Salt District Italian Seattle

Our server Dakota was fabulous! Great service. I think we came in when they were just opening for dinner the evening we went. Great views of the water watching ferry boats pass by during the sunset. Food was okay. I had the Campanella which I really enjoyed. Very flavorful. We also got the steamed clams which was a smaller portion than we expected to get. Lots of sauce and not many clams. My boyfriend got the porkchop which was super fatty. The Brussels sprouts that came with his dish were also super soggy. The Witch on the Water cocktail was refreshingly delicious. Not sure I would come back here regularly, but great for a date night. Again, enjoyed the exceptional service, but the food was mediocre.

What a refreshing selection of Italian dishes located at one of our family’s favorite piers in Seattle. Service was world class, while everything we tasted didn’t leave you desiring for anything different than what the chef decided to create. Atmosphere was perfect. Location was unbelievably clean and the entire restaurant has this perfect decor, a sense of some wharf accents while including a city feel mixed together. I also enjoyed seeing all the photos displayed to tell a story of what “Salt District” meant, which I had no prior knowledge of before coming in. The additional bonus, was the amazing view across the water. As we were there later in the afternoon, the combination of the hills with the water made our dinner experience here even more magical. I’m so happy we gave this place a try, since now we will definitely be coming back here when visiting Seattle.

It's a Shania Twain day!! Concert day! Stopped at this place today at the patio beautiful sunny day, great, GREAT FOOD, great staff, great atmosphere! You will not be disappointed with this place! I Highly recommend coming here and trying it out and when possible, patio seating. Most definitely a favorite spot now and will be coming back. Pics: bone marrow, meat balls, salmon bruschetta, clams, and we also got the kale Cesar salad.

So glad we ended up here. The view is spectacular, the service is excellent, and the food is phenomenal. The witch on the water cocktail was strong and unique, the lamb was tender and cooked to perfection. Everything we had was delicious and the atmosphere was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

This place is a great vibe with gorgeous views of the water. The drinks were delicious and the appetizers were perfect. I’ve been here a couple times and the service is always great. They even turned the coug game on the TV for us :)

Kevin was the best waiter ever. He looked after all our wishes. This restaurant is awesome with the an incredible wine menu and if your doing happy hour it’s to to die for. The happy hour red is a Barberra that is really delicious. The menu is awesome as well.

I came here with my coworkers after a team building exercise. Dinner was exquisite, service was amazing, and getting to watch the ferries dock and launch at sunset was just lovely. I wouldn't say ordering the prawn spaghetti was a bad choice, but after I got a taste of a coworker's meal, I wish I'd ordered the Filet mignon. The ideal meal is a Bayside Bellini (or two), Steamed clams, and the Filet Mignon Marsala Medallions, with Tiramisu for dessert I have been recommending this place to friends and family and will be coming back to it myself from time to time
