I came into The Vault to get a gift for a family member. I let them know I do not smoke, know nothing about cigars and they treated me so right. They asked me several questions and I was able to walk away with a fantastic gift that made the recipient very, very excited seeing what I brought them. Thank you everyone at The Vault!

This place is the best! I stop in every time I drive through Idaho for a fistful of cigars. A wonderfully curated collection of classics and new schoolers. The staff is attentive and super knowledgeable. A top 5 must visit lounge and in the West of the USA.

Needed a place to go to to get out of the cold to enjoy a cigar. This old building established I think in 1905 used to be a bank and it’s converted into a nice cigar lounge. When I first walked in the room was filled with a ton of smoke. There were probably about a dozen people in there so I would suggest may be a better ventilation system. They have a walk-in humidor and a few cabinets outside of there as well. Very friendly help there with a full bar of drinks to choose from. The seating is very comfortable. I counted at least 24 leather chairs to relax in There were a couple TVs on the wall and everybody seem to be having a good time.

Amazing selection . Super comfortable atmosphere. And the best and most friendly staff that makes you feel like family rather than a customer. Fantastic place.

The experience at the vault remains consistent and the service is always excellent. There really is no better place to wind down at the end of the day or the week.

It's really hard to find a good cigar bar anywhere so having one this close is great. They have a solid selection of cigars, good liquor options, and comfortable seating. You can easily work from there or have a conversation without feeling like you have to shout over others. It may be hypocritical but ventilation could be improved. It does get quite smoky and it doesn't seem to dissipate very quickly. But, it's a cigar bar! Great place, nice staff and well worth a stop for those who enjoy a stogie now and then.

Visited from the people's republic of communist Washington where cigars are punished more than the sticky icky. So naturally I had to check out a cigar lounge. When I went in I was greeted with voluminous glorious cigar smoke that made me giddy and the wife angry when she smelled it on my shirt later. I could tell it was a popular place as there was only one seat open. They probably should think about expanding. It is kinda small in there, probably 20 seats? Aboutish? Maybish? Ish? They are getting five stars because of their service, friendly without being snobbish as some places can be with this type of clientele. I picked up 5 smokes I've never tried and the bartender knew something about all five sticks. That's a five star in my estimation!

Great place to sit and enjoy friends and a great cigar or a drink of your choosing. Been coming for years. Plenty of places to sit and be comfortable.

Great atmosphere and great cigars. The service was knowledgeable and friendly. Again, I have to applaud the atmosphere. Definitely a cool place to enjoy a cigar and get lost in the experience of the smoke. I offer it four stars () and my recommendation.

I went here for the first time to take a class they offer occasionally and I was not disappointed. Competitive prices and options with very knowledgeable GM and staff. When the owner is in and golf is not on the tv he has great recommendations. Their color coded inventory helps you easily find a blend you will definitely like mild medium to strong. I tried 2 brands at mild and medium and was pleased with both. The cocktail I had was delicious as well. I recommend taking the class if you can it's a great deal and a good time.

GREAT Cigar bar! Big inventory, great choices, sting drinks, excellent ambiance, very kind and knowledgeable staff. We had a great night indulging in fine cigars and well made old fashions. Well done

Been to many cigar lounges across several states, The Vault is one of the best I've been to. Party of 6 was promptly seated, with excellent service from Jody. Comfy, clean leather seats, a nice selection of beers, and good ventilation. Friendly patrons to boot. Looking forward to future visits here- they will be opening the outdoor patio area May 2021 with additional spirits as well. Highly recommend this spot to relax and pass an hour or two.

Great vibe especially for Knoxville which is improving but has away to go on the trendy food and drink segment. Good food good service and cool vibe

I am not a big cigar person, but I indulge occasionally especially with a college friend. The Vault is a repurposed cigar and liquor bar in downtown Meridian with a large humidor and small, but impressive selection of drinks. Free street parking is available in the area. The interior is exposed brick with high ceilings and lots of leather furniture. Cigar smoke lingers in the air with a handful of gentlemen escaping the outside world for sports, tobacco, and alcohol. This is a man cave in the purest sense. The owner pointed me towards a nice cigar for my taste and complimented with a smooth DIPA. They have all the cutters and lighters you need for a long smoke. My friend and I chatted about politics, work, and life over a great smoke and beer. Not bad for a hot Saturday in the Idaho suburbs. This is a fun combination of a great owner, amazing cigars, and a perfect atmosphere. Anyone wanting a smoke break would be happy to linger like smoke in the air.

This place is phenomenal. The owner, staff and patrons all create a familiar feeling atmosphere that isn't all up in your business, but inviting in every way. The humidor is excellent, a true aficionado's paradise. Don't miss out, this place is nothing short of a gem!

Nice place. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy your down time. It need more ventilation because it can get rather smoky and it's to cold in the winter to open a window. I'll go back in the summer.

Came in for a recommendation for a friend as a novice, came away impressed by the selection, service, atmosphere and in particular how many patrons seemed to be enjoying having a good time in the well appointed leather chairs.

I would love to hang out here. I just went in to grab a stick and go back to my hotel, but they had a decent selection, good prices, and a cool decor with lots of leather chairs. The woman who helped me was very friendly and invited me to stay.

Oh man this place is nice!! I have followed these folks online for over a year before I found my self at their door step. Walked in to a nice lounge of guys watching the game and chatting. Was shown to the humidor and got a few tips from the nice guy as it has been a while since I have been in a real deal cigar shop. Sadly I could not spend time with them that day, but I was able to pick up some great sticks. The guy was nice enough to throw me a empty box to trans port my good back home. And being that it is a 9 hour drive I was grateful for his kindness. If you lien cigar, and drinks, you should be here.

When you think of the quintessential Cigar Lounge exactly what you find at The Vault comes to mind. Warm exposed brick walls and wood rafters, inviting and comfortable leather chairs and decent sized walk-in humidor with a fantastic selection. Couple TVs if you need some entertainment. However more times than not a good friendly conversation will be more entertaining. Need a drink to enjoy with your favorite stick, they have a small selection of local 22oz bottled beer and assorted Japanese Sake. Really a hidden gem in downtown Meridian.

The vault is a fantastic place to go in meridian, Idaho. They have an amazing selection of boutique cigars, that you don't generally find in a normal cigar store. The lounge has abundant comfortable seating with a very diverse clientele. They have sodas beer and wine and TVs. Hi there every time I'm in Idaho.

I gotta say my first impression of the place is im impressed, nice clean, friendly and beautiful place. Nice selection of cigars and good choice of coffees to choose from.

Visited the Vault Saturday 11/23. Great selection and service. In a 100+year old building on Old Town Meridian great seating tv's to watch the game. I'd recommend the place to anyone looking for a relaxing place to enjoy a smoke and a little company.

Had some time to kill while visiting and found this place. Excellent selection, and a great place to relax and have a smoke. Always nice to find a nice comfortable place that's clearly popular with the locals

I was invited out to an event at The Vault and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the turn out was. Further, they have a great selection of cigars and the DRINKS!! You just wont find a better list of cocktails to chase your delicious cigar with anywhere in the valley. All of what they do is top notch, gold standard, and with a level of service that'll please the toughest of critics. I'm not the toughest, but I do expect great service and a knowledgeable staff. I left that night feeling very pleased and eager to return. See you guys soon!

I've been doing business with them for the last year-and-a-half I normally buy a box of sin compromiso per week during outdoor season after taxes $272 little more expensive than downtown Boise and from my house I'm in between both today after purchasing a box of sin compromiso I asked for the humidifier pack and was told it was a dollar six really a dollar six he can't throw it in well for a dollar six you just lost my business

Great atmosphere, everyone there was super friendly and engaged in conversations. I write this review a few months after visiting only to say I can't wait to be back in Boise so I can stop by The Vault again!

I stopped in to The Vault during a recent business trip and was impressed right away. The lounge is nice, clean and while there were about 10 guys smoking cigars their air system was doing its job. The smell of tobacco, was clearly in the air while it wasn't smokey. They've got a great location and I'm happy to hear they can now have beer in with their recent approval for their license. I'll be visiting again soon!

Great new Cigar lounge. Very well put together beautiful shop. Owner is awesome as well as staff. Good selection, they are picking up new lines as well. They picked up one of my favs AF Casa Cuba. When they get Opus I will be in heaven.

I travel all over the US and if I had a million dollars to build my dream cigar lounge full of cigars I love this would be it. Seriously, their humidor is top notch! No yard gars here, plus they have beer, wine and port. Within 2 minutes the owner Josh was giving me a tour which lead to a smoke and a beer and some great conversation. Big city selection with small town friendliness, this is my new home. I was introduced to several 9-15$ cigars and smoked a $6 that blew my mind. These guys nailed it!

I had another great experience at Daddy Daycare The Vault. All the patrons are friendly and helpful. Josh and his wife Laurie are always so friendly as well. I smoked a Alec Bradley cigar and it was a great smoke. They have their beer and wine license which made for a enjoyable experience. I had the awesome opportunity of getting to talk to Steve who used to own the cigar store down the street. Steve spoke very highly of Josh and filled me in on the two paintings in the Vault. Josh is a awesome artist. If you haven't had the chance you need to really look up close on both art pieces. Josh and Laurie had provided free hotdogs and chips for the game. I look forward to my next visit.

Looked for a cigar lounge, only two found on yelp that interested me. Nice walk-in humidor, great selection. Good conversation with some of regulars completed the evening.
