EAT HELLENIC

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hellenic Republic in Coral Springs, and I can confidently say it's a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the warm and inviting atmosphere. We chose to sit outside, and even though it was a bit chilly, our server went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even providing my wife with a blanket. This small touch of customer care truly exemplified the top-notch service we received throughout the evening. Now, let's talk about the food. Simply put, it was amazing! The shrimp and grits were absolutely to die for, and the octopus was cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed a pitcher of their sangria, which was incredibly tasty. Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Overall, our experience at Hellenic Republic was exceptional. The combination of delicious food, great service, and a cozy ambiance makes this place a must-visit. We will definitely be back! Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

It is rare that you get a combination of all the best things a restaurant can offer. From the times I’ve been able to go and the Thanksgiving I was able to partake on this year have always provided great service, amazing ambiance, great food and portions, and above all else Chef Nikol who really pours her heart out into all of it. And that’s what you really get to feel and taste. Can’t wait for their new grand opening! Very excited!

We were in town visiting family. My husband is a huge Diner, Drive Ins & Dives fan. He always tries to find one place for us to go that was on the show. I was pleasantly surprised. The seating was outside. A It was a little hot but cooled off as sun went down. The food was fantastic. It was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The service though made this 5 stars. Very friendly, approachable and you can tell they are very happy to be in this business. The service alone makes this worth a try. The great food is an added bonus.

Amazing greek food! The flavors were fantastic. The food was absolutely fresh! The service was good, nothing out of this world. Great live music to set the mood. HIGHLY recommend!

I wanted something different and that’s just what I got when I googled this place. Food was delicious. They took a simple order, chicken wings and fries and made it extraordinary. The staff has an excellent attitude and makes sure you have everything you need to completely enjoy your dining. Thank you for having me!

Hands down, undeniably, the BEST greek food in Coral Springs. Food wait time was around 10 minutes (worth the wait). Flabbergasted by the freshest salad I’ve had in all of Coral Springs. However, there were problems when ordering because the sides (rice or fries) is apart of the order so you’d have to pay extra for veggies and etc. Yet it doesn’t take away from the spectacular food.

Our second time coming here from Miami because they have halal meat! We got a pasta and salad, and both dishes were presented super well and tasted fresh and flavorful. Great service.

I visited this restaurant when they first opened it was phenomenal! Visited there yesterday and I was so happy that the quality of the food was still amazing! I’m so glad they are thriving we hadn’t had a good Greek restaurant that serve delicious savory and flavorful food since Mythos Closed. The food at Hellenic is definitely 10/10! Keep up the good work! Sorry my pictures do not do justice to the presentation and quality of the food nonetheless a must when in Coral Springs!
