"Opened last week in Tijuana’s colonia La Cacho, Restaurante Al Sabor is run by Mario Medina—formerly of Berninni’s Bistro and Finch’s in La Jolla and The Main Course in Ramona—and serves traditional Mexican favorites for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
