⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Experience
This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.
From the moment we sat down, it was obvious my group was unfamiliar with this style of restaurant. Instead of guiding us, the server was impatient and rude. When we hesitated between à la carte and the set menu, because we truly didn’t know the difference, she became visibly frustrated, snatched the menu off the table, crumpled it, and walked away.
Ventilation was another huge issue. The smoke from the grill was so overwhelming that our eyes were burning, and our clothes reeked of smoke by the time we left. A restaurant like this should never open without proper ventilation.
We asked for vegetables, and the server listed: “lettuce, onions, and… zucchini,” after a long pause. We ordered a small salad, which arrived in a tiny bowl covered in saran wrap. She tossed a fork on top and set the dressing down, oddly enough, we got dressing for the salad but no sauces, salt, or pepper for the rice, meat and shrimp earlier.
When we removed the saran wrap, the salad was spoiled. At the end of the meal, the server acted as though she did us a favor, saying, “Good thing I didn’t charge you for it.”
That comment summed up the entire visit, careless, dismissive, and completely lacking hospitality.
I’ve never had such a disappointing restaurant experience and hope never to repeat it. I will not be returning.
