So I'm not generally so good at updating old reviews - *very* old in this case - but I feel like it would be unfair to leave a review from a decade up, that was of the free office catered lunch we're no longer receiving (post-covid they changed their catering vendors completely), given that is not how most people would be getting food from here, and that we finally did eat here in person a few months ago (subsequent to which, we have also been back several times, usually for pickup orders.) So I can confirm:
Yes, their service in person is indeed great. Super friendly people the one time we dined in, everything came out super quickly, and every time we order pickup, it's ready exactly on time, and they've been super friendly then, too.
Yes, the pad se ew is still very good. It isn't actually *better* in person than I remembered it being from their catering, but I remembered it being very good, and it is indeed still very good. Solid portion size, perfectly cooked, good amount of both meat and Chinese broccoli - solid. (I've been too nervous to try their Pad Thai to see if it's improved from the terrible Pad Thai I remember from a decade ago, though. :p) We usually get an order of pad se ew whenever we order food here (it's probably both of our favorite Thai noodle dish, though it can definitely vary in quality. Theirs is quite good.)
One time we tried the seafood curry stir-fry - also highly recommended. Pricier than other meat options, but you get a bunch of quality seafood, which is definitely just getting pricey. Bunch of squid and shrimp, and semi-unexpectedly, big, juicy scallops, not the dinky, flavorless ones you usually get in that sort of dish. Great (at least as of a few months ago, which is when we ordered it.)
One time I tried their khao soi. It is now my current favorite khao soi, beating both ST Noodle and Thai District by *just* a hair (both also great. That's a dish you really want to eat in the restaurant, though, and we're usually getting takeout, so I haven't had it here again.)
One time my wife got the Mongolian beef, as a lunch special. I tried a bite and agreed it was very good, though I wouldn't ever go out of my way to get Mongolian beef at a restaurant when I could get a Thai curry or noodle dish. It was a very affordable lunch special, though, and my wife raves about it.
The star of the show here, the reason we keep coming back after we tried the appetizer on a whim the first time even though we have several closer Thai places we can order from, and the one thing we subsequently pretty much always order - their sour sausage appetizer is SOOOO good. It's just crispy sausage with a side of ginger and raw green cabbage, but seriously, their sausage is some of the best sausage we've had, and goes so well with the raw ginger and cabbage (though they gave us a lot more ginger and cabbage when we ate it in person than they seem to generally give us when we order it for pickup, which is too bad. The star of the show is obviously the sausage, though, which has been consistently a solid amount for the price, given how good it is. It's a reason to come back, by itself.)
The only thing I will say negatively about them: I felt like their Thai tea is a bit bland.
