Taylor Swift’s Favorite Restaurants in New York City

"A sceney, Japanese-inspired Noho hotspot since 1998, BondST (opened by Jonathan Morr) still feels like a late-’90s classic — it even celebrated its 25th anniversary last summer. I note that Swift has dined here multiple times (in 2023 with Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, and Brittany Mahomes, and again in December 2024 with Travis Kelce and Jack Antonoff), and the menu highlights I’d try are the Big Eye Tuna Tart and the Hokkaido Scallop with Uni." - Derin Yilmaz

Downtown Manhattan Restaurant Scenes, Ranked - New York - The Infatuation

"BondSt has its charms. (The serviceable sushi, for example.) But you could make a convincing argument that BondSt it's just off-brand Nobu. With its fusion-y food and aging beige interior, the Noho restaurant feels like a portal to the early 2000s. The top two floors are relatively quiet, with a mix of families, out-of-towners, and 20-somethings who should probably branch out—but the basement lounge gets lively." - bryan kim, willa moore, neha talreja

BondSt Noho - Review - NOHO - New York - The Infatuation

"Around since the late ’90s, BondSt has long been a staple for well-off tourists and those who require tuna tartare before hitting a club. The top two floors of its Noho townhouse are mellow and patrolled by servers in black, and the basement is a noisy, relatively casual, and semi-convincing attempt at a place where you’d want to be seen. If the clubby restaurant sounds exactly like the sort of spot where you could eat sashimi tacos and miso black cod, that’s because it is. (Think Nobu, but less iconic.) The menu is massive, and most dishes are pleasant, if slightly disappointing for the money. A dinner here isn’t ideal, but it’s far from a worst-case scenario." - Bryan Kim
