his was my first visit to Sage & Salt, and I'll definitely be back.
Noise and atmosphere: I went on a Tuesday evening, at 5:30pm, so keep that in mind as you read. It was easy to get in, and no issue choosing a table inside or outside. Also, the noise was pretty non-existent. Again, for both of these, keep in mind day and time. It's a smaller venue, and I have no reference for how the atmosphere changes on a weekend.
Service: Our server was great. When she first came to the table she said, "You don't have to be in a rush," and I really appreciated that. So many restaurants make it seem like they are more interested in turning over tables, so this was a nice touch. The owner/manager came over to check on us, which I always appreciate.
Food: the menu changes seasonally, so I won't go to much into details, as it might be different depending on the time of year you go. The drink menu is extensive. They have lots of signature cocktails, which looked interesting. The food menu will have something for everyone (chicken, fish, beef, etc.). They definitely live up to the "salt" part of their name, so be ready for that, especially if you aren't a heavy salt user, but otherwise the food was amazing!
I will definitely go back. Great place for a nicer night out.
