Service was friendly and attentive, food came out quickly, and everything we tried was really tasty. Lots of great food options and the drinks were just as good — especially the wine selection. Try the edamame! We got in right away on a week day! Indoor and outdoor seating! The atmosphere was super cute and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

I loved Jungle Bird Tiki from the moment I walked in — and the fact that it’s pet-friendly is a huge win for me. The service was excellent, and the staff was genuinely attentive. The décor and overall atmosphere are truly impressive, creating a fun and immersive experience. The food was delicious, with great flavor and beautiful presentation. They don’t have an overly large menu, which I actually appreciate because it makes choosing easier and service faster. If I remember correctly, the most expensive dish is around $23, making it a very affordable spot for the quality you get. They also have live music and different environments to enjoy, both indoors and outdoors. In short: this place has it all. Highly recommended.

Google
We stopped by for happy hour, to try this place out. We had the amazing experience of having Noah as our Bartender. He was so chill, friendly and a perfect mixologist. We could not have been happier. This place is so cool and the food food were equal to Noah as our Bartender.. You should keep him he is a gem.

Annika M.

Google
We had such a great experience here. Noah was our server and he was so attentive and knew what we needed. He was one of the best servers we’ve had. All of the food was amazing, the sliders were the best! We highly recommend the gooey butter cake and don’t forget to eat your cabbage slaw! All the drinks were fun and unique. The atmosphere and vibe was great too.

Google
Awesome place. Had a nice night out for dinner and drinks. Interesting concept of food and good try with drinks, just good try. Food was really good, nice and smooth concepts to play around with your taste buds. Can’t get five stars as cocktails are subpar, but definitely would go back!

Google
Jungle Bird Tiki was absolutely spectacular. From the moment you walk in, the tiki vibe pulls you in—fun, unique, and very well done. The cocktails are on another level, perfectly balanced and full of flavor, clearly crafted by experts. The service was excellent, friendly, and attentive the entire time. It’s the perfect spot to hang out with friends, relax, and enjoy a different kind of experience. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommended!

Google
Had a great experience at Jungle Bird Tiki The drinks were delicious, and we tried a small order of their Asian-style grilled shrimp and it was seriously so good. We sat outside and loved the vibe, but the inside looked really cool too with all the tiki decor. Our bartender was awesome and super friendly and made great recommendations. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

Google
I don’t write reviews often, but this place absolutely deserves the spotlight. My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch to celebrate our anniversary—no kids this time—and it ended up being one of the best dining experiences we’ve had since moving to Lee County. We started with the roasted Elote dip, which had a surprisingly sweet twist that worked beautifully. I’ve never had chips this good—crispy, flavorful, and definitely homemade. Truly next level! I had the Thai chicken tacos, and I still don’t have the words to do them justice—just unbelievably good. We also shared the lettuce wraps, and I wish I had an order in front of me right now. The flavors were bold, fresh, and perfectly balanced. My husband had the Mongolian beef lo mein and was just as impressed. The atmosphere was warm and vibrant, and our server—who mentioned he had a birthday coming up—was fantastic: friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. There was even a steel drum player setting the perfect vibe. Yes, the prices are a bit on the higher side, but every single bite was worth it. We’ll absolutely be back—and recommending it to everyone we know.

Yelp
Lovely little spot that maximizes the tiki vibe... went for dinner and we're lucky enough to catch happy hour that lasted until 6 PM and the sharing plates were just enough for myself and my sister. five dollar happy hour drink special was a real deal for a tropical rum drink. Excellent service we will be back.

Yelp
The wife and I made the mistake of dining at Jungle Bird. This place is dirty tired and worn. It needs a serious deep cleaning and a good make over. We sat at a rusty dirty table in the courtyard since it was hot and musty smelling inside. There did not seem to be any AC running on the inside. We had to stand waiting about 15 minutes for our table to be cleaned off a to be seated and another half hour to get drinks. The service was terrible with an under staffing issues. The place has a very dysfunctional lay out that had a single hostess running to the front patio area, back and forth across the patio as well as the patio area. The food is nothing short of gross and disgusting for even bar food, and appeared to be products that came to the restaurant frozen and pre made that was just warmed up in the kitchen. We would never eat here again.

Yelp
This cute little spot is a great hangout spot! I will start with saying our waiter was AWESOME! I wish I got his name but he was so polite and kind and even gave us tips of places to check out as we were visiting the area. The food was good BUT I would say they are more like appetizers than whole meals. Yummy though!

Yelp
I absolutely loved this place! I was looking for a fun location to sit and enjoy an afternoon snack and a cocktail. Jungle Bird Tiki nailed it! We went for happy hour and grabbed a specialty cocktail and several happy hour small plate appetizers at a great deal. We ordered the Hawaiian sliders that were absolutely amazing and full of flavor. The crab rangoons were also outstanding, flavorful and crispy without being over cooked. The coconut shrimp and the veggie pot stickers were delicious as well. For a cocktail, I ordered the Jungle Bird which was amazing, refreshing and served in a mermaid cup! How can you not be happy with a mermaid cup? Our waiter was also incredible! He was very sweet and attentive. I cannot wait to come here again for some afternoon live music, food and drinks!

Yelp
I stopped here while visiting my sister in Cape Coral. As part of my New Year's Resolution to try 25 new cocktails in 2025 weeks had to try out some of the cocktails. I tried the Mai Tai and the Painkiller. Both fantastic. We ordered the Coconut Shrimp and Tuna Nachos. Both were delicious but the nachos were amazing. I make a version at home that I have catered to my preference and these were right there with them. The service was fantastic. The bartender was personable, helped recommend drinks and food. Very friendly and easy going. If I lived in FL this might be my Spring outdoor hangout. I highly recommend this place.

Yelp
My husband and I were visiting (from the west coast) my best friend who just recently moved to Cape Coral and knowing that we liked tiki bars and drinks, we came to Jungle Bird. Upon walking up, it had a courtyard past the front bar where it split into 3 different areas: on the right, more of the sit down restaurant, in the middle was an outdoor bar, and on the left was an indoor bar. Everything was decorated really pretty with great signage. We decided to sit at the bigger outdoor bar under the tiki at the front out by the street (across from housing, which seemed like a strange location for a tiki bar). I will preface the rest of this review by saying that my husband and I have been to a lot of authentic tiki bars all over the country and in Florida. So we were excited and curious to see how this one compared. As we looked at the tiki menu, we saw some classic tiki drinks, as well as some newer modern type tiki drinks. I ordered the Banana Hammock and honestly can't remember what my husband ordered, I believe it was Jungle Bird. But we were disappointed to see that the drinks did not actually come out in the mugs/glasses that they were shown in on the menu (typically they do). When they came out in very general tiki mugs, that was a bit of a bummer. My husband thought his drink was okay, and mine was pretty good. My friend ordered the Roasted Elote Dip, and it was good (the wonton chips were the best part). I was torn between giving this tiki bar a 3 or 4 star because they say that they are an authentic tiki bar... it just didn't really seem like one to us. It could've just been any other bar for all we knew. Not sure if the other bars in the back were any different. But overall it was just really okay, just didn't stand out enough :(

Laura P.

Yelp
So the place is super cute and does have tiki drinks. It's more tiki beach adjacent than a full tiki bar. But the outdoor space is nice. We went to bar for tiki Tuesday. The bartender was alone and we were only people there at time. They seem to premesure most of the alcohol cause she only did like 2 pours for a. Zombie. The classics are half off on Tuesday and 6$ for a zombie is a steal. Drink was decent and in a tiki mug (not one pictured but a mug. We ordered lots of apps. The edamame was great and my beef strips were too. Got 2 orders we got ribs and asked for no kimchi and they came with it. When she saw we didnt eat she asked for them to be remade. So that was nice. I got a T shirt for a soveigneur and the gooey butter cake dessert was yumm. The bartender did need reminding our food was in the window even tho she could see if she looked. Would go back for a drink.

Yelp
23 October 24 Cape Coral , Florida Went to the Jungle Bird restaurant for the first time yesterday. Yes , it was dinner time and I decided to try some place new. I must say , upon entry I was pleasantly impressed with the ambiance of this somewhat unusual restaurant as it has a Polynesian theme in a Florida venue. Inside the restaurant in neon lights was the sign on the wall that greets patrons with the word "Aloha". The decor included a Polynesian style wooden post in the outside entryway and wooden Polynesian decor on the entrance gate. I ordered skewered Chicken with vegetarian rice. The food was tasty. I consumed every morsel. Waiting on my table was the lovely Karen who provided excellent service with a lovely smile. The restaurant was surprisingly empty except for one couple ensconced in a corner. There are side rooms for dining and an open area with tables for inside dining. Included is an outside Patio dining area for those who prefer open air dining. I really enjoyed the ambiance of this restaurant. The menu is intriguing enough for a return visit. I will definitely be back to dine again at the Jungle Bird ... Yes , I give this place 5 Stars. P. S. Ohhhh I forgot the dessert. It was soooo delicious... ice cream on top of a rum soaked cake. Sooo good !

Yelp
This place is pretty cool! We loved the relaxed vibed. I do need to start by saying I am about 2 mo late writing this review. We went there at the end of January. We sat at their outside covered bar. The bartender, Felisha, was a complete all-star! At one time we counted 22 people around that bar and she was by herself hustling. She did awesome! We had 2 orders of the Crabmeat Rangoons, they were delicious! I had the Coco Shrimp tacos & husband had the wings (didn't get a pic) all were delicious!

Yelp
The Jungle Bird Tiki Hut is an excellent place to go for an evening out. The service we experienced was excellent, very attentive and considerate. The drinks were creative and very tasty, served in entertaining glasses. The food, however, was the highlight of the experience for us. It was delicious! We had three different menu items and all of them were delicious! The Hoisin Beef Tacos were awesome! The Mezcal Braised Pork Belly Nachos were even more amazing! Everything was presented very well but I neglected to take to many pictures because we were enjoying ourselves so much.

Yelp
Came here for dinner on a Friday night. They had really great happy hour food items. We ordered almost everything on that menu to share. We also ordered tacos in two different flavors: tuna and beef. Everything was delicious and the ambience is very cool.
google avatar

Lisa M.

Yelp
Visiting from out of state and found this gem on Yelp, amazing tiki restaurant and bar, we loved our cocktails and highly recommend the tuna tacos, fun ambiance. Thank you again for a great time while we were visiting FL!
google avatar

Yelp
We enjoyed Jungle Bird's brunch, the food was delicious, they were super accommodating and it's all over a fun vibe for something different.
google avatar

Mike C.

Yelp
They have an extensive tropical drink menu that were very flavorful if not high octane. The remodeling on this space (not sure when) brings a very tropical vibe, very tasteful and pretty. The service was extremely slow to begin but picked up once the server got to us (they were not busy at all). The food was tasty. Think tapas where almost everything was al-a-cart. We were pressed for time sp did not try the deserts this visit.

Yelp
First things, first. Shout out to Angie. Great personality and great server. Her recommendations were spot on. We had happy hour wings (Thai chili), wontons, chicken catsu skewers, coconut shrimp, and Hawaiian sliders. A++ on all the food. I had the Key Lime martini, good Lord. This is a great little gem in Cap Coral. Make sure you ask for Angie.....

Yelp
Bookmarked as top places to go for tiki vibes! Service was quick and attentive. Ordered the Hawaiian slider and/coconut shrimp and rum cake to go. Portion dishes so I'd order a few stuff on the menu price was not to shabby worth the hour drive! Bartender was also cool and ready to serve lovely staff. Warm and inviting I needed my rummm fixxxx!

Yelp
This was the hardest review I had to do because the ambiance, the band (yes, live music), and food was amazing but the service was very disappointing! My aunt and uncle raved about this place from the first time they came here and had the best experience ever! Since I'm on vacation, I was looking forward to this place because the food and drink menu seemed exquisite! I've always known that when a restaurant is busy they're busy but what kind of a customer wants to constantly hear that the bar is backed up and wait for a drink for about 20 minutes or more. I noticed with food orders as well! It was for all the tables that were outside by the front bar (well not sure if it also happen for the tables inside). I don't understand if there's a front bar why do people have to wait for their drinks that is made from the bartender that's inside, I don't get it! And on top of that, our server was not making sure we were okay as constant as the other servers were with their tables inside and near us. Well, I ordered the Seared Tuna Tacos and it was delicious BUT if sesame seeds were added on top, ! The Zombie drink was a hit not so much the No Way Froze!

Gordon A.

Yelp
I was looking for a local restaurant that I hadn't been to before. I stumbled on Jungle Bird Tiki's menu and it intrigued me. My son who always has a negative comment on food anywhere we go absolutely loved it. I enjoyed it as well.

Yelp
Super cute place, just off the beaten path. Outside and inside seating. It was raining so we selected the inside bar area. Lots of fun tiki drinks. I had the Tamiami. Small plates for lunch are perfect. The Hawaiian sliders were great! Sweet and a little spicy. We shared the jerk fries, large serving.

Anna R.

Yelp
We decided to give the HH a try after looking at the HH food menu and prices although the cocktails were not in HH except the Jungle bird . The normal well drinks , beer and wine were the HH drink options which was disappointing to someone who loves cocktails . The food HH are good but 2 wings at $7 is hardly HH deal and $6 for an order of fries with a brush of jerk seasoning .. this was not on HH. We did like the Hawaiian sliders for $7. The service was absolutely great sitting at the bar . Maybe we'd go back there for a late nite cocktail. Compared to the other upscale HH places like Fresh Catch also with food prices at $7 for a bigger portion and delicious and the cocktails with great quality meaning top shelf at $7 .. no comparison. Sorry .. just keeping it real ..

Yelp
The menu was different from online . We were seated inside . What adorable decor through out the building and outside as well . Started off with Brussels amazing :) coconut shrimp were very good . Everything was served hot . Portions are a bit small. But we enjoyed our experience .

Yelp
Don't come here expecting a 5 star food experience! Come to Jungle Bird for the drinks and atmosphere. Everyone here is happy! The ambience is fun and hip! Tried many drinks but asked the staff to prepare a fresh margarita and they did not disappoint! Yum.
google avatar

Damian P.

Yelp
I went there with my family and some friends during happy hour. The decoration is great and matched the jungle theme and music. We tried all the small Bites in the menu and they were amazing. The Hawaiian sliders and the crispy wings were my favorites. The wings were fried perfectly with the right amount of spices. We try some other signature drinks that came and different kind of tiki mugs. The drinks were great. The server was really attentive and was always coming to check on us. I will recommend this place if you like a cool theme and great food.
google avatar

Autumn S.

Yelp
The food and drinks were delicious and the service was friendly. I had the crispy Brussels Sprouts and they were delicious. The Jungle Bird was the best Jungle Bird I have had yet. I am looking forward to going back.
google avatar

Alyssa S.

Yelp
I always go to the Jungle Bird when I visit Cape Coral! Their cocktails are not only amazing but they have an excellent happy hour. I love their crab dip which is basically a deconstructed crab Rangoon...YUM! I was a little bit bummed that they took the bao buns off of the menu but I'll get over it... Service was pretty solid. The decoration in the Jungle Bird is great, especially inside and always worth snapping a pic with your group or a selfie if you're feeling it.
google avatar

Yelp
We stopped here more than 1x. One time it was a date night. Enjoyed the authentic tiki vibe and the tiki served cocktails. We bought an appetizer, which was also delicious. The outdoor bartender was very conversational and nice. Overall it was a unique spot for a mixologist cocktail
google avatar

Lexus P.

Yelp
Drinks: I think the drinks are the main attraction here. They did not miss!!! They have unique names and mixtures. The prices are reasonable. Definitely seems like a craft bartender with experience created the menu. I had the best virgin frozen Miami vice that I have ever had in my life. Fighter Pilot was delicious. You taste the alcohol and it settles you very nicely. Food: We had the Huli Huli Chicken and the surf and turf special that consisted of lobster, steak and potatoes. I was disappointed with the Huli Huli chicken because what I thought was fried rice from the other yelp photos was a white rice with not much "fried rice flavor". A gentleman came out and offered soy sauce. The chicken was average. The steak and lobster was very good. The steak was cooked in bacon. That was a nice touch. Service: our server was such a sweetie. Very patient, attentive and had nice conversation. She had a cool story of how she was in a Caribbean band. The vibe: seems like you're in the middle of the jungle if you sit outside.

Yelp
If you haven't been here yet, you need to! Great food, great ambience, fantastic staff! Brady was great with our group of 15 yesterday..helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He did an awesome job! We choose this place for a family dinner while in town for my parents 65th anniversary and it did not disappoint. Many choices for food and drink-everyone was happy with their selections!
google avatar

Hannah G.

Yelp
Do you want a very picturesque tropical bar that looks like it could be straight from tulum without having to break the bank? This is the place! They close at 10pm on Friday but we were bar crawling for a 40th bday and they stayed open 30 minutes late just for us. 10/10 bartenders and vibes. I highly recommend! We didn't try the food because the kitchen was closed but many people in our group have been before and say the food is just as good as the drinks!
google avatar

Yelp
First time visiting Jungle Bird during Happy Hour ($5 Tito's/jack/aka real alcohols drinks and $6 insanely delicious food options) and it was absolutely amazing!!! We ordered every shareable food option and everyone in our party of six loved the flavor of all. Our waiter Alex was the best (and the bartender at the same time) with every drink being so great and even some custom made when we couldn't make up our minds with hilarious mugs chosen based on our personalities. Every need at our table being met including quick responses to my dad's bad jokes. We will 100% be back and request Alex on our next visit. Can't go wrong with $6 legit shareables and $5 craft cocktail options!!!!!

Yelp
Tiki-Tapas That's fun. Jungle Bird is indeed just that. Fun. Delicious. Unique. I've never eaten at a place that does it just as Jungle Bird does. Every cocktail you order is served in a fun tiki mug, and the dishes are meant to be shared with others. 1. The tuna wonton tacos are where it's at. Get 'em. 2. Feel free to pass on the spiced fries. They're fine, but don't compare to the other dish options. 3. Similarly, the Hawaiian sliders are decent, but other options are better. 4. Order more of the tuna wonton tacos. That said, our service was fine, but from where we were sitting we sometimes felt like an afterthought with our waitress. We weren't forgotten entirely, but neither did I feel like we were in a good place for her to check on easily while she catered to other tables, so not something I feel is entirely her fault, just a note worth making. Still, if I were in the area again or suggesting someone try someplace different, Jungle Bird would definitely make the list.
google avatar

Yelp
I don't know why this restaurant has good reviews. The place is attractive but the menu is small and the food is terrible. Some local people who know said the menu used to be bigger and better. She got an appetiser and I got the tuna tacos. I was shocked when the food came out. The three tacos could have fit in the palm of one hand. I've never seen smaller. Instead of soft flour tortillas, they were on some kind of hardshell tortillas which made eating them without crumbling almost impossible. They fell apart and had to be eaten with a spoon, which I didn't have and could not get. I cannot recommend the place and will never go back.

Andy B.

Yelp
Great concept that's well executed. excellent atmosphere. From my experience, more of cocktail/ snack place as opposed to full on dinner, but still very good and creative.

Astrid F.

Yelp
Very nice unique place..good drinks good food!! Will be back... had mongolian beef and my sister had sliders..
google avatar

Vicki E.

Yelp
We were there for the LOTO party with Dale Blue. Service was excellent! They were ready for the crowd from Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri! We didn't eat because we knew they would be so busy. But it sure looked good going by!

Aida P.

Yelp
The appetizers were awesome! The drinks came in these lovely bird cups! The service was fast and friendly, nice restaurant tucked in the Cape Coral area! Will return soon!
google avatar

Angela P.

Yelp
We stopped here after dinner for a few drinks to close the night! Our table of 4 started off with shots and a cocktail each. Shot pours were HEAVY, and drinks tasted solid. Service started off slow but it was ok because we were just relaxing and had no where to be. Later on we ordered coconut shrimp and the pork pot stickers; both were great! There was live music playing covers and he was enjoyable to listen too. Overall we had a fun and relaxing experience

David H.

Yelp
Mimi is great as bartender Steak tacos awesome Hadn't been in a while but remain our favorite!

Yelp
Best service and food was amazing! The atmosphere was fantastic. Overall loved it!!!!!!

Yelp
Jungle bird is a cute little place!! I only had a chance to try some jungle wings (thumbs down) and a side of cajun fries (good). A bit spendy but sometimes you pay for ambiance! I wish I had gotten a tiki drink but we were there close to closing and were getting the "last call" warning before I could decide on something. Next time!

Alexia M.

Yelp
This place is so fun! I love the environment and it only gets better with their drinks. Our bartender Adam was fantastic. He made sure our cups were never empty and kept the mood fun the entire night. He was very accommodating and his cocktails were so yummy. I definitely recommend trying this place out, and getting the best drinks in town from Adam!

Dan C.

Yelp
Tuna tacos, coconut shrimp , sliders and chicken skewers were excellent. Drinks were great! Loved our server too. 2nd time this week. We'll be back!

Yelp
The ambiance has always been amazing. It truly does give you a feel like you're in Hawaii. The service was good, our waiter was very patient and kind. The food however was ok. The wonton guacamole was amazing 5/5 but the steak tacos were a 3/5 and the poke bowl was not as good as I expected. Poke being a Hawaiian dish, I'd expect theirs to be phenomenal and it wasn't. It was literally a bowl of rice, sliced up avocados, diced tuna, pineapple, ginger and sesame seeds... no sauce. The steak tacos weren't impressive this time. The steak had no flavor. However the music is amazing and the place is definitely worth spending time there.

Tammy A.

Yelp
This is a really cool restaurant! Decor matches it name as you would hope. Our waiter was good plus patient with a few of our older guests. We had dinner at 6:00 and the music had just wrapped up so that was disappointing. Prices are moderate for portion size. We had the fries and crab wontons for appetizers which were excellent. One person at the table sent beef lo menu back but others enjoyed theirs. I ordered the lettuce wraps but did not eat but one. Not as I expected so rather than send back, I chose not to eat them. I was surprised the waiter did not inquire but they were busy on a Saturday night. Since they do not accept reservations, arrive early. We would go back and try out the bar area plus try a little different food choices.
google avatar

Meagan P.

Yelp
The ambiance and vibes were amazing! Both the outdoor and indoor area make you feel like you stepped right into a tiki bar and restaurant on an island! The service was great and our waiter was very fun and full of energy! The food was superb. Our table ordered Hawaiian Sliders and Crab Wonton Dip- would recommend 10/10 times! Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Tropical paradise in Cape Coral. Relaxed vibe, amazing seafood with tropical salsas, extensive cocktail menu, amazing service, what's not to love? Did I mention live music on the patio? Delicious desserts, best service ever from Lauren tonight , making our first visit here sheer perfection. You are missing out if you do not go and check this place out. The ambiance, the decor, the food , the drinks , the service, it's all good . And I got an Ooey Gooey butter cake to go for later.... Yeah , and then there's the dessert menu....
google avatar

Andres L.

Yelp
This place should be an official landmark of Cape Coral. And I am not being over sarcastic! The moment you enter the location you feel like you are in some Tiki / Jungle Paradise! The atmosphere is filled with amazing wooden decor, beautiful tiki huts, plants, it's literally a jungle here! For drinks we ordered: comeon-I-wanna-Laiya, Lu'Au OWW OWW, and the banana hammock! We had the pleasure of enjoying some of the BEST small plates ever! Honestly, if you're in the Cape Coral area , or even in Fort Myers area, you MUST CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!

Yelp
Really enjoyed this place. Great atmosphere and vibe whether you're sitting inside or outside. The service was fantastic and fast. We had four different drinks between my wife and I and they were all great. You'll enjoy the rum blend if you like a nice stiff drink. We both had the jungle tiki drink and it was very tasty. For food, I had the Thai chili wings which were very nice. Nicely fried and then tossed in a tasty sauce. We split the pork belly brussel sprouts which had great flavor. It appeared that they were fried nicely but they unfortunately soaked them in sauce so they weren't really crispy by the time we were eating them. We had the crab wonton dip which wasn't my favorite. There was a decent amount of crab in it and the wontons were clearly homemade and recently fried (very tasty). It was overall just too sweet of a dish for me but my wife really liked it. If you like crab rangoons you'll like this a lot. Finally we finished with the pineapple rum cake which was awesome!
