TAITO Sushi Orlando Food Truck

OMG 🔥 Where do I begin?! The food truck is conveniently located in a well lighted, ample seating and clean establishment with fresh air as it's outdoors. The food took less than 20min to be prepared and I would have gladly waited longer if needed. This was our first time and certainly won't be our last. First pinpoint is FRESHNESS I felt as if we were eating this by an oceanside restaurant. Pinpoint 2 every flavor was recognized and highlighted in each plate. Everything was absolutely delicious. We did come a little later in the day and their dessert was sold out but no biggie just another excuse to come again and earlier to try it

Hands down the best sushi in Orlando, Florida! I always come back for their amazing tempura rolls. Not a huge fan of the ordering system—I prefer talking to a real person over using a screen—but the sushi makes it worth it every time. I do wish the staff were a bit more personable and the customer service felt more welcoming!

Ordered a large boat and a vegan tray for a birthday party. Lucia was so helpful. The sushi was fantastic and our guests were very complimentary. Was a great addition to the party. Highly recommend.

Husband and I ordered 2 tempura rolls and a Gyoza appetizer. My mom got the Taito burrito and the coconut shrimp. She said it's the best Coconut shrimp she's had, and she's been eating them for 60 years or so. Fantastic. Will definitely return. Money well spent.

We went there last night and we had Caribbean Sushi!!!!! It was fabulous! My boyfriend can't stop saying how much he loved, as well as me, who gave the idea to go there and try it! From Taito ! I love A La Cart It is a special place in Orlando. Outdoor and Indoor seating. It makes me happy to be there. We had: Chicken Gyoza Tempura Roll CRUNCHY Tempura Roll Explosion Definitely recommend! The staff was also so sweet! You could see they do everything with love. We always find free parking in the front.

The best sushi in Orlando with a Caribbean twist. A perfect 10/10 spot with an open patio and a relaxing atmosphere where you can find a wide variety of dishes. I tried their new Taito Burrito and loved it. 100% recommended!

The sushi rolls are really long, fresh, and delicious. I come often and am always greeted with a smile and friendly service. Highly recommend trying a roll next time you’re here. They have great lunch specials, too!

Decided to try the sushi truck at A La Carte. The lunch deal was a great price with a sushi roll and a tostone with krab on it. Definitely delicious! It took a little while to get the food but the convenient texting system was helpful!

Absolutely delicious! Got the ceviche role, magic, and tuna, all I have been craving. Shared 3 roles and omg so freakin good!

Love Taitō sushi! Every time we come to a la cart, we get sushi. Our favorites are the rainbow roll and lava roll. They were out of the soy paper today, which I think really makes a difference! Portions are huge and always fresh!

Stopped by to check out A La Cart, and there are a few food trucks available with different types of food. Decided to visit Taito Sushi, which is a Latin fusion sushi. I ordered the Caribe Roll and Ceviche Roll. The ordering process is digital, so once you place your order on the tablet, you will receive a text message when the order is ready. The good: The Caribe Roll (Shrimp Tempura, Flakes Krab, Cucumber, Avocado, Topped with Sesame Seed, Sweet Plantain, Eel Sauce, and Tempura Flakes) is very tasty! I enjoyed the sweet plantain that looks like eel, and it blended well with all of the flavors! The Ceviche Roll (Fresh Salmon, Tempura Shrimp, Avocado, Mango, Topped with Ceviche Marinated in "leche de tigre" and a Special Acevichada Sauce) is an excellent choice too! Combined the sauces from both rolls, and it went really well. There are a few outdoor seats with tables that you can use to enjoy your meal, and there is a hand-washing station as well! Overall, will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu!
