Office manager is highly discriminatory. I asked to talk with her regarding delas in office visits; firs she talk with me at her door, treated me with rudeness, flat out told that "you have to understand...." trying to make me believe it is okay to wait a long time for a dr. She even went to the extreme is saying that most of the health places makes their patients to wait. Even at the ER I only waited there 30 minutes. maybe she needs strong "how to treat people catalogue and online courses. In my long teaching career never seen such an outstanding woman with no people skills and just discriminates and look down to others. Maybe she thinks that its okay to mistreat people that are coming for health at a low coast clinic. I have being coming to this place for over ten years and I never experienced and office manager mistreat and being discriminatory with patients. The public that goes to this clinic is highly diverse with a variety of backgrounds and she can not expect will accept her being arrogant and look down people.

I've been going to Salud Clinic for about 1 year now. I really enjoy the appointments I have with Dr. Ghonasgi because she's very attentive and very nice. The staff at the Safe Care Clinic have all been nice to me as well. However, there can be long wait times depending on the day and it can take several weeks to be seen by your preferred provider.

They’re so unprofessional! They asked me to come for my ultrasound. But they didn’t have it when I came! It’s just a simply thing to check if the ultrasound result’s available before the appointment! This is a very low level mistake. They made me go all the way for NOTHING!

I went here for prenatal care and this place is just an absolute gem! I couldn't have asked for a more caring and knowledgeable team. Every person I interacted with from the midwives to the medical assistants to the admin was just lovely. The midwives are extremely knowledgeable from both a standard medical & holistic care standpoint. I even had the pleasure of seeing one of the Salud midwives in the hospital after I delivered my baby. Everyone seems to genuinely love their work. Truly this place is 1 in a million.

I honestly believe any 4-5 star review was staged and paid for. There is absolutely no way any real person would give this place 5 stars, This place is horrible!!!! I went with this office for my prenatal care and it has been the worst experience. If you have a medical issue, it takes 2+ weeks to determine what is wrong and then another 1-2 weeks to be treated. There are NO Doctors only Midwives so if you have something serious going on they will suggest you go to an emergency room. I gave a urine sample once and was called to come back after I made it home because “there wasn’t enough urine”. I have had Kaiser my whole life but suffered a lapse in coverage. I definitely see the difference in care and wouldn’t recommend anyone chose this office.

Although my provider was excellent, is moving away. There is no possibility yet to know who its replacement. All referrals take months of calls and waiting and no calls back either; waiting on the phone is terrible and the calls drops after waiting over 15 min. Many of the agents are quite rude, only few are exceptional. At times of arrival after lunch there is no one as receptionists. Facilities in the waiting rooms are very poor. Sad that for a clinic no funds and training can be seen at all. Provider are excellent but they leave. Nurses and assistances are very caring and they tried their best in answering and completing forms

Can have long wait times more often than not, so I would be cautious scheduling any appointments around a work schedule. Good about Covid-19 precautions. I have had a couple experiences where there was an issue with them finding an appointment I had that day but we were always able to sort it out. There was a time I needed a particular test done and the person in the blood lab said they "didn't do that test", but a month later a provider there was able to order me that test... so that could definitely be improved on. The midwives and pediatricians I've encountered have been great - in my experience they have been really knowledgeable about things and care a lot about their patients. They also put effort into remembering my child's pronouns. Overall, pretty good experience and providers that I have encountered are caring and helpful.

So... been on hold for almost a half hour. Called before 8pm. They close at 9. Been the first in line for 15mins. All I need is a ROI form. A form they need me to complete but never mailed to me or emailed. The last interaction I had with phone answering staff, the person had an attitude , obviously forgetting she wasn't at home or in the streets... do I even wanna be seen here? Truly I do not know. So I guess they just don't answer the calls close to closing time. Not cool, cute or even close to ok. And I trusted the internet. I changed the rating because I found out that they close at 4! Covid - So... Eh. I was mistaken about the hours. So... gotta keeps it real and change this rating accordingly. The person who took my call this morning was normal. 8-4 are the hours and are subject to change again the person implied.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this health clinic. My sister was repeatedly told that her weight wasn't normal, despite maintaining a healthy weight and having a normal appetite. The clinic insisted she had an eating disorder and scheduled monthly appointments, which felt unnecessary and stressful. Even worse, they forced her into seeing a therapist against her wishes. During the session, the therapist belittled her by doubting the existence of her school, only to later verify it was indeed a real institution. This lack of respect, understanding, and professionalism left my sister feeling unheard and disrespected. It's essential for healthcare providers to treat patients with dignity and not jump to conclusions without proper evaluation. This clinic failed in that regard.

I had ear block and ear infections waiting in pain at emergency for 8 hour until I gave up. Made appointment for very next day. They were educated, took no risk. Discussed all the options and told me what the risk were. I left they called me right back and suggested for me to come back. 20 min later. Doctors "sainy " I think was her name and her intern and one of her assistant went above and beyond to help me. I am so grateful they were here to help and comfort me. I will always come here. There front desk does have attitude problem but there most of staff is always here to help

Clinic schedules you one-two months out just to call you within a few days of appointment to cancel or change to over the phone appointments. If you like waiting forever to see a doctor just to get canceled, then feel free to look here.

This review is for the Jefferson Blvd (West Sacramento) location of CommuniCare Health. Going in, I had very low expectations because of my insurance. I expected to wait long and get only a couple of minutes with the doctor. The clinic was old and the carpets were stained, so it definitely seemed to need a renovation. The front desk staff were very nice and courteous. I came in half an hour earlier to fill out the paperwork for first time patients. The wait was about 30 minutes before they called me in and the doctor showed up within 10 minutes after that. Dr. James Dodge was very courteous and took time to listen. He answered my questions and clearly explained my situation. I did not feel rushed at all. Dr. Dodge placed my prescription in the system, and I was able to pick it up at their pharmacy (same location) in 15 minutes. I deducted a star because of the condition of the clinic. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

I needed to see a dentist ASAP. I only have med-i-cal, so only had a few choices. I picked this place because it was easy to get to. I read many negative reviews about the staff being rude and the lobby being dirty. My experience was quite the opposite. When I called in the morning hoping to get an appointment, I was told they didn't have any until next month, but they took walk-ins! I went as a walk-in. From the check-in desk to the dentist I saw, no one was rude to me in the least. Very friendly. nonjudgmental. The lobby was clean and tidy. I mean VERY clean. A giant tv was playing Christmas movies. I expected, as a walk-in, to wait at least a few hours. I was seen in 45 minutes. There was no charge for other X-rays or the visit. They gave me a list of dentists who will take my med-i-cal and do the root canal I need. Was given pain meds and antibiotics for the tooth that was giving me problems, at no charge. Made an appointment to come back next month to have all my teeth looked at. Salud Clinic is the place to go if you have little to no insurance! Thanks!

I actually really liked this place for my foster children. The doctors were awesome and knowledgeable. So were the dentists and they made my kids so comfortable. Do be warned that a walk in appointment just means waiting to see if someone cancels, so it's better to just head to the ER if you need to be seen right away.

The waiting area here is not pretty..childrens area for sure needs an update. The staff girls in the front are a little rude but i don't fully blame them. A lot of sick ppl go in here and low income people. On the bright side they always help me and my daughter and they are seemingly caring. It's no kaiser or sutter but they do their best. Please get a fund for an update tho.

There is a doctor name dr kalin very bad reviews for here not professional at all rude and not explanatory I would not advise anyone to see her and what I understand that she just went to UC in davis I will not go there I just dont know how she came a doctor!!

Horrible scheduling , rude and unprofessional front desk staff. Lot of games played-and lies tell you as a patient. Staff can go careless about patient scheduling and have no accountability to take care of you as patient. They will cancel , change appointments without confronting patient. I have had number of times staff that staff made wrong appointments for my kids. And upon speaking to manager about your concern nothing is solved or taking care off. It seems like. I one is listening and they can go careless about ur appointments. I am looking forward to change my kids dr. I will highly recommend not to go To this Clinic for your loved once's care.

If you want a shitty doctor, shitty receptionist, and a dirty facility this is the place for you. The staff is not helpful. They are always booked. Good luck trying to get a appointment. The closest appointment you'll get is 2 weeks out and the wait time is always a hassle 2+ hours. Don't even bother to waste your time here. They are not helpful in anyway with time or with medical needs.

This place is horrible. The doctors don't know what the heck they are doing and then they lie about calling a prescription into the pharmacy. I won't even get started on the many HIPAA violations that were going on during my last visit. I will be taking my children somewhere else. If I could leave a 0 star rating I would.

Only one star because that is the very least you can give but I would love to give a negative number like -5 stars. This place sucks. Some good doctors, good pharmacy but the nurses, office workers, communications amongst these imbeciles, dental,administration and just about everything they all do is wrong. So many nurses and receptionists but try getting through the phone lines or god forbid need to speak to a nurse or get a message through to your doctor. FORGET ABOUT IT! Let a barely-speaks-English receptionist with a 6th grade education ask what the problem is that you need to talk to a nurse about. If you are homeless, illegal, dirt poor with no insurance, drunk, stoned, insane, a drop in patient, come right in, they will shoot fireworks out of their asses for you. Pay or use insurance and you are done before you start. See, they like stupid patients. They do not like people who notice that they cannot do anything right. They want you so stoned, stupid or grateful that you will accept any scraps they throw your way. They have a very low standard for hiring employees. They hold days-long "meetings" for the nurses to teach them how best to be mediocre or neglectful. They fail to return phone calls, respond to faxes or emails or letters(it all gets directed to the main office and your specific clinic will never see it. Oh, and just in case you wonder, the Records department files this under f/off and it will never get to the right person. You are better off farting in the wind. The more useless you are, the faster you are promoted here. Some half-wit named Donna at Salud Clinic is the director there and is thicker than a steaming pile of dog shit. Go somewhere else to get ignored or maltreated. Go to the Deaprtment of Motor vehicle and tell them ypou are in pain and you will get the same treatment. No, no, no. Go ANYWHERE else. PS Are they super busy? NO. After noon there is no one around, no patients, just a lot of jibber jabbing by employees who are looking to get promoted to 2nd rate.

The dental is no better. Get my first appointment...late of course. Dentist says next appointment we'll check your partials for refitting. Next appointment..oh, no time and the next appt you make will be the entire appointment just to check and resize it. I go to this one and she takes less than a minute to tell me...you have to purchase new ones we can't adjust them even though they were only 2 yrs old and I paid cash. My fiance had made appt and they gave him the same time. He couldn't make it and didn't have time to cancel but even it he was there ...I went in 45 minutes late so that means he wouldn't have been seen till an hour after his appointment. Go to a real dentist even if you have medi-cal. The dentist is a specialist in wasting people's time.

They take more patients than they can handle, thus you do not get quality care. I do not recommend going here at all. You can never make appointments because the schedule is not open. Every time I call I can never make an appt because the schedule is not open or the scheduler that schedules all the visits for that particular doctor is busy. All I get "I will put an urgent note here to have ROCIO call you to schedule an appt." Whoever the hell Rocio is she never calls you back. I can only get an appt if I asked to speak to the office manager and then I get put on hold and of course they tell me they will need to call me back. I have to see another doctor that is not my own if I want to get an appt like in 3 weeks. The front desk staff is not friendly at all. They look mad and pissed off like they hate working there. They do not smile, they are rude, and if you ask them questions they sigh and give you a snappy reply. Like I mentioned in the beginning they take MORE patients than they can handle and that does not = QUALITY MEDICAL CARE. I had blood work done and a month passed by and I did not get any results. I had to call them and they said "Oh the doctor has not even looked at your results!" Are you freakin' kidding me. I wish I could give them -5 stars.. they don't even deserve 1. THEY ARE A JOKE!

Horrible services. Waiting time from singning in to see the doctor is one hour and more. Doctors don't stay, every 6 monht i have a new provider, who don't know what they are doing. One of them that stays forever is medical director who is rude and disrespectful, always chewing a gum. Leaves room in the middle of conversation. Waiting time to someone answers the phone is from 40 min and more. Very unsatisfied, looking for another place.

If your sick and trying to get a appointment forget it go to the er this place does not have anything that is less then 3 and a half weeks out . When you do have an appointment the doctor take so long to see you expect at least a 2 hour wait this place is ridiculous. If you need to speak with your doctor and don't have a appointment good luck. They always say they will have someone call you back and they don't worse doc I've ever been too

This is a drug dealer, not a medical clinic. They gave me sleeping pills first visit even though I show no signs of sleep deprivation. My sleep patterns this year are consistent with the other 55 years of my life. After taking the Trazodone, I did not fall asleep any faster, and worse, the drug kept me from getting any deep rejuvenating sleep. On 2nd visit, rain & problems in their parking lot caused me to be 3 minutes late. They said I could not be seen and wanted to reschedule my appointment for another day. Later that evening, they called claiming I didn't show up for the appointment and wanted to reschedule. The girl that called refused to put in notes that I was sent away, not absent. She also refused to relay to the nurse practitioner that prescribed the drug, the detrimental effect it had on my original complaint.... hyperventilating when in stark locations where vibrations bounce and/or with fluorescent or LED lighting. If you want drugs, this is a great place to go. If you're looking for health, I'd suggest staying away. Zero stars, but Yelp seems to require at least one. Why should a doctor's office that makes your health worse get a star?
