This is the best pizza I've ever had in Lexington, and I wish it was there when I lived in Lex ten years ago. The crust has perfect crunch and chew - the kind you typically only find at places that really ferment and care for the dough carefully. The topping are simple but harmonious. The extra cheese garnish is salty, but the basil and sauce are floral and tangy enough to balance it out. The fact that they're making pizzas this great in what looks like a 6'x4' kitchen without wood or coal fire is unbelievable. This is awesome, rich, satisfying pizza, and everyone in Lexington should try it.
