Sadler

"A stronghold of Milanese cuisine for over 30 years, Sadler now has a new location in the Casa Baglioni hotel, a beautiful Art Nouveau-style building dating from 1913. The restaurant has a contemporary feel with an elegant dining room featuring colourful armchairs. The cuisine is precise and distinctive, with a harmonious balance of traditional and innovative flavours as well as top-quality ingredients. The wine list is also top of the range, featuring excellent Italian and international wines, including some rare and interesting labels. Although the menu at midday is lighter, the cuisine is of the same high quality." - Michelin Inspector

My favorite restaurant in Milano. 1* Michelin. Elegant lunch experience, smooth ambiance and music. Fantastic Napoletan ragu. Amazing creme caramele with castagne and matcha. Tried Schioppettino wine - loved it. Best focaccia so far.

Went for a birthday lunch, great food and service by the service staffs. Highly recommended if u dont want to spend so much for dinner because of Michelin star, lunch is not Michelin but it was fantastic too. They were so nice to even gave us the whole birthday choc cake free of charge! And the cake tasted amazing too!

Really special experience here with not just amazing dishes but served with creative flair at the table. Everything is presented impeccably down to the box for the snacks. And of course the dining room itself is beautiful. Formal dining but the waiting staff were very friendly and polite. They were happy to let us take the little sweet treats away after which I wasn't sure would be the case.

Modern, chic, relaxed. The service was kind and very attentive, soft spoken and professional. The food was inventive but not tacky, classic with a contemporary perspective. The ingredients were very fine and the flavors were interesting. Great lobster, delicious foie gras, tender cod, hearty but juicy pigeon. Interesting wine pairings with an entertaining local touch. An exceptional bread selection.

Sadler was a food experience. From the moment you want through the doors, you realize you are there to explore creative dishes that call you to be open. I never thought I would eat beets again, yet I did!

My first meal in Milano and it was incredible. I went for lunch and had the anchovy burrata salad, the truffle risotto, the Ossobuco pasta and a glass of champagne. All were excellent but the salad was the standout dish for me.

The meal here was good overall, but the service really detracted from what should have been a special dining experience. I had mentioned my food intolerances when making the reservation, but the staff seemed oddly dismissive about accommodating them and still brought dishes with ingredients I had specifically asked to avoid. I even had to double-check when they brought me bread because I'd clearly stated no gluten. The waiters had a bit of an attitude throughout the evening that felt unprofessional, especially for a restaurant with a Michelin star. The food itself was well-prepared and enjoyable, but the service issues made it hard to fully appreciate.

Truly one of the best restaurants I have been to in the world and so deserving of all of the positive reviews. Came for dinner w/ my wife while on vacation in Milan and was one of the highlights of our whole trip. Service is impeccable, food is inventive but still delicious, and the space is intimate. Best dish was some type of poached egg with truffles, asparagus, and a Parmesan crisp… reminiscent of the egg toast at Jean Georges as a delicious bite of egg
