I always visit the luxury stores during my travels and like to buy special pieces as well. This stores personnel’s attitudes were really disgraceful. They don’t stand aside in favor of the customer, staring directly behind you and having a nice gossip immediately. Unbelievable! In addition to all these, they do not feel any shame about it when you catch them all. I decided to buy The Row bag and changed my mind and left there. They should learn the etiquette rules. Last advise; being recpectful, being polite and treating everyone as you would them treat you like reflects the social graces.

While not really my scene, I walked through this shop the other day after grabbing lunch in the area and found this store to be targeted to a fashion and trend-conscious demographic who have a high disposable income. The merchandise is meticulously displayed and the staff is friendly with just the right amount of pretentiousness in manner and dress. There aren't many people in here but it's a good place to walk through if you're curious about what is currently "in".

Yes* definitely one of the best Place for High fashion shopping in The World 🦄🍀🌸 ( I think ) And this boutique is very first multi high fashion boutique in Seoul . This boutique has been almost for 20years ? First time they have some problems * But they had kept improving * that is good for Seoul * but some of ‘boon the shop’ in department stores got some service problems * but here is so nice . Actually Now this one store is better than Paris ... Yes Paris now has a lot of problems.. especially against asian * They could give you somethings defected with ‘ NO REFUND’ Service * I mean this ‘ Boon the Shop ‘ could give you the best service in this world *

The workers are not too friendly and definitely not welcoming! As soon as you walk in, they either ignore you or stand right over your shoulder. I got my nails done at My Boon and the experience was unpleasant. The person who did my nails gave me the vibe that he wanted to leave work ASAP and didn't want to redo the nail that he messed up. They truly have poor customer service!

great selection and nice high-end vibe but like other high-end multishops the service is a little questionable. don't know if they do it to Koreans too but they always follow me around, breathing in my neck and aren't exactly helpful if I ask them any questions (mind you in Korean). during the sale season they are the worst but when I wbuy for retail price they are decent. I was treated best when I shelled out over a million krw. case study staff (1st floor) are ok though.
