"Landry’s own Saltgrass Steak House restaurant opens at Downtown’s Golden Nugget tonight at 4 p.m. The 6,180-square-foot addition to the chain’s more than 80 locations serves chicken, seafood, char-grilled beef, and 10-hour slow roasted prime rib. The restaurant expanded to the Golden Nugget Laughlin back in 2010. Saltgrass partially debuted back in June with only the lounge area open. Now diners can see the entire restaurant. The menu features certified Angus beef, char-grilled on an open flame, seasoned with Saltgrass 7-steak spice, and topped with garlic butter. Highlighted dishes include barbecue baby back ribs, country fried steak, and chicken Laredo with marinated chicken breast topped with pepper jack cheese, avocado, grilled onions, tomatoes, and poblano peppers. The dining area features bar-top games, high tops, and regular seating, as well as 23 televisions for all the sports." - Susan Stapleton

"Yet to be revealed by the Golden Nugget, Landry’s own Saltgrass Steak House restaurant is also on the way, a 6,180-square-foot addition to the chain’s more than 80 locations, serving chicken, seafood, char-grilled beef, and 10-hour, slow roasted prime rib. The restaurant expanded to the Golden Nugget Laughlin back in 2010. Ate there twice while staying at Golden Nugget. Had salad topped with grilled chicken and salmon salad. Portions were large and tasty. Second time we had the filet with loaded baked potato. All wonderful. The table we were at was around the edge with slot machines right below us. It was noisy but that's to be expected I guess when in a casino. They had a larger seating area elsewhere but that was very larger parties only. We didn't mind as we wanted to watch the football ball game and they had tvs where we were at. If you don't expect a nice quiet meal and realize it's a casino environment it's fine.

Fun place to eat in Vegas at a great price for the food you get. Friend had the steak salad. Huge beautiful piece of steak on top of a great salad. Salad had the flavors of the southwest. I had the chicken fried chicken. Absolutely delicious! The chicken steak and gravy were top notch in appearance and taste. The side of mashed potatoes was what you wish your mom had put on the table. Def recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Located inside the Golden Nugget. Good bang for your buck if you want steak! Mo was an excellent server. We got the 8 oz sirloin, Mac n cheese, and potato- it was all very good. There’s a smaller section where you have a few of the fish tank at the Golden Nugget as well.

The food was good. The chicken fried steak was hot and crunchy. The steak part was tender enough. The loaded baked potato was nice and fluffy but it could've used some more cheese. The broccoli with cheese was a soupy mess. They keep the original butter on it and an add cheese sauce so it's runny like a watery soup. Edible but messy. Average house salad. It took our server a while to come out but she was friendly. The asparagus came out lukewarm but we didn't complain. The double cut Pork chop was juicy and tender. Very delicious. We sat in the extra seating area in front of the pool. Enjoyed the different and open view. Nice location and close to the restrooms and slot machines. A little bit expensive for this restaurant so you're paying for the Las Vegas glitz. Our meal was $75 and we only had water to drink.

I hate to leave a bad review, but our meals were probably the most disappointing dinner I have had in my entire life. We had eaten at another Saltgrass location just before Covid hit. I've been thinking about returning since then. Our Colorado meal was one of the best ever. On that occasion my partner mentioned I must be exhausted after our long drive because I closed my eyes. That wasn't the case. I was enjoying one of the best steaks I ever tasted. Unfortunately this meal was equal to a Sizzler meal. The ribeye had a large hunk of gristle and a couple of other pieces were very stringy. The baked potato tasted like an old shoe. The decor was interesting. The service was the oddest I've ever encountered. Sometimes very friendly and with two major screw ups during the meal and no apology it was one of weirdest meals I've had. I would hope our experience was an outlier, but it has totally turned me off of the entire Landry chain.

Enjoyed the entree grilled chicken and baked potato at Saltgrass Steakhouse while visiting downtown Las Vegas on Fremont Street inside the Golden Nugget Casino and resort. The staff was friendly and great service. Love the fresh bread and salad. I would recommend restaurant.

Google
We had a nice dinner here off Fremont Street. We sat down in a nice atmosphere. The food was delicious and not bad prices. We had a very nice server, and all of the staff were happy and welcoming.

So first time here and it was horrific. I was told to park my scooter in the corner, then a manger came up and said he has to move it. Because they were seating the table next to it. It’s 430 and it’s not busy at all but we moved the scooter away from me. Then another manager came over and asked f everything was ok. I said no it’s not. So she,Renee started finding me a hard time. So now my scooter is too far ways for me to walk to and I can’t even leave because they won’t bring it to me. Here are the pics of the restaurant and the manager.

Yelp
The Saltgrass Steakhouse situated on Fremont Street in Las Vegas. I decided to take my mother for a nice steak, dinner after the many failed buffets in big name casinos. We both opted for a nice sized filet mignon, mine with loaded, baked potato and hers with mashed potatoes. We both also had a side salad with Italian dressing. My mother state came out perfectly rare like she loves it, but mine came out even more rare than hers and I ordered medium well with slight pink center. My baked potato was nice and soft and buttery, but her mashed potatoes were a bit dry. My side salad was a bit disappointing due to the fact it was from a bag of pre-mixed salad and I think a nice expensive steakhouse should take the time to cut up fresh salad with a few cherry tomatoes and dressing. Their salad reminded me of a salad safe from, Chili's or Applebee's. I also feel like the service could've been a bit friendlier, but it seemed forced and as if I was taking up too much of his time. When first seeded, they wanted to put us in a dark corner in the bar area and the restaurant was not very busy at that time of day at all, so I asked to be moved and they saddest next to the window that overlook the casino pool. Being that there were quite a few people out there it was not necessarily the best place to sit while eating due to the fact you would have people outside the window bending over to put shoes on or towel off and you didn't have the most pleasant view, you get me? Overall, it was nice to sit down in a not too overly crowded restaurant and have kind of a quiet meal without the hustle and bustle of a buffet or the busy end of Las Vegas. I would eat here again, but I think I would opt for a big juicy hamburger and some fries or something .

Yelp
We went to Saltgrass tonight hoping for a great experience. Sadly, we didn't get that. Our server Shawn F. was rushed, and curt throughout the ordering process. I'll keep this review down to a minimum because I could expound and be very detailed on how this server failed us, but I think you get the gist of it. At the end I presented him with our Landry's card and credit card for payment. he rushed off as I was about to explain that I had a $25.00 credit on my Landrys account. He returns the bill and leaves. I check it and the credit was not taken. When I call him over he says I had no credit. I was stunned! He insisted I didn't have credit and leaves. As I'm discussing it with my friend, he returns and asks for the Landry's card again. He then returns with a corrected bill. I commented "Oh, so I did have a credit". The server that was assisting him came by and tells me he didn't run the Landry's card. That made me more angry. He didn't return to apologize or comment anything. I checked my bank account and the higher payment went through but not the payment reflecting the credit. A manager came by with the second server and assured me the credit will show within 24 to 48 hours. Now about the food; mine and my friends steaks were excellent. I asked for my baked potatoe fixings to come on the side but no fixings came except bacon crumbles, which I did not order. The runner promptly brought me the fixings. Our husbands ordered steak salad and both said the steak was cold. The atmosphere is loud. We won't be back!

Yelp
If I could give 0 starts I WOULD! HORRIBLE SERVICE! The woman manager working 12/30/24 at around 6pm, is disgusting. Disrespecting customers. There steak SUCKS! Chewy, and couldn't even eat it. Do yourself a favor, and don't go.

Yelp
Salt grass steak house is a great place to go it's got a array of entrees from burgers to steaks my steak was season great and delicious and the fried shrimp were tasty the Cesar salad is delicious the waitress was very attentive overall would definetly stop by this steakhouse again.

Eric H.

Yelp
Saltgrass was inside of the Golden Nugget where we were staying and it was putting out some amazing smells so we finally ate there. I'm glad we did because they were putting out some good quality food with decent prices. The steaks were just as good as those high priced places, I had Pats ribeye both time I ate there and it was perfect each time!! Stay at the Nugget in Downtown Vegas and eat at the Salt Grass at least once a!!

Yelp
We had to come back before heading back home, I ordered the same thing , 9 ounce smothered filet and it was amazing. My husband ordered the Cheeseburger with mushrooms and bleu cheese, he loved it ! My sister ordered the porterhouse steak with mac n cheese, she said it was delicious especially the mac n cheese. Chris was our server and he did an amazing job !

Will M.

Yelp
Casual steakhouse with a western vibe in a casino in the freemont area. Sat at the bar and had fast and attentive service. Meats had alot of flavor and the dressings held their ground.

Julie N.

Yelp
We're here for a convention and we wanted to have dinner with our friends. They chose this place since we wanted to go to downtown and were looking for a steak place. Our server Tony was Great! For appetizer our server suggested the fried mushroom which was surprisingly really good. I got the red fish with shrimp & rice. It was really tasty and filling. My husband had the 16 oz steak with baked potato. Our experience here was really good and we will recommend and be back when we are back in Downtown.

Tyler G.

Yelp
Saltgrass is located inside a casino, so the ambiance... well, it's not exactly intimate. But the food? Absolutely delicious! The bread alone is a winner--top two, and definitely not number two. Overall, it's a solid meal that more than makes up for the setting. Definitely worth a visit for the food lovers!

Yelp
I have decided to order my lunch to go. Hostess directed me to the bar and the bartender took the order. Then I was waiting, sitting by the side of the bar, at a small table. My Steak Salad was very good! Although, one of the blue cheese dressing containers was not securely sealed and the dressing covered the entire bag inside ... That was super irritating because in the bag there wasn't any extra napkins besides the single one what was included with the utensils. They charge $2.60 extra for to go! Anyway, I enjoyed the delicious salad, the steak was really good too. The restaurant was very busy during late lunch hours due to numerous sporting events televised and people were watching it during lunchtime. Bartender took care of me kindly to make sure I didn't wait too long! I truly appreciate her hospitality! Thank you!

Yelp
Came to Fremont street while in Vegas for cheap prime rib. Steak salad normally comes with top sirloin (I subbed salmon), romaine, red potatoes, egg, green beans, black olive, onions, tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, and balsamic dressing. I was in a salmon mood, and was going to order the salmon Cesar, when the bartender suggested I just get salmon on the steak salad. So I took the suggestion and was glad I did. The salmon was cooked perfect and ALL the ingredients were fresh. Bonus: the green beans are fried but not breaded, just crunchy on the outside, delicious little beans. For $24 I felt it was worth it. This is a semi nice place (ie: they give you a bread basket before you order) , but it's also casual enough that the bar has an open air view of the street for people watching.

Larae S.

Yelp
My son raves about this place when he goes to Laughlin. We didn't know there was one in Vegas and he insisted we go! It was good, I have no complaints. However it wasn't WOWWW! Our waiter was awesome and the service was fast! Don't forget to get validated parking or that will cost you 25$. Food is pricy for the quality but to be expected with the economy

Nicole P.

Yelp
This place is a MUST TRY steakhouse. The service was exemplary. We got the shrimp stuffed jalapeño for appetizers and then the ribeye plus smoked Mac & cheese. Holy deliciousness. I absolutely loved the ambiance and country vibe. The wait staff was wonderful. Make reservations or get there right when they open. - this place gets packed fast!

Isabel S.

Yelp
I usually don't eat at Fremont when I visit Vegas but I'm so glad I did ! We had barely any wait and was quickly seated by a friendly host and then the waitress was very sweet, helpful and efficient. Food was amazing - ribs with lots of meat, delicious sauce. Steak was perfectly cooked medium as requested and the side of green beans and mushrooms were the best I've had. Complimentary bread is rare and it's fresh and piping hot here with butter on top of a board. Definitely coming back !

Armida S.

Yelp
Grabbed lunch here on a recent trip We were sat in an atrium area where the heat was a little too much on a 112 degree weather day The service was super slow and my double bone in pork chop was over cooked and dry Husbands 12 shrimp cocktail was better tasting However not worth the $67 we paid will not go back

Brenda G.

Yelp
Service was spot on. Tyler was a very attentive and friendly server. His knowledge of the cuts of steak was impeccable! The surroundings and decor was very comfortable and you just feel so relaxed!! Great overall experience!!

Norm S.

Yelp
Really good food for the price, great service and a very nice atmosphere! I will be back .

Alma Z.

Yelp
Can't say for the restaurant. We only stopped by the bar. And had a cocktail. But this 5 starts are for our bartender Ferdinand. Very attentive and cocktails were super!! I personally had Coronita (first time in my life), and it was yummy!! Recommend to anyone who wants to get lightly buzzed, and taste something good!

Amanda D.

Yelp
Pretty pricey for Texas Roadhouse equivalent food and service. It was a somewhat nice ambiance and welcome break from the Fremont chaos, but I wouldn't go again.

Veleda E.

Yelp
We go to the Saltgrass all the time and get the same thing every time. Ribs and grilled shrimp. Today was the worst the service and the food has been. We waited for quite some time and started seeing people that got there after us getting there food so finally we asked and then comes the food cold and the order was wrong. I told the server/bartender and he responded, well, do you want me to get them to remake it and I said yes as long as it won't be another hour and he said well I don't know how busy the kitchen is. I said well it should be put as priority since we already have waited and our order was wrong. He said I'll have to talk to our manager, so we wait again. The manager said I'll be back out in minutes with your order and yes it was quite a few minutes and he was back. The food was marginal compared to many other times. Usually the food is so good that I'm ready to go back right away, but this time the food has left me feeling sick and my boyfriend didn't even finish his because it wasn't very good. Not sure what has happened to them. Not sure if we'll go back.

Myles P.

Yelp
So this was the second time I stayed at the golden nugget and I always passed by this restaurant when I would go to the casino. So I had some time to finally try this place and it was great. The food was amazing, service was as great and I like the ambience of the place. I had a New York strip steak fully loaded with a baked potato and it was delicious! The flavor, char, and additional sautéed mushrooms & butter were outstanding. I definitely would come back to this place.

C J.

Yelp
Service was very slowwwwww. The filet mignon that I ordered was not a usual filet but some other type of piece of beef. So many more steak houses that are far better. Go to them before you go here.

Alma M.

Yelp
This place would not accommodate a party of 11 because we miscounted by one person we were drinking and having a good time until they said we needed to wait an extra 35 minutes and the restaurant was empty the manager was very rude and we were not satisfied

Sami G.

Yelp
Made a stop here for breakfast before I hit the pool for the day. Fun atmosphere and friendly staff. Lots of televisions for sports watching. Very clean. Ordered the steak and eggs. Have it 4 instead of 5 stars because the eggs were very undercooked (hard to see on the pic but I ordered them medium and they had runny whites) and the toast was cold. The steak had a great flavor and I love that they added red peppers to the breakfast potatoes. Ann was a great server and very attentive! I recommend a visit here!

Lorri P.

Yelp
Early birthday celebration with my dear friend and this was my first time here. Our server was amazing! Top notch service indeed! The restaurant was great, nice set up and a great vibe. I meant to ask about HH, I have to go back and check out the bar area. We had a SO MUCH FOOD! We had the pineapple margaritas! Yummy!!! Get a sugar rim though :) they were nice! We started with the Rangler appetizer and it was yummy! The jalapeños had a kick! Loved the onion rings too. I ordered strip steak with grilled shrimp. I also had a delicious Caesar salad. My side was max n cheese. I will say everything was delicious except for the man n cheese:( I was bummed about that. It was dry and no flavor. My friend ordered blackened salmon with baked sweet potato and a house salad. She loved everything and I loved trying her sweet potato, yummy! We had to celebrate my birthday so I had a slice of yummy carrot cake! It was delicious! Overall, a great experience and I'm looking forward to my leftovers for lunch!

Candace B.

Yelp
We have been here many times and they never failed to disappoint Taya was our server multiple times. Love her ask for her she is terrific. Definitely get the fish very very good

Kara K.

Yelp
So bomb!!!!!! We've been going to golden for years and we'd never eaten here ever until this trip and let me tell you soooo GOOOOD!!! lots of food that beer batter dipped jalapeño thing OMG so good! And the dammmm BBQ RIBS to die for, steak salad so good and drinks were bomb too! Everything just go you won't regret!! Totally forgot our servers name but he was awesome!!!! Thank you saltgrass we'll be back forsure mahalo from Hawaii!!!!

Kerry H.

Yelp
Ambiance and service is excellent in their Little niche inside Golden Nugget Casino on Fremont Street in Las Vegas. Wide variety on the menu from vegan items, steaks, seafood and alcoholic drinks. I had the country fried steak which was tender smothered under a tasty gravy. She had a grilled salmon salad. She said it was the best thing she ate all weekend. Definitely a good place to have a quiet sit down dinner on the Fremont Street Experience.

Chiqui A.

Yelp
The foods were good! It was not that busy so we requested for a shark view seating but the pool not open so it was not as a nice view but we get to see the sharks. Parking you have to pay but make sure to mention to your server so they can validate the ticket.

Carl S.

Yelp
Sat at the bar and had the steak salad. Steak was juicy and tender and just the right amount of greens. There are small potatoes in the salad along with green beans. The service is friendly and welcoming

Mike M.

Yelp
We had an enjoyable early lunch at this wonderful restaurant situated just an elevation above the casino floor , near the craps table and slots. I have to mention that the table and bar service that you will find here is fantastic. First, I want to thank Kellen for the spectacular customer service that he provided us at our first visit to this fun and relaxed restaurant. I was so happy with the food, drink, and beverage service at the Saltgrass Steak House, I returned the next day for more. On my second visit, Bianca welcomed me to one of her high-tops near the bar, and showered me with a beautiful warm smile and welcome. Both Kellen and Bianca are superior at what they know- Super Customer Service. I was not too hungry on my second visit; so I decided to order their onion strips. They have a unique delicious flavor. Not as greasy as onion rings, but tastes even better. However, my dining companion, who was quite hungry, savored his medium -rare steak and fully loaded potato. He said his steak was very good. Great job again to both Kellen and Bianca for the excellent service! The Saltgrass Steak House located right inside the Nugget really impressed us. I will be eating here again when I return to Downtown.

Jesus V.

Yelp
Located inside the Golden Nugget. Service is swift. Ambiance is non-sober, smoke smelling. Bread and Buddah was bomb.

Stefany V.

Yelp
I don't typically pick chain restaurants for special occasions but there's something to be said for knowing what to expect. Plus, we were with traveling family who are more particular about their food. So we ended up here. Huge shout out to the hostesses and server for handling my older family members - they made a reservation but for the wrong number of people, and it was still honored, with a good attitude. The food was fair - if you've been to a Saltgrass, you know what to expect. The menu is a bit limited at this location because they do not have a smoker in the kitchen for their brisket specials. I have ordered the Laredo Chicken several times (at other locations) and it was comparable here. My husband's chicken fried steak was visually impressive (nearly as big as the plate itself), but lacked flavor. But everything seemed fresh and arrived hot. It's not the first place I'd suggest but hidden inside the Golden Nugget, you may have better luck getting a last minute table or reservation here over other places. Bar seating is available for couples or single diners. Great prices here make it a good value - especially for the area.

Jet C.

Yelp
Underwhelming. From the food to the ambience, everything seemed good on paper and unfortunately it under delivered. It's like a once great dining experience that lost its shine over the years. The food wasn't bad; there isn't a specific dish or component of that was bad. The lobster topping a measly tablespoon of some cream and bits of seafood that did nothing for the steak. Also the service wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. When he had informed the server it was for birthday dinner, nothing was noted or acknowledged (not that I expected something special for the occasion but maybe at least a greeting?). All in all if you're looking a meal then you'll be fed but if you're looking a dining experience then best prepared to be underwhelmed.

Karen W.

Yelp
Same friends are in town..So we came to Saltgrass again. Except it hit different this time waitress was great. We order the breakfast for 18.99.. it was OK actually it was not OK. The Cowboy potatoes were almost like cut off fries, hard greasy... the last time we had real "Cowboy potatoes" they were greasy, food was cold but I'll still come back. We did talk to the manager...the end. My first experience here was amazing. Let me to say that that was at least three months ago four months ago maybe. I will still give them another chance because I love the atmosphere.

Leah A.

Yelp
This place was really bad. It was similar (but worse) to a Applebees. My bf and I shared a steak meal, got mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese on the side. We were glad we shared so we didn't waste more of our money. The filet was overcooked, we asked for medium rare. The Mac and cheese was super dry. I took a pic of the bottom to show that there were barely any drippings/sauce from the Mac and cheese. If the bottom of the pan is clean, you know there's no sauce and the noodles were dry with no flavor. The mash potatoes were really good, but who can't put out a good garlic mash potato ? I've never had such a bad steak at a steakhouse. I'm not sure why this place was packed. We swirled everything in the mash potatoes to make it edible. Service was super nice so I gave the place 2 stars

Emily T.

Yelp
Aaaaamazing steaks great and quick service all staff so friendly highly recommend this place you won't be disappointed

Alicia L.

Yelp
Food was great! Perfectly seasoned and cooked steaks, delicious sides/salads and super great staff! We had such a great experience here in June and we came back again last week. Will definitely see us again when we are in town.

John O.

Yelp
Food was good service was excellent and everyone was busy working and wanting to help. However, internal politics and conflicts between chefs and waiters will not make me come back. Heard somewhere was a worker that would drop the chicken and put it back on the plate and over a month ago, during poker week, an elderly customer defecated on the floor and instead of telling staff, he smeared it alongside the floor and the staff did not do a good job cleaning so the smell was there.Yeah, won't be coming back. Sucks when the company pressures employees and lowers their standards.

Jim B.

Yelp
Great place to eat. Stuffed mushrooms were great and a lot of them. Bbq ribs and mashed potatoes were well prepared and great service

Ericka N.

Yelp
Very nice experience. Service was good, a little slow on receiving our food but over all good experience. The food was great and waiter was extremely helpful with suggestions and had a great personality. I'd go again

Odalis G.

Yelp
Very friendly and welcoming. The food was cooked very well, and I can't complain. There is plenty of space for sitting and a nice bar area. You can see the cooks behind the glass getting their cook on. Very professional and great atmosphere. Don't really have to be dressed. I went in with regular t-shirt and jogging pants. Our waiter Ricardo was awesome and had a very pleasant smile.

Ashley B.

Yelp
Salt Grass Steakhouse at Golden Nugget Hotel is semi casual dining vibe. Despite being near the pool and the heavy traffic of guests passing by, it's surprisingly mellow. The Fried Mushrooms and Shrimp Cocktail starters are on point. For drinks, I ordered a Boulevardier and let me tell you it was so good, I almost gave it 5/5 by itself lol. For entrees I ordered the Cajun Ribeye with Shrimp and Crawfish with a side of Mash Potatoes. One word, Mouthwatering. If I didn't have such a small appetite, I would have devoured it! I also got to try out the other foods at the table and the only thing I'd recommend is adjusting the Smoked Mac N Cheese. I felt like there was not enough cheese and lacked the "smoked" taste to it. Our server, Taylor, was cool and attentive. Oh, and he remembered it was a birthday celebration, offering to put a candle in our dessert without us even asking. Definitely a go-to spot for Downtown Vegas visitors or locals wanting a good meal before a night out.

lynda t.

Yelp
My first time at a Saltgrass Steakhouse. They serve what looks like a hamburger bun for bread with soup. Small portions, and it's just okay. Equal to Texas Roadhouse. Service was fine.

Vanessa M.

Yelp
This restaurant is inside Golden Nugget. I would make reservations because it's a busy restaurant because the food is outstanding... OMGG delicious and freshly made. The staff is friendly. Great menu choices for the different taste palette. I love fish so I ordered the Red Fish ... DELICIOUS I'm very happy I did. The flavor was MMM MMM YUMMY. My husband ordered the Porterhouse steak he sucked the bone it was SOO YUMMY! LOL LOL... when you are in Vegas please treat yourself to a finger licking bone sucking meal. LOL I didn't get photos of Porterhouse.

Van They L.

Yelp
Jesse ( i hope I am spelling your name correctly and so sorry if I am not) the executive chef, made sure I had a steak that was cooked away from my allergens and that steak was delicious! It was a moist and tender piece, melting in my mouth with each bite and creamy mashed potatoes with a perfect garlic balance. Thank you so much for keeping me safe and for such an excellent and flavorful meal.

Yadira C.

Yelp
The best steak I've ever had. We sat at the bar and Juanito the bartender was very nice and helpful with a great attitude. He offered the bread with butter which was amazingly good. The Bone-in ribeye was delicious with mash potatoes. Everything has the best seasoning. We also ordered the chicken salad and it was fresh and flavorful too. We will coming back next time we go to Las Vegas

R T.

Yelp
Service was good And very friendly. The taste of the food for the price was not a match. Mac N cheese was disappointing so stay away. Salmon was good and steak was plain

Bree H.

Yelp
This place was AMAZING. After a long day of working, hubby & I hit Fremont Street & all we wanted was a good steak. We hit up 2 or 3 places and were out of luck without a reservation. We found Salt Grass and were seated right away. The food was SO GOOD! We started with a Shiner Bock on draft, my new favorite beer! For an appetizer we got spinach & artichoke dip & they provided the most delicious complimentary bread. We both ordered a rib eye, mushrooms on the side. I got the garlic green beans. SO GOOD! My husband got a loaded baked potato, also delicious. Definitely a delicious and hearty meal! Service was impeccable! I enjoyed every minute of this visit! Highly recommend!
