND Street Bar 50 steps away and it was completely empty.

My go too spot for breakfast. When family or friends are in town, this is our go too spot. But when I'm also in a good mood for some good breakfast, this is my go too. A must try if you haven't been.

Got to Denver after an early morning flight and was starving. Me and my friends chose this place because of the high reviews, and let me tell you, those reviews were well earned. The portion sizes are very generous and the food is not only delicious to look at but is also actually delicious to eat. We tasted each other's food and everything was great. My only gripe was the underseasoned hashbrowns and my chorizo not really being that great but those minor things paled in comparison to a fantastic breakfast experience. Also the food is surprisingly affordable for the amount of food you get.
