Salt & Straw

We stopped by just to grab a quick ice cream, but ended up fully swept up by the magic of this place. The moment you walk in, the smell of fresh waffle cones and that warm, cozy vibe just hit you right in the heart. We picked two cones, stepped outside, and literally stood there smiling like kids. The flavors here are on another level — rich, creative, and made with so much soul that you feel it immediately. Friendly team, great energy, and a place that somehow makes an ordinary moment feel special. Absolutely five stars

I’ve done tons of ice cream reviews. I’ve been waiting to try Salt and Straw. It did not disappoint. I had the strawberry balsamic scoop. I can’t describe how delicious it was—completely balanced. The kids also loved their scoops.

Great ice cream from Salt and Straw. Many unique flavors and you get to try as many as you want. The staff are very nice and helpful to pass out all the samples. It’s one way in one way out set up. You move along to get try outs and order. Pay at the end for your purchase. No seating. People just eat and walk in Disney Springs. The ice creams are creamy and fresh. Absolutely a delight for a snack after a heavy meal.

Delicious ice cream flavors! Almost no wait, and they are very creative having crickets in them and flavors I've never heard before. All absolutely delicious. Will recommend if you want a sweet treat.

Unique flavors of Ice creams. My grown kids love this place so we go every time at Disney springs location. Staff are very friendly and you can sample as many flavors you want. We love classic flavors but try a scoop of limited edition flavors. Fun ice cream place to visit in Disney Spring.

Came into Salt & Straw on a hot and sunny day. The flavor combinations are amazing! My favorite was the Salted, Malted cookie dough and the Strawberry and black pepper ice cream. Dai was one of the employees helping my friends and I. She was the sweetest and so patient. She explained the flavor combinations and was friendly. We really appreciated her help. Everyone enjoyed their ice cream. I didn’t realize there were several locations and can’t wait to go back!

The flavors at Salt & Straw are spectacular. I love that you can have one scoop with two flavors (split). This time I chose a cup with two flavors: one scoop of Cinnamon Snickerdoodle and another split between Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbon & Cookie Dough. Excellent combination.

You can feel the dedication and even taste their specialty series before you make your pick. But be careful because it’s so hard to choose one.
