We came here 9/20/25. First v timers and was not disappointed. Corn ribs and wings both really good starters. We tried a little of a bunch. The beef rib has to be tried. Regular ribs have a nice smoke on them and not overwhelming. Brisket plate really good also with a nice bark on it too. Put beans are a definite try, Coleslaw was good, almost tasted like a Russian type dressing on it. We will be making the trip again gor sure

Google
Thank you google reviews for helping us find this spot. From the outside, it doesn't stand out much from the other buildings around it (aside from the awesome mural). The smell however was heavenly! The staff were super friendly, and ordering was a breeze. We were able to take our choice of seats. We opted to sit outside where we enjoyed a little live music with our meal. The food arrived hot and the taste was (as it says on the mural outside) out of this world. I had picked fries as my side, and even those were amazing. We will certainly be back again.

Google
The smells coming from this location was enough to makey mouth water before entering the building. Overall, I Had an outstanding experience. Ordered at the bar and served at the table. They use local ingredients and products which I enjoyed. Customer service was great and the food was delicious! Table sauce was delicious. You cannot go wrong with whatever you order. I plan on revisiting over and over again.

Nudonda B.

Google
Definitely make your way here. No complaints whatsoever. Beef ribs were tender. Street corn was delicious. Great atmosphere. Strawberry Long Island was good too. Staff was very friendly. They were out of the veef brisket so I order turkey brisket which was fine. Definitely a must try.

Google
10 out of 10!! My wife and I visited this establishment on 9/6/2025. We were greeted like family. The atmosphere is comfortable and the food..........the food is A-FREAKING-MAZING!! Now, y'all know me, I absolutely LOOOOOVVVVEEEE good food and good service and they delivered on both. We ordered 1/2 rack of pork ribs, beef brisket, smoked chicken wings, brussel sprouts, Mac & Cheese, root veggies, and slaw. None of it disappointed! The seasonings were flavored and featured all throughout the meat and the side dishes as well! 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 Well done guys! Oh and to Frank, you made this experience one for the books, much respect!! ✊🏿

Google
Fiancé wanted a beef rib, we finally found this spot on the way home to Chicago! Only serves Beef ribs on Sunday…perfect! We each got one beef rib and it was plenty of meat for each of us. Alongside 1/2lb beef brisket, side of pit beans, Mac, and dill potato salad. Our favorite sauce was the spicy Lou, but meat is so well seasoned that it can go without. Finished with the classic cheesecake, super phenomenal all around and we will definitely add this spot to our list for next time!

Jasmine B.

Google
The loaded fries were really good and the meat. However we were not big fans of the sides. My wife said the beans were good. But the Mac n cheese had no flavor and we didn't care for the potatoe salad. Service was good food came out fast.

Google
This restaurant is a couple of blocks from my house so I took some out of town friends there for dinner and to try it out myself. The atmosphere was fine, but the large back seating area had some pretty harsh lighting so we sat in the front bar area. The front steps leading to the entrance need some repair but I wasn't there to do concrete work so not a huge deal. The menu has a perfect amount of offerings, in my opinion - it's not the craziness of the Cheesecake Factory menu nor the limited choices in some fancy places in town. After some thought I chose the Grimace sandwich and when I say it was superb, I mean capital S superb. The portions were large but not so big that I had to leave some on the plate. The meat was cooked perfectly and had a well-rounded flavor. I had fries as a side which were good as well. The one thing I'd love to have seen offered is fried okra, which is one of my favorites and pairs well with bbq. My friends also enjoyed their meal and everyone felt satisfied, but not stuffed which is a really good sign. This is a neighborhood joint, but has the quality of a higher end restaurant that you may find in a trendier area. I've tried many restaurants that serve barbecue in St. Louis and although most of them are very good this one is no frills, affordable, close to home, and just plain delicious. Give it a try.

Yelp
Had to check out the STL BBQ while in town and Stellar Hog came highly recommended in my search. It's a classic bar-restaurant, which I'm all about. Ordering is done at the bar and then it's brought out to your table. I love a good brisket so I chose the sandwich along with the creamy cabbage (also highly recommended) and added another side of the Mac and cheese. Mac and cheese was straightforward, very creamy and cheesy. The cabbage was well worth the recommendation; you'll hardly know you're eating a vegetable. Finally, I was very satisfied with the brisket. It had a good bark to it, and once you got towards the middle of the strips, they just melted in your mouth. Typically I don't gravitate towards sweet barbecue sauce but Stellar Hog's is not super sweet and complemented the brisket very well. The price point for the portion sizes felt reasonable to me and I did not leave hungry. I can see why this place comes so well recommended and I'd be happy to come back.

Yelp
I googled best bbq in the area and this came up. So we headed out to try it. Place is in a neighborhood and you could smell smoke, so that's a good start. Inside is what I wanted. Dive ish bar with good food. Ordered basically a sample of every meat. Brisket was good Turkey was juicy Pulled pork was good Ribs were very good Salami was very interesting in herbal. Mac n cheese didn't hold up Great place and worth the stop.

Yelp
Finally got to The Stellar Hog! This spot is loved by so many people I know so I had to check it out. The inside space is small right when you walk in by the bar, but there are tons of seats as you go into the back rooms and patio. We ordered at the bar (I'm pretty sure this is the norm) and there was quite a line. Be prepared to wait a bit because it's a popular place. I ordered The White Wall sandwich which is brisket, onion, Gouda, and horseradish. I really enjoyed it! The cheese was nice and melty on the brisket and added to the flavor. I also ordered the Mac and cheese which was super cheesy and tasty. We sat on the pip and they have a window for drinks which is good for refills and more beers, cocktails, etc. I'm going to try the ribs next time!
google avatar

Patrick G.

Yelp
Really loved this place. The staff were super nice and knowledgeable. Had the "White Wall" sandwich with Mac and Cheese. Food was awesome. Lively place to have a beer and great bbq.

Yelp
For those in the mood for barbecue on a Friday evening , the stellar hog is an ideal choice in St Louis. The vibes inside are casual and family friendly. Theres also patio seating available. We found a table and ordered at the counter. We got the fried pretzels, half ribs with fries and pit beans, and the BLT. There isn't a kids menu but their sides and apps are kid friendly , whether it's the beans, Mac or the pretzels. The patio punch was well balanced and a designed to one of those perennial summer cocktails. Their baby back ribs are dry rubbed and smoked over 4 hours, then finished a honey chipotle glaze. It lives upto the hype. The ribs aren't fall apart but still tender. Their in house barbecue sauces are very good but not necessary when one can dip the ribs back in the glaze. Even the half rib portion is so substantial that it can be shared. The fries are well seasoned and crispy. The BLT is usually perfect, however they were out of the cheesy focaccia this time, which is the standout factor. The fried pretzels were decent as shareables for the table. For STL's barbeque options, the stellar hog is near the top because of their ribs and the overall value for portions, and I'll definitely visit again.
google avatar

Shawn P.

Yelp
Very delicious BBQ but get there early if you see something on the menu you want as they run out. I love their baby back ribs, delicious and tender.
google avatar

Philip N.

Yelp
Amazing place to eat if you're wanting some St. Louis BBQ! Has become my favorite place to go to for BBQ now. The beef brisket was tender and loved everything about it. Ribs were great, not rubbery but not super tender. The pulled pork fries were great too, definitely my favorite out of the bunch I ordered for sure. Staff were really nice, great people working there. Nothing else to say For the place in general, felt like a hole in the wall area but that's what gives it a nice vibe of eating a good bbq, almost like going to someone's house and eating a masterpiece they cooked up. 10/10 must try!
google avatar

Henry P.

Yelp
So we're were visiting and had to have som BBQ and someone recommend this place Stellar hog. Corey provided great customer service and recommendations I got the following items and will be back when in town Sweet tea 1/2 ribs with potato salad and creamy salad
google avatar

Rainier E.

Yelp
Some of my favorite bbq in St. Louis! So much flavor, meat is always tender, and the portions are massive! My family moved into the neighborhood recently and it's now one of our go to's often. They are so friendly and you can tell they love their customers. It's quaint and even has outdoor seating. Parking isn't the best, it's street parking in a neighborhood but I've never had an issue finding a spot. Get the beef rib on Sunday and thank me later!!
google avatar

Emma C.

Yelp
Stellar Hog is legit. The turkey gouda sandwich was amazing, corn ribs were a game-changer, and the pulled pork fries hit hard. Loved the mac, beans, and smoked turkey too. Great BBQ, solid sour beer. Service can be hard to get due to the small bar size but it all worked out in the end. We will definitely be back.
google avatar

Jana S.

Yelp
We loved everything about this place! The food was delicious, and plentiful. The service was friendly and quick. The decor is interesting. We must return!
google avatar

Ami A.

Yelp
This place was recommended by a local friend as her favorite spot in town. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. Friendly, helpful and laid back. They have a full bar and local soda as well. Great spot (live music at night too!)
google avatar

Elias S.

Yelp
Stellar hog deserves a spot in the St. Louis BBQ pantheon and should always be in the same conversation as Pappy's and Bogart's. The restaurant itself looks and feels exactly as a good BBQ restaurant should, with a cozy vibe/atmosphere and warm/welcoming staff. All of this comes together with some absolutely insane BBQ. We got a beef rib, a pulled pork sandwich, and a BLT. The beef rib itself was absolutely obscene in how good it was (just be careful you know what the market price is!) and you should be sure to check the weekly specials so you can get a taste. The pulled pork sandwich itself was no slouch either. There is a special shout out to the baked beans which were amazingly smokey. All in all, this is a fantastic place and definitely worth a stop on any BBQ journey.
google avatar

Melissa L.

Yelp
Great food, Great service! And the Sunday beef ribs! So yum! Bar has great crafted cocktails.

Yelp
Had a nice family dinner here a couple weeks back. Our waitress was nice she kept saying this feels like a Thanksgiving Dinner so nice and homely. Everything we had was great. I had the Beef rib and some Brisket. The Rib itself was amazing, with a side of Mac and Fries to accommodate the meal. We also got a order of their Wings and man those things were Devine nice and tender with a nice smoke to them get those every time. With a decent sized dinning room it was pretty busy in there enough space for a large group and then some so we were able ton take our time and enjoy our meal which is always a plus.

Yelp
This place was a let down for me. We sat on the Patio which is nice, you order your drinks inside, fine. We were the only people out there beside the owner who greeted us, very lovely. But when it came time to take our order we waited and waited over three tables who newly sat down got asked before us. At this point we had been waiting around 15 minutes for a waitress even though we originally were the only ones out there. Also we were told to order drinks inside (separate tab btw) and then a young lady brought out a new table drinks... we were totally confused. My husband finally had to get up to get someone to take our order. The servers were young, family business but not attentive and couldn't really get their attention. We ordered corn beef brisket they put the order in wrong we got regular. They did fix it and let us keep both. The brisket, both kinds, were dry and the corned beef brisket might as well of been a salt block! The food came out quickly. The corn ribs were good. The pulled pork was as expected. Don't like the potato salad at all and a little watery we had to doctor it up. The chili is good and meaty, baked beans are not bad and the Brussels are good. Overall, pretty disappointed in the experience, we also had to chase down our check. Was really looking forward to having a cool BBQ place in my neighborhood. The people were nice but you've got to work on your service/ wait staff. Everyone pretty much walked away with the same feeling of, first and last.
google avatar

Gab M.

Yelp
We love this place. It's classic south city neighborhood vibes, even on a date don't worry about looking classy. Be careful if you try to stop in on a Sunday, they sometimes will sell out of these delicious meats early! Service is always friendly and kind, every time we have gone they have been incredibly busy, so don't go ravenous expecting fast food time. It is so worth it though, the sandwiches, pulled pork fries and beet salad were absolutely to die for! Drinks are pretty good too :)

Pichardo W.

Yelp
The second we walked into this restaurant we felt at home. The service is out of this world and the food does not disappoint. We tried the beef brisket and smoked turkey and it is fantastic! Don't forget the spicy sauce! The ambience is a comforting and I will definitely be returning. Enjoy!

Lonnie H.

Yelp
I ordered beef rib, smoked chicken wings, slaw, Mac and cheese and potato salad about $80 dollars. Food was pricey. Taste was ok but not special. Cold slaw looked old but the taste was not bad. Beef rib was large portioned but tasted like it had been boiled to make tender but maybe not. Potato salad and Mac and cheese was fine. Overall 6 out of 10 rating. Not sure if I would try them again nor can I recommend them.
google avatar

Jordan L.

Yelp
girl this is the best damn BBQ in st. louis. smokey FLAVORFUL brisket. yes it's a lil pricey, but baby BBQ is never cheap. this is where you go to treat yourself to a solid meal. the place is small, the staff are super inviting, and the vibes are right. love the seasoned french fries too! i'll be back to try their highly demanded beef ribs. :)
google avatar

Sharice C.

Yelp
Had heard so many good things about this place...!! When we walked in, we were greeted by cheerful staff and an amazing smell of smoked meat! The glaze that's on the ribs was so good, you didn't need sauce! The meat fell right off the bone with little effort. The brisket was tender and juicy. The pulled pork was smoked, well seasoned and good even without sauce. The fries were crispy, seasoned and didn't need any dip. The potato salad is dill, so it wasn't good to me because I'm not a dill fan. The mac and cheese was basic and nothing to post about. The baked beans were phenomenal with pieces of smoked meat and onion throughout.
google avatar

Eric G.

Yelp
Excellent BBQ joint in a funky building at the edge of a residential neighborhood. Broad selection of craft brews, and a full bar. I had the Grimace Sandwich (pulled rib), roll was fluffy with good exterior, held up well to the massive amount of rib meat; pickles were great, red onions; rib meat moist, excellent smoke (either cherry or pecan?) just right amount of sauce. Brussel sprouts well roasted, crisp and chewy, with a little bit of parm. Potato salad also amazing - finely cubed potatoes, lots of fresh dill, and just creamy enough. Best barbecue in the area. Looking forward to another visit! And also, service was excellent!
google avatar

David B.

Yelp
This was my first visit to The Stellar Hog in Holly Hills. (I tend to go to either Sugarfire Smokehouse or Pappy's Smokehouse.) The food was EXCELLENT! And it was brought to my table in about FIVE minutes! You could just LOOK at the ribs, and they would fall off the bone! They're great with or without the sauces (Sweet Stellar, Spicy Lou). Also, the staff was very friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a change of pace from Pappy's and Sugarfire (both of which I also love), and you want to avoid the long lines, DEFINITELY check out The Stellar Hog, a worthy competitor.
google avatar

Anna L.

Yelp
Came in for lunch on a Friday. It was a nice sunny day so we were able to enjoy their large patio after placing our order at the bar. Food came out super quick. We definitely over-ordered but there was too much on the menu to try! Landed on brisket with mac n' cheese & beans, a half slab of ribs, a side of brussels, and the beet salad with turkey. Meat-wise, we liked the turkey & brisket but the ribs were not the best we've had. For the sides, beans were the winner but non were stand-out. I loved the beet salad, the smoked beets were delicious. Staff were all friendly. They do have a very nice full bar, craft beers on tap, and house cocktails. I also appreciated their large variety of Athletic Brewing N/A beers. Overall good, but we feel we have comparable or better closer to home so not likely to be regular.
google avatar

Carmen M.

Yelp
The food was really good. The brisket was a bit fatty, the bakes beans were good but have pork in them. The server offered me a subssubstitute without me asking. The food came out fast and the second from every staff member was wonderful. Everyone greeted us with a smile. The only downfall was the live music it was not very lively lol.
google avatar

Jeff B.

Yelp
First time here. I'd heard a lot of good things about this place, and the name alone made me want to check it out. It was everything they said it would be! Incredible service, and amazing food. The brisket-laden baked beans were soooo good. And I've heard people rave about the sides in general, so that was no surprise. We tried a couple sandwiches and got the cheesy pulled pork fries as an appetizer. Everything was incredible. I can't wait to get back to try some other sandwiches. I love pork, Gouda and ciabatta bread, so the Southside was a fast ball down the middle. You've gotta check this out!
google avatar

Orlando P.

Yelp
I have to say I've been a round and there isn't a lot of good bbq spots that are good. Found this place and it's the only spot right now I think has some of the best que in the Lou. The baked beans are amazing. It has a little kick to it and it has the brisket dropping in it. The Mac lacked flavor but it was cheesy. The ribs were amazing. Tender and flavorful! The cheesy pulled pork fries are to die for. Everything about it was really good!! The service was really good too

James H.

Yelp
The food is out of this world terrific. I enjoyed sampling the seasonal offerings as well as their staple menu items.

Jordan J.

Yelp
What a cool place! You feel like you're ordering bbq at a bar rather than vice versa, but don't let that fool you, some of the best bbq in STL. Go on the weekend and grab a beef rib, you won't regret it!
google avatar

Dennis M.

Yelp
BBQ joint was recommended by owner of Hatch'd. We usually go to Pappy's since our daughter goes to SLU. We're from Hawaii so we wanted to try someplace different. They have a smoked pastrami sandwich and beef ribs (Sunday only). Food was excellent. They had live music. Food order was ready and correct on pick up.
google avatar

Marideth W.

Yelp
Wow! The baby back ribs were so amazing!! They fell off of the bone and the flavor was perfect! The fries were a bit salty but like in an I can't stop eating them way. I can't wait to bring everyone that I know here!!
google avatar

Dranoel W.

Yelp
Good experience. The ambiance was real chill that weekend that my partner and I had a craving for BBQ. We sat at the table close to the bar and greeted and given menus by the bartender. They had plenty options so we went with a rib meat sandwich, brisket sandwich, beans, Mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts (cuz veggie haha) We we pleased with the food we received. The bbq was def the highlight! It didn't really need any sauce but they had a couple different sauces so we had to try. It was good, and the people were great there. Will go again.

Sara S.

Yelp
The food here is amazing!! The brisket is the best me and my husband have tasted from the other local BBQ spots. The corn ribs were seasoned well and so tasty. The french fries were crispy and the breading was seasoned. The staff were very friendly and were hustling bringing out food as fast as possible. I had the Frankie V sandwich which has smoked salami and pepper jack cheese, it was a great blend of flavors! When you walk in, you order your drinks and food at the bar. Then they give you a number and you find a seat. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We got there at 5:30 on a Saturday and there was love music inside. They even have board games that you can play while you wait. We can't wait to go back and try more items on the menu.
google avatar

Redgie B.

Yelp
I have to admit the food is very delicious. However, the service is kind of slow. I've heard great stories about the beef ribs on Sundays. But I'm disappointed in the amount of food you receive, compared to the price. I received one bone on the beef rib, but the cost of it was $42. I simply expect to receive the amount of food that I was charged.
google avatar

Erica B.

Yelp
Um yes! First time visiting with my partner - we picked Stellar Hog on a whim due to a taste for BBQ. When you walk in, expect straight neighborhood vibes. The bartender/our server gave us a warm welcome. While ordering (and looking a bit lost), some of the patrons were helpful in providing suggestions. The owner was super friendly and made sure to check in on us. The building was spacious clean and open, and they even had board games available to play. I ordered the Grimace with a side of fries, my partner ordered the beef brisket with fries. We also ordered a side of pit beans, Mac N Cheese, and the Brussel sprouts. This was some good BBQ! I will definitely be back to actually order the ribs next time. A very filling sandwich, with a wonderful meat to bun ratio. The fries were seasoned well; the pit beans delicious. The Mac N Cheese was a little lack luster and the Brussel sprouts needed a little more seasoning. Overall, great experience! Great BBQ! And great at-home atmosphere. It makes sense why they've won so many awards. Will definitely be back for another visit.
google avatar

Dainielle F.

Yelp
What a slam dunk! I ordered stellar hog on uber eats and it was DELISH! I was craving ribs and got the stellar rib 1/2 plate which came with two sides. I got the brisket chili which had bite-sized pieces of brisket and the pit beans. Delish!! The ribs were SOOOOO good! I think you get a great amount for the price, more than other bbq places that's for sure! The ribs were thick and a tiny bit dry but they give you plenty of sauce for dipping. the meat falls off the bone and it made for a phenomenal meal! I definitely wanna go in and try the white wall sammie!
google avatar

Lucy Y.

Yelp
Wow! Best bbq I've had in stl yet. A little far from the city but 100% worth it. Street parking and a big patio area! The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive! Overall the restaurant had a great vibe. The beef rib is a must try. It's huge, comes with two sides, and is packed with flavor. The potato salad and slaw were spot on. The loaded fries are another must try!! Loved the portion sizes and variety of menu options. Will definitely be going back!
google avatar

Raza S.

Yelp
Wow! We had a chance to check out The Stellar Hog this past weekend and were not disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday evening and the place was quite busy! We were still able to order our food at the service counter and find a table to sit at. For our entrees, we ordered a "White Wall" which was noted to be a chef favorite (Brisket, smoked gouda, pickled red onion, and horseradish cream on toasted hoagie) and a redbird w/o bacon (Turkey, smoked gouda, tomato jam, and red pepper slaw on toasted hoagie). Each sandwich came with a side and we opted to get Mac N Cheese along with potato salad. On each table, there are two BBQ sauces, one is spicier and the other sweeter. We waited anxiously for our food to arrive and were not disappointed! Wow, some of the best BBQ in the city. The meat was tender and tasty. The bread cooked to perfection. And the two BBQ sauces paired perfectly with the sandwiches (I was tempted to buy a bottle!). The Mac N Cheese was solid and the potato salad was delicious with a savory taste that really completed the meal. All in all, I was very impressed with this restaurant. Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Passing by St Louis we tried this restaurant for dinner... Sooooo good the fried corn is delicious the turkey, brisket is perfect. We also had mac and cheese I definitely recommend this place only thing thought was the Sweet Tea could be a little sweeter other than that place is is a definite recommendation
google avatar

pamela K.

Yelp
Wow! This spit was a surprise. We were skeptical but the Stellar Hog wowed us. Great great BBQ and a fabulous BLT. Cute neighborhood spot. Give them a try you wont be disappointed.
google avatar

Joe S.

Yelp
We ordered the brisket, pulled pork, Mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts. The meats were dry and were probably the last portion in the bin before they restocked and had new cuts. The Brussels sprouts were bland and the cotija cheese did not act as a proper seasoning. The Mac and cheese was low effort Velveeta. And the dinner rolls they provided had the texture of a brick and were unchewable. The employees seemed nice, but when one of them was, I'm assuming not on the clock, and sat at the bar with patrons to drink and talk it seemed a little unprofessional. And the "manager" figure was blowing vape smoke behind the bar which has to be some sort of health violation. Not a great start to our trip, but I'm sure it was just a bad day!

Don L.

Yelp
The food is great! I got the brisket and chicken wings to go for dinner for six at home. Service was great very nice people!

Yelp
ORDER: CHEESY PULLED PORK FRIES - OMGGGG Holy jeez at the last minute of Schlafly's Pig & Whisky Fest I wandered around looking for a nibble and stumbled on these incredible loaded fries!!!! Pretty sure the fries were beer battered or something special because they had the perfect crisp (not too crunchy though, for fellow tender mouths) to hold up to all the delicious fixings! Haven't tried their in person spots yet, just the festival booth, but look forward to checking them out!! Beautiful work!!

Jeff C.

Yelp
This was our first time here. The patio is incredible. They had live music the Saturday night we attended. The vibe was really cool.
google avatar

Stephanie K.

Yelp
I finally had the chance check out Stellar Hog and I regretted not coming sooner! I believe they have 2 locations - South City (Holly Hills) and Chesterfield. We went to the location in South City. For starters: We started off with their Cheesy Pulled Pork Fries and Fried Pretzel with Cheese. (We love cheese!) It was so filling, but so delicious. Maybe next time we will stick with one appetizer. We basically tried all their different meats, but my favorite will have to be their ribs and chicken wings. The Ribs pulled right off the bone. It was easily chewable and flavors were great! The chicken wings had a great combination of sweet and savory flavors with a perfect crispiness to the outside. All their sides were delicious and complimented well with their meats. The brisket was a bit difficult to eat after it got cold, but when you eat it with their creamy cabbage and brussel sprouts--- it's so good! Friendly servers! Board Games available to play with friends! Street Parking! Outdoor seating available!
google avatar

Ivy V.

Yelp
Great tasting barbeque! Their beef rib was amazing, everything we had the pork ribs, smoked salami, corned beef and sides were all delicious! Highly recommended this place!
google avatar

Rebecca H.

Yelp
There was plenty of side street parking on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated right away. We ordered pulled pork, beef brisket and beef rib. The beef ribs are only served on Sundays. It was meaty and juicy. I didn't quite expect this much fat. If I came back, I would order something else. The pork and brisket were so smoky and tender. The Mac n cheese and baked beans are highly recommend sides. The barbecue sauces that were provided made it more delicious! We would definitely come back.

Yelp
Ambiance. Dude. This place is located in an older neighborhood and the outside of the building tells you nothing about how freaking amazing the beef brisket is or how fantasmal the unsweet tea is. Hubs got the 1/2 rack of ribs with beans and brussel sprouts. I had the melt in your mouth beef brisket, potato salad, and beans. Every bite was a culinary delight. We were lucky to meet the CHEF of ALL FOOD GREAT and tell him how good every single bite was. We've had barbecue across the country, but this-dayummmmmmit man. Go!Go!Go! Love, Is

Yelp
Nice little neighborhood bar with some tasty bbq and a great local beer list! If you love bbq and beer Stellar Hog is the place for you! Some of my favorites are: the white wall sandwich, pulled pork and smoked turkey. They have so many meat choices like ribs, smoked salami and corned beef. The meat has a nice, but not overpowering, smoked flavor and is tender! My favorite side is the Brussels sprouts. They have a full bar and cocktails along with a great beer list with many local options! Service is excellent! Another bonus is a dog friendly, covered patio! And music on the weekends! A bathroom and bar window were just added to the patio area for extra convenience! They have a small parking lot in the back and plenty of street parking. They also do online orders. Warm weather is coming, so grab your doggo and head to the patio to sip some cold beers while eating bbq!
