We have breaks¡fats during the week, the place is huge and all the atmosphere is with iconic Mexican musicians and artist. The service really friendly, is like you are coming to a home as a guest not just a restaurant. Dani our waiter took really good take of us, since we arrived to the table until we leave, so kindly and professional, never had extra plates in our table (things that in Santa Barbara CA where I live, always deal with this dirty plates standing on the table). Quick service. The food came hot (and I loved it) the flavor hand made tortillas, the lady came with a basket full of of variety of pan dulce, I had a guava atole… yum!!! Delicious. And really good music play list. I definitely will come back next time. Thank you Dani for making us feel very welcome, Viva Tijuana, Viva México!!!

Found this place on social media and I have to say I wasn't disappointed. Place looked a little busy but they were able to sit us down pretty quick. The food was great! The steak was so flavorful and cooked to order. The restaurant was nicely decorated. Our server was a bit slow but overall the place was great.

Visited Saturday morning (around 9AM) and waited about 20 minutes to get seated. They offered valet parking (or you can street park) which is super convenient. The place is spacious and lively. As soon as we sat down, a plate of assorted pastries arrived--and their cinnamon bun was the highlight for us. We ordered two types of chilaquiles: Diabla for a spicy kick, and Al Gusto for something milder. Both were flavorful. We also tried the banana pancakes, though we wished they'd come with more Nutella. Overall, a solid breakfast spot--especially great for families.

Nice sit down restaurant here in Tijuana. Enjoy the environment inside. Great place for a date. Came for breakfast and was pleased with the selection. The fruit plate was on point. The pan dulce was fresh and taste. Try the guava. Wish I took more pictures of the food but everyone was pleased. My only complaint was my chicken. Taste basic. Overall, the chilaquiles was excellent. The sauce was some of the best I tasted. Love the salsa brought to the table. The cafe was excellent. Not too sweet Service was excellent. They came around often for refills.

I don't mind waiting. This I what happened . when I got here a party of 4 went in before me. they where not in the waiting list or had any reservations, I got here before them. There is favoritism here because they knew the hosts that works here and she gave them a table right away. Other than that the food is great and the servers are amazing.

Food is delicious. The charcoal pancakes are great. Service is great and friendly staff . Ambience is pretty neat has pictures of famous artists. Not noisy able to carry conversation with people. Definitely will go back.

From the moment you enter Sabor a mi you feel welcomed by all of the staff. The decorations take you back to the 1950's with large posters of prominent Mexican singers that left an imprint on México. When you're seated, they bring a small plate of fruit as a complimentary appetizer. The café de olla tastes fresh, homemade and they keep your cup full. The main dishes are very substantial and colorful. I had several of their breakfasts and have never been disdisappointed. One of my favorite breakfast spots in Tijuana.

Excellent service. Short wait but it is totally worth it. The food is fantastic and very well presented. Their dishes are huge. Very nice authentic classy-Mexico ambiance. This is one of my favorite brunch spots!

When in TJ visiting or making a doctors visit, this place is the place to come for breakfast. The delicacy of their attention to detail is phenomenal. You get greeted parking lot with valet, at the door by hostess opening the door and at your table by a waiter with fresh pan ducle. The food is good all around. Nothing on the menu is bad, and believe me, we've tried it.

The food is always delicious and made fresh! Can't beat the handmade tortillas. Can order a drink while you wait. Excellent service!

I've had this placed bookmarked on my Yelp for a while. We usually always grab tacos when we come to Tj but decided we wanted to dine in somewhere different. The pictures looked promising & trust me, they didn't disappoint! I wanted to try the trio enchiladas I saw in a picture on Yelp but I guess it was only seasonal. I ended up opting in for the huevos tatemados. I thought it was just an egg w/ salsa on it. But let me telllllllll you.... It was fire! It came w/ red chilaquiles that were flavorful & good. I'm not a huge frijole stan. But these frijoles were not normal basic ones, they had flavor. The salsa on my eggs weren't spicy. I asked for the spiciest salsa on the side. I asked & they gave. It was spicy af. The spicy in MX doesn't compare to US spicy. Lol. What caught me by surprise was under my eggs there was jamón, queso, & nopal. Everything together went well & was delish! My son had a kids egg & salchichas plate that came w/ frijoles & papas. The papas were good. Crispy & soft at the same time. My husband ordered the machaca estilo señora. I didn't like his as much as I liked mine. The chilaquiles verde were ok. The machaca was dry on his. Not a fan of his dish. Our dishes came w/ complimentary tortillas. We also ordered two aguas - the melón & crema d coco. I wasn't a fan of the melon. I thought it'd be better than it was. It was very natural & didn't have any sweetness to it. The crema d coco on the other hand was bomb. Exactly how it sounds, creamy & coconut. The service was friendly, quick, professional, & efficient. When we sat down they laid our napkins out on our laps for us. Even for my toddler child. Lol. They poured our drinks & packed our stuff to go for us. This place is a little more on the pricier side compared to other eateries. Our bill was $54 for 2 dishes, 1 kids dish, 2 aguas, & 2 sodas. Average price you'd pay in San Diego for something similar. We would definitely return though. I wanted to try the guayaba cheesecake but I was too full to even order it. The portions are huge & very filling. The ambiance was nice. Quiet, clean, classy, & decorative. Nice for date night or a family get together. They have their own private valet parking. There's about 13 spots in their lot. We ended up parking next door at a parking lot because all the spots were filled.

First time at this restaurant, & I'm extremely satisfied with absolutely everything! They have valet parking. The restaurant is spacious, so we were able to have dinner 12 of us without reservations. The food was tasty , great presentation and portions were big. Customer service was top notch! If I could give them 10 stars in all areas I would!

Had the worse service on Saturday August 1 took my parents to eat around 1130am since they never been here b4 I wanted them to enjoy this place since I've been here a few times we where seated promptly got our drinks in a matter of time took our orders a party of six I saw three other parties get served but never us or told us what was the hold up on our food order and hour later I asked for the tab of the drinks and left because never did they tell me what was the hold up on the order sorry to say but not going back any more

The service was great sat down for a lunch and ordered a pepino juice and enchiladas suizas I won't know what they taste like because as I was about to drink my juice I noticed a roach inside I was so disgusted I called the waiter over to let him know said I was not going to need my enchiladas and pointed to the glass grabbed my bag and walked out .

I don't mind taking the 2 1/2 hour drive to go eat here when I am in Tijuana the food is always amazing. The workers are always so nice. My server is name was Isaac he was amazing attentive. The food was fast they treated us with such respect, and the ambience was amazing. Everything in that restaurant was just perfect.

This place is absolutely horrible. We walked in and it took forever to get our drinks, then when we waited about an hour and 20 minutes to get our food I finally flagged our server and he said he would check on our food. He came back and said the server tripped and dropped our food and had our food expedited and coming right out. I called BS. I spoke to the manager and he said that he would take care of it, he agreed it was too long to wait for food. They handed us a bill for the drinks and nothing else. I think these people prefer their local patrons as opposed to outsiders like us because the patrons around us got their food way faster than we did. Never again, this place stinks to high hell.

Authentic and delicious Mexican cuisine! The taste of spices is not compromised by the lack of grease. Hard to explain, but many Mexican food restaurants think that the grease provides more flavor. Anyway, the service is always very attentive and they offer valet parking, the restaurant is new and decor feels inviting. Restrooms are always clean.

This place is very popular and had a long wait line. Luckily our party only waited 20 minutes to get a table. We started off with the most amazing cafe de la olla! The blend of caffeine and sweetness with cream was superb! I've never had cafe de la olla before. We also ordered fresh orange juice, which it is prepared to order. I noticed they also had green juices. For our meal, we order la cachanilla plate and the sinaluense. The cachanilla had chilaquiles, tlacoyo de tongue, fried eggs, and refried beans. The Sinaluense is similar but the only difference was the tlacoyo was made with pig skin/chicharrón. The service was great! Our server was attentive and friendly. He stopped by several times to fill up our coffees and check on us. The location is on Zona Rio. Decoration is a vintage Mexican Hollywood vibe. Bright color walls with an outstanding mural of all the Mexican celebrities from the black and white era. Definitely a place I would recommend to try and enjoy the authenticity of this place.

Yo ordene los huevos divorciados con un lado de tocino y mi novia ordenó el desayuno Norteño. Los huevos divorciados estuvieron ricos pero el tocino no estuvo cocinado suficientemente y los frijoles me supieron raritos. Eran como unos frijoles anaranjados. La carnita del plato de mi nova están bien rica. Muy blandita al principio. Pero lo de más como que le hacia falta sabor. Mi novia se la paso poniéndole salsa a todo Si pudiera le daria un 3.5 a la comida. Pero el lugar ests bonito, ambiente muy nice, y los meseros te tratan muy bien. Saludos a los del valet. Muy buena onda ellos también.

Cuiden sus pertencias a mi padre le desaparesieron su pasaporte y tardaron casi un mes en dar sus excusas , cuidado con degar sus cosas en si carro por q solo Dan excusas q talvez fue en otro lado donde degan Los carros , no vale la pena Pender documentes importantes por unos chilaquiles

Un día común y corriente, el restaurante semi lleno de personas, degustando de sus platillos favoritos; sin embargo, al llegar los nuestros, el caldo de cabeza ardiente pero mi platillo La Norteña, huevos y frijoles fríos, y la carne fría junto con las supuestas enchiladas; queso mozzarella no derritido arropado de tortillas frías bañado con una salsita naranja. Lo regresé quejándome de lo antes dicho. Al regresar mi platillo, los huevos estrellados a penas cocidos y lo demás ni siquiera lo metieron a la micro. Se disculparon uno y otro que llegó a la mesa incluyendo una señora que me ofreció un pan por mi inconformidad. Ya lo había comido! Creo que no regresaré a este lugar en un buen tiempo. La comida se sirve caliente! No les importó mi disgusto. Me regresaron la comida de nuevo sin calentarla. Mal mal. Además de caro, $800 pesos para dos personas, la comida me quedó mal sabor a mi.

LOVE this place! Very nicely decorated. The service is great, and the food is even better! Chilaquiles are my go to, with some cafe de olla. Parking is valet outside, and we had a small wait (about 15 minutes). Worth it.

For legit Mexican Breakfast in TJ this place is my new favorite. I had the Rancho Grande which has a sample of many Mexican staples (chilaquiles verdes, machaca, a quesadilla, beans and eggs). The Cafe de la Olla was perfect. They offer yummy pastries before your meal bc proper Mexicans always offer carbs before you eat the carbs you ordered. The service was high end on point and the prices were reasonable. They offer valet parking which is a huge plus in TJ. I came here on a Thursday around 9am and there was no wait. I'm sure a place this good gets packed on the weekends but it's worth the wait.

La comida, el servicio y el ambiente muy bien, mi disgusto es de que el día de hoy lunes 17 de Abril después del desayuno entre a los baños y olvide mi cartera dentro de un baño por 5 minutos y me fui a mi carro, en lo que regrese por ella la tenía la persona que contesta el teléfono que en este caso fue un hombre y si me la entrego con todos mis documentos pero se me perdió la cantidad de 100 dólares que eran los únicos que yo cargaba en mi cartera. Al menos me regresaron mi carte e identificación ( Este es mexico ca....!

Beautiful restaurant, the waiters are attentive. The wait for the food was quite long(35 mins). We ordered pan dulce, chorizo omelets, menudo, and chilaquiles. The conchita was excelente, the omelette was super cold so cold that not even my 13 year old wanted to eat it. The waiter was very apologetic but it took them an additional 20 minutes to warm it up. The menudo was hot and good. the chilaquiles were on point. Overall, I would give this restaurant a 7 out of 10. Worth trying at least once.

Comida deliciosa autentica de mexico! Me encanta la machaca estilo sonora, el platillo de cabeza con quesadilla de asientos. El ambiente está relajado y siempre están ocupados pero te atienden rápido. Los empleados son muy amables y tratan de atenderte con cortesía, te hacen buenas sugerencias y ayudan a escoger un platillo. Lo único que cambiaría es el estacionamiento que están tan chiquito y difícil para entrar y salir de ahí. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar! Muchas gracias por su buen servicio. Puede estar poquito ruidoso cuando está ocupado pero a pesar de eso el ambiente es familiar. Muchas gracias a todos!
