Food was very good, almost as good as Tickets in Barcelona! I would of rated higher if it wasn't for the fact that even after when we made the reservation and the restaurant called us and ask if we are celebrating any special occasion, yes we did celebrate my wife's birthday and our anniversary, not one person said anything once throughout the whole dinner. In addition, the sommelier contact us before we arrive to ask about our wine preferences, great touch, but alas that's all it was, she never recommended anything before the start of the courses. Overall, very good food and techniques, lack of attention to detail in regards to the service. Disappointing at this level!

I have only one advice: try everything. It's pricey, but try it all. There's some seriously delicious experiments in gastronomy going on here. Table site frozen margaritas are also pretty awesome to watch! You need to have this experience

Horrid, Katie JM Baker hooked up with a 25 guy in the navy. We tried to ask him to hang out with us at the hotel, but turns out he was not our type. We had a long night together and ended up at Saam. Such a horrible time. Turn the music down, dim the lights, and play more Alanis..you ought to know, know know!

A delightful oasis in the back of one of Beverly Hills hippest hangouts. The quiet and luxury of this back room is a wonderful alternative to the energy of the main bazaar.

The food may not have been plentiful, but it sure was delicious. Delectable might be a better word to use. Be ready to spend some cash and have some mouthgasms.

A fantastic value at about $5 a course, but needlessly long at 4+ hours.

The single greatest dining experience in Los Angeles. Hands down
