Highly recommend!!! Food is really exceptional, a great variety of fish entrees and appetizers. The seafood tower is a must try, grilled lobster and finally a delicious millefoglie!! Open kitchen, so I could admire the dedication of the chef and their staff. Super attentive and dedicated. On the way out they have a nice garden for their tomatoes and herbs!

The food was amazing!! The seafood was so fresh, best salmon I’ve ever had. The staff was also very attentive. The manager came around to everyone to make sure you were satisfied with your meals and drinks. Great atmosphere, perfect for a July night if you want to sit outside and have a view of the pier.

So if you’ve visited Sag Harbor for decades, you’ll quickly notice that the kitchen doesn’t have quite the charm that dockside had—from a design perspective, they didn’t change or improve enough to make you excited. But, wow, the food was fantastic! Best seafood I’ve has out here, the local bass was absolutely standout. Perfect for a special occasion.

Just had a meal at Sag Harbor Kitchen and it was incredible! Fresh, vibrant, sea-to-table Mediterranean cuisine that's absolutely delicious. The seafood is as fresh as it gets, and the flavors are a Greek dream. Fantastic location and friendly atmosphere - this place is a must-visit. Can't wait to go back! 10/10 recommend

Was in Sag Harbor for the long weekend and decided to try Sag Harbor Kitchen. The food was amazing but the dining room service was questionable. I understand a new restaurant has its problems but when the waitress/server was bad mouthing the management, there is no excuse. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. I will say the drinks were amazing, the dips were creative and very tasty. Loved the Gem salad and the chicken we had was something I have never tasted before. So good. Although the food was delicious the waitress left a very bad taste in our mouths. Bad mouthing people she is working with is just unacceptable in my book. Keep it to yourself and do your job. Share your complaints with people who want to listen. Not us.

This was my third visit to the restaurant. The location is beautiful. We had an outdoor table. Food sets a new standard for flavor. My table shared appetizers and each one was excellent…salads, lobster roll, octopus. Just amazing. Main courses blew everyone away….chicken, steak, clam bake, salmon. Just perfect. My go to place from now on!

Four of us had dinner here Saturday night. We had no reservation so were pleasantly surprised to get a table. We had cocktails, pita & dip, appetizers and main courses. It was the freshest, most flavorsome meal we have had at a restaurant. Our waitress was exceptional - personable, friendly, yet professional. We will be back. Wishing this team every success.

Amazing and kind service with solid pricy food. To start, I ordered the salad with little gems lettuce and was disappointed to find that the only ingredients were the lettuce and the chopped radish. I understand that this is what was advertised on the menu, but the dressing did not make up for the fact that the salad was not particularly interesting. For my main course I got the chickpea stew, which was great! The portion was a perfect and it had extremely thoughtful flavors - the fennel was a prominent part of the dish that I enjoyed. For the table we also ordered a side of fries that were a great addition to the meal. One of the best parts of the meal (aside from the great service!) was the dessert - which was an earl grey creme brûlée for us. The earl grey flavor was very easy to taste and had a great consistency. Overall, besides an appetizer that wasn't very interesting, the meal was great especially because of how kind our server was.

Located in the space once occupied by the much-adored Dockside, Sag Harbor Kitchen presented itself as a beacon of culinary innovation, blending Mediterranean and French classics. However, the reality of my dining experience significantly deviated from this ideal. The service was notably exceptional, providing a sense of warmth and genuineness. However, this pleasant aspect was overshadowed by the shortcomings in the food department. The reinvented dishes lacked a fundamental respect for their origins, muddling the overall theme of the restaurant. The shawarma spiced half chicken, regrettably, was dry and undersized, the flavor profile restrained, and the spices didn't effectively penetrate the meat. It seemed the chicken was under-brined or lacked proper seasoning during preparation. The hand-cut fries, initially promised as a classic Belgian variety on their Instagram, were underwhelming. Soggy, lacking crunch, and bereft of the requisite freshness, they significantly underperformed. Yet, the remoulade served alongside provided a solitary highlight, a testament to the kitchen's potential. The dish labeled as 'Seafood Pot Pie' was a misnomer, amounting to a loosely connected seafood stew adorned with puff pastry. The lack of creaminess and the inclusion of overcooked, rubbery scallops and undercooked potatoes detracted from what should be a comforting classic. One would expect the stewardship of a Michelin-starred chef to deliver precision and quality. Yet, her conspicuous absence from the kitchen was apparent in the inconsistent execution of dishes. This, coupled with high prices and a chaotic opening night featuring cancelled reservations and a pared-down menu, formed a narrative of disappointment. As Sag Harbor Kitchen stands in the shoes of a previous hot spot, the comparison is inevitable and, unfortunately, unfavorable. The promise of a high-end dining experience fell short, with the food quality failing to match the hefty price tag. A gastronomic misfire, it's a poignant reminder that reputation alone cannot guarantee a satisfying dining experience.

The Good: very friendly, attentive service. Olive Bread and herb butter for the table - superb! The Not So Good: met by a musty smell in the piano room (back dining room). Mediterranean salad was bland. Bean dip, similarly bland. Steamers: flabby and over cooked. French fries - would've been the saving grace but were so over-salted they were like the bottom of a bag of potato chips. Rocco Dispirito was guest chef but may have put his emphasis on the more ambitious dishes we didn't order. Anyhow, with other great choices in the Hamptons I doubt we'll give it a second try.

Came here with some business associates to have dinner before our trip back home, very nice although a bit noisy. The branzino fish was on point, service was friendly and eager to help. Waiter was a good conversationalist when I engaged a conversation. Was an overall good experience

I took a friend to the restaurant since she had never been. Previously it was pretty good.... Now awful. The waiter didn't know the dishes and we were brought the wrong item. All the wait staff were inexperienced and not well dressed. I was embarrassed when we walked into the bar room and all the little vases had dead flowers in them with dirty water. Not at all appetizing. Not likely I'll return and my guest definitely will not. They need to work on ambiance too.

My husband and I returned to Sag Harbor Kitchen Sunday night and left very impressed. We were the only ones that sat outside on that crisp summer night, but the beautiful view was well worth it. We were served good crispy bread shortly after we sat down. We both ordered from the $65 prix fixe menu available Sunday through Thursday in the off-season. The servings were ample and everything was quite delicious. My husband ordered the lobster appetizer - and it was truly a half lobster. He ordered the steak entree and said it was perfectly cooked, although the fries were slightly salty. I ordered the tuna crudo appetizer, followed by the sword fish entree. Both were large and flavorful servings. This second visit was even better than the first, and we think this will be one of our favorite restaurants in the Hamptons.

We had an outstanding meal here last night. The seafood tower appetizer was spectacular...possibly one of the best appetizers I've ever had. Raw oysters and clams, lobster, shrimp, tuna and more, all very fresh and the dipping sauces were excellent. As a salad lover, I also enjoyed my very generously portioned Mediterranean salad. The halibut and steak entrees were delicious. Our waiter was personable and attentive. Relaxed atmosphere with great views of the sunset over the harbor. I can't wait to go back!

Maybe the best meal I've had in the Hamptons. The seafood tower was fresh and delicious, the Seafood Pot Pie was unbelievable, and the fries were amazing. We'll be back often
