The line to this place can get long, but its worth the wait. Salt & Straw's ice cream is of very good quality. There's lots to find here that you can't find elsewhere. Many unique flavors, with new ones circulating every so often. You can get samples of them to know which one you want. They also have small tubs of their flavors in case you want to skip the line, which I have done a couple of times. Overall, it's great. 4/5.

Big fan but a recent trip left me a tad disappointed. Went on a weekday to pick up a few pints and the staff has a long frown and was unfriendly. Been buying pints for a long time and they always gave me a few sugar cones but when I asked, the staff said no. They’re selling something that makes you happy so why not start with a smile and good service. Ice cream remains good and consistent so still had to be fair with 4 stars.

Stopped by Salt & Straw since I was in the area. We ordered: -kid scoop $4.75, strawberry and coconut water sherbet -single scoop $6.50, sea salt with caramel ribbons and rainbow sprinkles +$0.50 The strawberry and coconut water was really delicious...will always get that one for me since I am going for dairy-free options :D Street parking only.

I’ve been to a few Salt & Straw locations, and this one is just as good as you come to expect. It’s got all the great and inventive flavors, nice staff, and a cozy interior space if you want to hang out and have your ice cream inside. No complaints here!

Google
This is probably the top ice cream franchise out there. They do have unique flavors that do set them apart from typical ice cream shops, but not so far off that they’re unusual or anything. It’s on the pricey side, but I think that’s ice cream in general. Weekends can be pretty busy and service could potentially be slow if there are people sampling multiple flavors.

The ice cream is so delicious. After we had our lunch, we went straight for dessert, even though it was raining we had to stop by and grab a bite.

Let me tell you about my fav ice cream spot! They're open late night everyday BUT there's always a line of people. There are various flavors with weird/funny/cool names but ask for a sample so you can find the one you like. Im simple so my go-to is Coffee & Love Nuts; not too sweet, tasty, and has the right amount of brownie bits and nuts. Customer service is always on point and they make their waffle cones fresh. They are located at a sweet spot in between fine dining restaurants and various businesses on the Ave hence the long evening lines. The best thing to do is purchase your pint for home enjoyment. Give them a try, it’s worth IT!

We went on a Saturday afternoon. Service was great, ice cream was delicious. I’ve had other salt & straw locations but this visit stood out.

Yelp
This Salt & Straw location in Burlingame is just as good as all the other stores! Top notch quality and service. The best part is that they close at 11pm. I was craving some dessert after having a late night dinner and Salt & Straw came to the rescue. I was one of those customers that came 10-15 minutes before closing, but the staff was still super nice and offered samples to customers and provided great service. I already knew what I wanted though which is one of my favorite flavors from Salt & Straw. The Cinnamon Snickerdoodle. So good. A single scoop is a little over 6 bucks, but it's a massive scoop and I could barely finish it. I love the chunks of snickerdoodle cookies inside and it has a nice cinnamon flavor. The ice cream was so smooth and had a nice texture. This is a must get. The store was super clean and it's worth visiting. They have a lot of unique flavors that you wouldn't get at other ice cream shops. Even though the parking situation in downtown Burlingame normally is a huge pain. I am definitely returning here whenever I can and if you don't like Salt & Straw then I question your taste buds. Only partially kidding.

Yelp
I freakin love this place. They make the best waffle cones! I thought I already reviewed this place and I'm pretty sure I did but I am leaving this again because it's that good. Our first experience of Salt & Straw was in Alberta, Oregon many years ago. We were very happy when we noticed one here in the bay area where we live. Every single experience I've ever had here has been incredible. The facility is always clean, the staff is always very friendly and willing to let you try multiple flavors, which I'm sure I can get annoying. I think what makes this place so outstanding in my opinion is that the ice cream taste so fresh. I didn't even realize ice cream could taste fresh until I had it here! It's just GOOD. like really GOOOD. Yesterday my 3 year-old son and I, against his will, shared the limited edition flavor, milk chocolate fudge with candied macadamia nuts. It was out of this world!! So good that it is now contending with my favorite flavor from Mitchell's. Pretty bummed that this flavor is limited edition but it's ok. I have every faith that Salt & Straw knows what they are doing. Great job guys!

Yelp
Mmmm. Must stop by S&S when I see one. This particular location is in downtown Burlingame. I love S&S for the variety of unique ice cream flavors that they offer. They have their classic flavors & a seasonals. My go to classic is the pear & blue cheese or the sea salt caramel ribbons. My favorite seasonal is the pots of gold & rainbows (basically, milk & cereal mixed with lucky charms marshmallows) - I make sure to get a pint when it's available. Option to get it on a cup or a waffle cone. Kids, single, double, pints available. Good quick service.

Yelp
If you know me in real life, ice cream, and Salt & Straw comes up a lot during conversations! It's one of my favorite ice cream shops for a reason--vegan options and rotating seasonal flavors! So after a memorable dinner in the area, what better way to top it off than ice cream? This is my first time at the Burlingame Salt & Straw as their San Francisco locations are my home base. Compared to other locations, this is probably the smallest one. There isn't much space and I found the inside can get awkward when cramped or busy. Also, the shop wasn't the cleanest which was a bit disappointing considering it's Salt & Straw and we're in Burlingame. Since I was exceptionally full from dinner, I wanted to get something a little less creamy. I got a Kids Scoop of Pink Rośe & Watermelon Sorbet. I've had this flavor before I loved how the rośe and watermelon both popped. But on this instance, it wasn't as flavorful. Instead, it was chalky ice versus a smooth consistency which I'm used to. It also melted much faster than when I got it the previous time. I will always be a fan of Salt & Straw but based on experience, their Burlingame location is probably my least favorite. Regardless, I wouldn't mind coming back again! It's easy to spot off Burlingame Ave. with metered parking out front and around the downtown area.

Lesly M.

Yelp
Always a perfect spot after dinner. So fun with friends and family. Love to explore the many variety of flavors. Always a welcoming service.

Yelp
Still a great location. We come here a couple times a year and always get pulled in when we see the new flavors come in. We went this Saturday after lunch and had a great experience. The staff is patient with letting you sample flavors and they were very alert with asking about food allergies or aversions before serving the new creepy crawly flavor which has bugs, nuts, and caffeine. I'm avoiding alcohol, so it was good to know they know they have a cheat sheet and were looking out for me. My kid used to have a dairy allergy and we had a mishap at Baskin Robbin's one time with a mix up between sherbet and sorbet, so I really appreciate the seriousness that Salt & Straw had with us on this regular day. Their seating inside is limited, but people move in and out pretty quick so we were able to get seats inside and then eventually moved to a bench outside.

Yelp
Try a split cone with half lavender & honey and half marionberry cobbler - so good!!!

Yelp
This is going to be a weird thing to say: I kind of hate giving chains a perfect 5 star rating. But, I still do it if everything ticks the boxes because I'm not going to be THAT person and hold a grudge against a chain. Anyway, I digress. This Salt & Straw was my first ever, and it was all kinds of delicious. The employees were friendly and patient when I wanted to try different flavors. I ended up choosing Coffee and Love Nuts - packed with so much coffee flavor and that nice crunch in every bite for texture. SUPER GOOD. The line can get randomly long, but it is def worth it. Next time will try it with a waffle cone!

Joselyn M.

Yelp
Ice cream was so good!! Loved the modern flavors!! I ended up getting the honey lavender which was nice and light & the salted, malted choc chip cookie dough. Service was just as great!! Ambiance was clean and modern looking. It's a cute, small shop. :) I highly recommend, and I would come back. Keep up the great service/flavors!! :0

Yelp
When you arrive, there are 2 things bound to happen: a line outside the door (for the most part) and the strong yummy smell of waffle cones. My bf and I stopped by on a work night. There was still a line out the door. Good thing they were playing 2000's R&B and Hawaiian Reggae jams that I was singing and vibing to. *queue Cater 2 U by Destiny's Child / Wade In Your Water by Common Kings* Summary: Ice cream - 9/10 Service - 8/10 Ambiance - 10/10 Parking - 5/10 on a packed day. 9/10 on a non-packed day. ICE CREAM - 9/10 Salt & Straw quality is buttery smooth. The flavor profiles are very unique. You have one menu for their classics that will always be served (ie: Honey Lavender). You then have their Limited flavors/Seasonal menu which are served for a certain amount of time (ie: May / Floral flavors - Jasmine Milk Tea Almond Stracciatella). There are also a lot of ice cream tubs/pints for purchase. SERVICE - 8/10 Service is very straightforward. Some of the staff are very energetic and outgoing. Some staff are just trying to get through the shift haha, which I respect. AMBIANCE - 10/10 The line system makes sense. The menu layout is easy to read and organized. I like how the art always changes for the limited flavors/theme. For example, May was dedicated to Flowers in bloom. I LOVE how when you taste test the ice cream, there are trash insertions on the wall rather than a bowl on the counter. PARKING - 5/10 & 9/10 During the day and especially on the weekends, parking is a P A I N. Parking in the parking lot is also tough luck. On a work night, there is an ample amount of parking.

Yelp
A revised review is in order. I haven't come across any more quality control issues during recent visits. Their creative monthly flavors and longstanding classics keep bringing me back. Friendly service at the Burlingame location. I wish management would staff an extra person or two during peak times. There's usually just two associates actively helping customers at any time.

Yelp
came on the first week of their halloween flavors! overall: 4/5 service: 5/5, staff was friendly and very helpful inside: clean, small but it's pretty organized i got a split scoop in the pumpkin waffle cone! i chose to get the great candycopia & cinnamon snickerdoodle! candycopia is exactly what i wanted in it, with diff chocolate candy types and just the perfect texture. the cinnamon snickerdoodle was pretty good as well, a bit soft for my liking but i think that was more to do with them opening & closing the fridge so it was less cold then it would normally be. pumpkin waffle cone was okay, i think since i got so many items w cinnamon/ pumpkin spice flavors, the excessive pumpkin spices on the waffle was unnecessary for me. since we went when the it was still new seasonal flavors the line was pretty long even at 8/8:30 pm. we probably waited 25-30 mins to get to the front of the line, i don't know if i would wait this long again but if the line was shorter i would def get more again!

Jose Manuel C.

Yelp
Went for desert after Chinese food on boys night out, we stood in line for close to 35 minutes. We figured out that if the place hired a couple of other people it would go by faster but the place lives off the hype and fomo. Bit of a we did it to see the hype rather than because we wanted ice cream. They offered some unorthodox flavors like olive oil for example, and other traditional like cinnamon. I ended up ordering the cinnamon scoop, tasted just like the cereal. I would say if you go don't get carried away by trendy because their traditional flavors are guaranteed. Quite trendy for such ice cream. 4.5/5

Yelp
I've been a fan of Salt & Straw since I tried it the first time. I love the funky, unconventional flavors and creamy, rich texture of the ice cream. I also love the vibe of the store and how friendly and engaged the workers are (most of the time). On this specific visit I came with a small group. We waited in line for probably 20 minutes. I ended up ordering the apple cider donut in a pumpkin spice waffle cone, a very seasonal and very tasty combination, to share with my boyfriend. What I like and really appreciate about S&S is when the workers are patient with letting people try a couple flavors, especially given how unique they can be. At the same time I think customers should try to be mindful of those in line behind them and not take 5 minutes to order per person. It's for that reason that the line for S&S gets ungodly long and slow and makes the experience kinda suck for lack of a better word. The ice cream and cone were really good, as expected. I think my only other gripes besides long, slow lines are that 1) you have to tell the cashier what you ordered, similar to Philz coffee, because the scoopers don't communicate with them normally. That means if you have a particularly large or complex order, there's the extra hurdle of making sure that big order is correct and you're not getting over/undercharged. 2) no water cups or free water. I get that they don't want to deal with that extra process or workflow, but I feel like it's just a common courtesy especially for us lactose intolerant ice cream enjoyers who want to take our non-chewable Lactaid :( Obviously I'll be back when the craving hits, but would love to see some improvements to the operations!

Yelp
Came in today after lunch with a Birthday friend. He never heard of Salt n Straw. He loved reading the flavors! He opted for Green Apple Wasibi sorbet. Apple is one of his favorite flavors (not fruit, only flavor!) We shared a small cup as we both were full from lunch. Apple flavor is definitely there but not much wasibi, probably the LITTLEST HINT. Tasted more like Apple Mexican sweet Chili flavor which we didn't mind at all. It was a good mixture and texture. There was 2 guys working. One was making waffle cones. The other who served us, didn't catch his name, he's extremely nice. Speaks very clear and loud. Which we loved. Very enthusiastic, called my friend Sir many times LoLs It's his first job he said, we think you're doing a great job! We'll be back later to try the limited flavors for my birthday.

Abida H.

Yelp
If you've been to Salt & Straw before, you know the drill. If not -- Try em all! And get a split scoop so you can have more than one flavor :) My favorites have to be the peanut butter brittle, salted malted cookie dough, and honey lavender. These February flavors are fantastic as well! If you're a dark chocolate and almond liquor fan, then go with the Dandelion cocoa nibs & frangipane. Im not a fan of chocolate ice cream but surprisingly even loved the Cloudforest's Cocoa Hazelnut Magic Sauce one! Can't really go wrong with this months options

Junior T.

Yelp
Definitely a place to try out. Great flavors Service was great The noise level was low because we went when there was no one else lol

Lexie P.

Yelp
Yummy ice cream for sure but a bit on the pricey side. Tonight, my bf and I got a pumpkin pie tiramisu pint for $12.96 since a single scoop already costs us about $6. Service was quick and friendly. Love their seasonal flavors and how many flavors they offer in general.

Bethany W.

Yelp
I love Salt & Straw, nothing against the ice cream. This 2-star review was purely for the service at this location. There were only young girls working here tonight, no one in particular looked like they were the main person of authority. Or else I would've said this in person. First, water was dripping from the ceiling and the sign/bucket wasn't in the right spot so people were getting dripped on. Second, the girls were handling the waffle cones with their hands! Straight up grabbing the cones with a whole hand off the waffle maker and cone former. And using their hands to grab them for customers. I always get a waffle cone here and didn't this time because of this. You'd think it would be common sense not to use your hands when you work in food service..... Overall, the manager needs to come in...and manage.

Connie N.

Yelp
Love how they have a limited edition menu to try from. This time around, they offered a Peach and White Chocolate Custard flavor and got it on a cone. It was a Sunday evening and wanted to stop by after we had lunch. Free parking and ice cream - good way to end the day!

Joseph M.

Yelp
I love Salt and Straw! I've been to their locations San Ramon, Sacramento, and SF and now the Burlingame location. I came here after finishing up a class for work to get a sweet treat and like always, they didn't disappoint. I got my favorite flavor, the chocolate gooey brownie in a waffle cone. Their ice cream is very creamy and the waffle cone smells really good. When I came here the line was very long but the line went by very fast. Their Burlingame location is located in a very lively street with a lot of things to do. Long story short, you can never go wrong with salt and straw!

Brianna T.

Yelp
I enjoy trying the series flavors whenever they change. This flavor is from the Flowers series. I love rhubarb and with the anise it gives it a nice little licorice/cinnamon taste!

Liann A.

Yelp
Salt & Straw is one of my favorite ice cream spots! When you're nearby it you can always smell the fresh waffle cones being made. You can also sample as many flavors as you want. I took my family that was visiting from Minnesota here for dessert. My nephew got a kids cone of the chocolate gooey brownie, my brother's fiance got snickerdoodle in a cup, and my brother got 2 vegan scoops -- one of the chocolate and the other of peanut butter. The 2 regular scoops are HUGE! I usually get a split scoop. Of course my nephew didn't finish his so I finished it and it was such a good amount. Service is great, there is some seating indoor and public areas to sit outdoor. Always love their ice cream!

Cathy C.

Yelp
Salt & Straw is a must if you're an ice cream lover (like myself) and love to try new flavors. The unique thing about all S&S' is that they have regional flavors as well... so something you may find here you won't find in Seattle. I've been to this particular location probably between 5-10 times over the years. One thing I've noticed is the temperature inside the shop: it's always stuffy. Obviously when there's a long line (there's ALWAYS a long line) and there are more people, there's more heat. However, I've always felt like this location's air just doesn't circulate that well. The second little "con" was that there was only one person helping customers on a weekend early afternoon, and the other person solely making cones. I've always been here with both workers helping customers, so needless to say the line got incredibly long. Not sure how their workflow is obviously, but I would imagine another employee working on a busy weekend would be helpful. I also wish their shop was bigger: there's only a couple of chairs for just one party to sit at inside. I suppose there are some benches outside, but it would've been nice with additional space/seats. One thing that I LOVE about S&S is their practice around allergens: they'll take out and warm a new pint, wash their hands thoroughly, and use a clean scoop so there isn't a chance of cross-contamination. Super super super grateful for this. As a young adult I never cared about this since I have no food allergies, but now that my little one does... I really appreciate it.

Robert G.

Yelp
Salt and straw never disappoints! I usually find something that I like, which is usually something from the seasonal menu. Being Burlingame Ave, parking is generally street parking. Even on a Sunday night, there was a bit of a line out the door. Probably waited 15 mins which isn't too bad. The store itself isn't too big inside; just enough space for a few groups at a time. The workers were super nice and accommodating to all the samples I wanted to try of the seasonal flavors. Being the closest location to me, I definitely will be coming back!

Debbie L.

Yelp
Such a unique choice in flavors. My brothers friend showed us this place and I would love to come back. They have flavors like honey lavender, blue cheese, lucky charms, etc. Highly recommend for a unique flavor selection

Lei F.

Yelp
Salt & Straw has very unique flavors. They have their classic flavors and limited flavors, which I'm always intrigued with. This location is located in downtown Burlingame with lots of different shops and restaurants. There wasn't a line when we came right before 5pm on a weekday. The staff was kind enough to allow us to try a couple of samples before we decided on Parker House Rolls "Salted Buttercream" and Salted, Malted, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. I would have enjoyed it more if the ice cream was colder because it did start melting pretty quickly.

Kristine C.

Yelp
Always love Salt & Straw. I do wish that they kept their coffee cashew flavor, as that was me and my mom's favorite flavor. Ths coffee with love nuts is still yummy though! This shop is bit on the pricer side for ice cream but you also have different flavor options and the ability to taste test flavors before commiting to your order! Service is pretty fast despite the line on hot days. Ambience, there is a restroom and seating areas inside and outside which is appreciated!

Audrey M.

Yelp
Across all Salt & Straw stores, they have never failed me so far. The ice cream is always very good, the staff is super friendly and patient, and the overall experience is fun. I try new ones each time with always a scoop of their vanilla flavor. Definitely check this one out! Tip: Ask for samples if you're unsure since some of them may sound weird but you'll be pleasantly surprised with some!

Dawn H.

Yelp
This is my first time trying this location. I brought a group of 5 coworkers who have never been and were lured in by the heavenly smell of fresh waffle cones. The service was great. The girl working was super friendly and more than willing to assist everyone in trying as many flavors as they needed to make a decision. This was my first time getting the honey lavender flavor and it was great! The perfect balance of not too sweet, not too florally but just right. Waffle cone was also great as always.

Katherine W.

Yelp
Ice cream is always good but service has not been positive. We had to go back twice because they gave us the wrong orders on the pint purchases. Lack of training, lack of management. Both incidents were online orders then pickup at the store. Check your pints before you leave to avoid making another trip for exchange.

Stephanie N.

Yelp
My son is allergic to peanut and egg so we got him the vanilla flavor. The only major allergen in that one is milk which he can tolerate. I love how the menu on their website listed all the ingredients and allergens for each flavor. The man behind the counter was also able to serve us by opening a new container (he went and grabbed one of the pint size ones so I didn't have to feel as bad for them having to open a giant one) and getting a new scooper to scoop out the ice cream. Great place!

Celia L.

Yelp
I usually have a good time coming here after dinner around the area, but today's experience had me quite baffled. Ice cream: great! tons of selection and unique flavor combinations, as well as limited flavors every once in a while. My go-to is Honey Lavender, give it a try if you like floral taste! Service: usually the staff are super friendly, but the blonde lady behind the counter today was less than friendly at best. Since they have the new (to me) brewer series, my partner and I wanted to give those a try. After very reluctantly giving us the 5 samples, my partner wanted to try one last flavor (in the last chance section) before we make a decision. She gave us a look and said she ran out of tasting spoon and "the Oat milk tastes like oat milk." The Asian lady next to her heard her and offered her some spoons, but she refused to use it on us. Sensing how much we were unwanted here, we made our selection and quickly went to pay (she couldn't bother ringing us up but another coworker stepped in to help). We did not say a word more than the flavors we wanted to try and our order, and the whole experience took less than five minutes. Not sure if she was having a super bad day but REALLY shouldn't take it out on your customer. If trying 5 flavors are too much, why do you have a sign on your wall, saying " WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TASTING IT ALL"? We both got waffle cones and half way through eating, we realized the napkins it was wrapped with is STUCK on the cone. I tried tearing as much of the napkin off the cone as possible, but one layer was impossible to peel. We ended up throwing half on the cone away. What a bummer to such fantastic ice cream.

Carmen L.

Yelp
One of my favorite ice creamery with unique seasonal flavors. My family usually stops by for a scoop whenever we're in Burlingame. Their serving sizes are pretty big.

Hannah W.

Yelp
We saw Salt & Straw was right around the corner from Rasa, where we had dinner, and decided to get dessert here! It was halloween time so we got to try some spooky flavors! Ice cream was super creamy and delicious.

Janice A.

Yelp
This place is good if you want to try unique ice cream flavors. They're staff are great and will let you pretty much try all the flavors if you ask. They have the cutest little try spoons. They also have pup ice creams that my dogs love. Inside is a bit small since they tend to get a long line. They have a bathroom that's accessible and open for their customers. Love the smell of fresh waffle cones. There's street parking with meters right on Burlingame Ave and plenty of parking lots behind the buildings.

Keisha R.

Yelp
Salt and straw offers a tantalizing experience for your taste buds. Their offerings are not your typical for ice cream but are thoughtfully and artistically curated to complement each flavor. Hubby and I were there for a date night, the line was slightly intimidating but added to the excitement of what was to come. When we arrived at the counter, we were warmly greeted and encouraged to sample the menu so our final selections were just want we wanted. We live in the East Bay and are looking forward to rounding up our tribe of 7 and introducing them to Salt & Straw.

Allison H.

Yelp
I came here for dessert with my friends after dinner. The line was long but it didn't take too long. The staff were patient and efficient. They had a lot of unique, interesting flavors but I decided to go with the classic Sea Salt w/ Caramel Ribbons. It was creamy and smooth. It was perfect for satisfying my dessert craving.

Emily L.

Yelp
Not sure what the appeal is for salt and straw but I got my butt in line and waited. This is my second time here and I still do not understand the hype. I've tried multiple flavors and it just isn't it for me, but hey, more for others!

Nichole B.

Yelp
The fresh made waffles are amazing. Yes there is always a line but for good reason. The seasonal flavors are always fantastic. I enjoy how eccentric they can get (sample the pear and blue cheese I swear it's delicious) when it is not packed with a million people the place is pretty cute and inviting. Thank you Thank you Thank you for offering vegan flavors that are ACTUALLY enjoyable and exciting instead of just vanilla or sorbet.

Isabelle T.

Yelp
My favorite place for ice cream! The monthly flavors are so fun to try and the service at this location is typically pretty solid.

Selena S.

Yelp
Great spot for a late night craving!! The line is usually out the door. They have all sorts of wonky flavors, but also (thankfully) have some classics. I got the cookie dough and it was fine. Though this place is pretty popular, I personally don't find it to be anything special. Not bad, but not incredible. I do appreciate the 0.50 cent split scoop which my boyfriend got. It wasn't just one scoop split with two flavors, it was practically two full sized scoops for 50 cents more. (pro tip, get that!)

Yelp
Had a split scoop of the chocolate and love nuts and the chocolate gooey brownie in a waffle cone. The waffle cone is a must. Perfect amount of sweetness, thick, and held up with the ice cream. The love nuts were chocolate covered pecans, which I don't normally like, but these were almost candied tasting. The ice cream was really good. Similar to a jamoca almond ice cream. The gooey brownie was very chocolatey and the brownie pieces didn't taste fake. Overall it was great! I'll be back for more!

Yelp
We stopped by here on our way back home from SFO and I was pleasantly surprised with Burlingame's downtown & their Salt & Straw shop! We were there around 9:30 pm on a Wednesday and there were other guests but enough employees that the line moved quickly. The inside was clean and the ice cream was delicious! We tried a few different flavors each before settling on the flavors we chose - I love that Salt & Straw has such unique flavors you can't find anywhere else. It's definitely not cheap but a good "treat yourself" type of place :)

Yelp
Five of us ordered all different flavors and we all loved our choices - so much so that I was immediately eating my ice cream and forgot to get any photos. I chose honey lavender. Staff were efficient and friendly. I love that reusable spoons are used to give samples! First place I've ever encountered that. I also love the option that for 50 cents more, you can get two "half" scoops but they're still pretty big. The staff were friendly and efficient. Good think I don't live nearby because it would be a very tempting to go all the time!

Yelp
I don't know what they did to their flavors. Whoever comes up with flavor/combo here really knows. Brought kiddos here a few times and this has now become part of our life. Their limited edition flavors are pretty darn good. Tried their rocky road earlier and it was sooo good. Came back today and they are now off the menu (sad face). We tried the vegan chocolate flavor which works well for my older one. The gooey brownie flavor is pretty good. Their play on texture is always spot on. Waffle cone here is good. Interior decor is pretty cool and updated. Staff are friendly. They often get very busy. Their location is also very awesome, right next to Apple Store and ample of parking choices around.
