We found the restaurant on the Michelin guide. As it was our last evening in Seoul before traveling back to France, we wanted something special.
Onyva was a truly exceptional experiencing, blending Korean cuisine with French classics. We had their tasting menu offering, and added one entrée each on top of it which were a ceviche and a conch sea served with sourdough bread and butter & garlic sauce - simply delicious.
The service was also outstanding, with great attention to detail and explanation of all the dishes. Whilst we didn’t order any wine bottle, I must also add that the restaurant has an extensive wine list and wine cellar.
Regarding the atmosphere, we ate a the comptoir. I was pleasantly surprised to find a lot of space, and you have a direct view on the kitchen.
Finally, the staff and owner are all very friendly. We chatted for a bit and she recommended us a couple of places and museums.
Thank you to the team again for making our last night in Seoul so special !
