truly a 5-star experience. As a salted caramel lover, I have to say I absolutely loved how well-balanced and flavorful the ice creams were. The salted caramel flavors really stood out without being overwhelming. Everything tasted high quality and thoughtfully made. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We stopped by just to grab a quick ice cream, but ended up fully swept up by the magic of this place. The moment you walk in, the smell of fresh waffle cones and that warm, cozy vibe just hit you right in the heart. We picked two cones, stepped outside, and literally stood there smiling like kids. The flavors here are on another level — rich, creative, and made with so much soul that you feel it immediately. Friendly team, great energy, and a place that somehow makes an ordinary moment feel special. Absolutely five stars

I’ve done tons of ice cream reviews. I’ve been waiting to try Salt and Straw. It did not disappoint. I had the strawberry balsamic scoop. I can’t describe how delicious it was—completely balanced. The kids also loved their scoops.

I love getting to try this Salt & Straw, whenever I visit Disney springs. They offer such a unique selection of flavors that you really have to experience for yourself. The seasonal flavors are definitely worth trying if you catch them. The servers take their time with you, so there’s no need to feel rushed—or you can order online if you already know what you want. Be sure to park in the Orange Garage for easier access, because the walk can be a bit long.

Great ice cream from Salt and Straw. Many unique flavors and you get to try as many as you want. The staff are very nice and helpful to pass out all the samples. It’s one way in one way out set up. You move along to get try outs and order. Pay at the end for your purchase. No seating. People just eat and walk in Disney Springs. The ice creams are creamy and fresh. Absolutely a delight for a snack after a heavy meal.

Delicious ice cream flavors! Almost no wait, and they are very creative having crickets in them and flavors I've never heard before. All absolutely delicious. Will recommend if you want a sweet treat.

Came into Salt & Straw on a hot and sunny day. The flavor combinations are amazing! My favorite was the Salted, Malted cookie dough and the Strawberry and black pepper ice cream. Dai was one of the employees helping my friends and I. She was the sweetest and so patient. She explained the flavor combinations and was friendly. We really appreciated her help. Everyone enjoyed their ice cream. I didn’t realize there were several locations and can’t wait to go back!

Staff were friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the variety of flavors. However, at $7.95 a scoop, the ice cream was somewhat overpriced for the quality. I found it overly sweet and not as flavorful as I'd expected.
