"These handmade doughnuts from baker Betsy Gonzalez are typically available on Sundays at the Grant Park Farmers Market and bi-weekly at the East Atlanta Farmers Market, but are totally worth the wait. Similar in texture to brioche, the doughnuts are made with a sourdough starter and come filled with horchata cream, cardamon cream topped with poached rhubarb, and lemon curd with toasted meringue on top.
