Wonderful chocolate coffee shop bistro, delicious and attractively prepared coffee, exceptional ice cream, very kind service. I would love to visit it again. Thank you, Italy, you make the world a more beautiful and wonderful place!

Very nice spot. The atmosphere here is amazing amd it's a cute little shop. Plenty of sweets to be had here, mainly focused on chocolate. The hot chocolate was amazing, I got dark with cream. The missus got the three chocolate coffe. Both were amazing. I also got the famous SAID chocolate cake. This was very delicious as long as you have the sweet tooth for it!

Don’t be fooled by the glowing reviews — likely written by locals or paid off. Our experience was nothing short of awful. We weren’t allowed to sit in the central area and were told to pick between a filthy couch or a dirty table. Coffee and dessert were served in unclean dishes, and when we asked if they could wipe the table, we were flat-out told “No.” The bill? €10 for that mess. It’s obvious the owners are chasing quick tourist money — hiking up prices while completely ignoring service and cleanliness. A classic tourist trap: overpriced, unhygienic, and disrespectful. You deserve better. Yes, it happened on March 8, 2025, between 11:00 and 12:00 — on International Women's Day, which we wanted to celebrate at your establishment.

Bad service. We were 5 and asked for a table, they set us a table for 4 people with literally a barrel to one of us to sit on. When we asked for a chair they said they couldn’t give us one even with tons of free tables around us. The staff was rude throwing the bill at the table and rolling their eyes all the time. Basically we paid a lot for dry cake slides in a place that was this bad of an experience and didn’t even had phone service inside.

We came in to look at the chocolates and ended up ordering a cafe Nero truffle. The sales person gave us the truffle for free. The quality of the chocolate was amazing and the kindness of the staff was extraordinary. We would definitely return.

This place was okay it was clean but not so much . We havent tried the food , but the service was awful the server was rolling her eyes when I asked for the wifi and they forgot our order , and the atmosphere was okay.

Delicious espresso with hot chocolate. But sadly, they charge you for the service without warning. In our case, the service charge ended up being 40% of the bill. A good place in a nice area, but I would never repeat the experience; the price isn't the point. You just feel ripped off.

Amazing chocolate drink and amazing cake! I love this place! They were very helpful even though they were understaffed at the moment of our visit. Get the Said cake when you are there!
